Make sure you check all your parts on your car especially your battery. They switched out my battery. I had just got a brand new battery from Walmart the day before my shit got towed there and when I went to go pick up my property, they switched my battery out to a superstar which Walmart don’t even sell.
They towed my 21 foot camper and truck when I was in danger and no one else could. I was stuck on a hill with a non functioning e brake and had to keep my foot on the brake. He quickly stabilized the vehicle and efficiently got me out of danger
While on a family vacation, our car slid off into a pretty steep ditch on a backroad and they were able to get to us so quickly and did SUCH an amazing job getting us out! I highly, highly recommend them. The lady I talked to initially was incredibly nice and the guy that came out was the hero of the day. He was so kind and knowledgeable and made a really stressful situation feel manageable. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
Used them to help me with a small project, very helpful, professional, got job done and very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and use again if in area and need a wrecker service.

Was stranded only 25min on road and they were priced right. The driver is not one of those bitchy drivers who hates everything. The driver interacts with customers very well and seems to like what he does which makes a pleasant ride back.
I had a lower ball joint fail on my truck, these guys had no problem getting to me quickly and safely. They were able to get down a tight dirt road and loaded me up in minutes. They were also reasonable and willing to haul me the long way home. Definitely recommend calling these guys.
They were so kind to bring a jack so we could change our tire! Our AAA was 1.5 hours away, so we called them. They were there in five minutes and helped out big time!

Drove from Choctaw to Eufaula for weekend getaway and while setting up noticed had a tire wore down to the threads- we barely made it here apparently. Spoke to guy (sorry can't remember his name) and he was willing to come out next day to change it out for me. He was prompt and courteous and discovered another tire issue i will address when i get back home- very affordable and helpful. I would recommend anyone with a road side issue to this company, thank you guys so much!
When involved in an accident Cardinal is who the highway patrol called great company towed my truck all the way from eufala to Atoka in a timely and professional manner the driver was great and took my payment over the phone great company as I hope to not need them again when I do they will get my call!
Good thing I was not stranded on the road. I am still waiting for my call back. I do not understand poor customer service. Guess they don't need my money.
Highly recommend this company!! We had a wheel bearing go out on our way through on a Sunday. No other company wanted to help. Windell with Cardinal Towing picked us up truck and trailer, took us to a motel. He then drove to another town to pick up the parts to fix our truck. Came back the next morning and fixed it on site!! I cannot say enough about how above and beyond he went to help us out. We were Stuck!! Thank you Windell you are a valued person!!
I am only giving this review because the owners and or upper managemnet [unless this joker is he]. But a comoany cant make money with lazy employees who disrespect and chase away good people who wanted to pay for your service. Like i will never call you again, mainly because Morgan Towimg blew yall away but the bosses might wanna make sure they know who answering the phones at 3.30 am because your online says you do 24 hours.
It says 24 hours and I am filing a complaint with the attorney general on your business practices and false advertisement scams.
Your guy, basically let me know that 24 hours or not, he was sleeping and if i would wait until 7am, he would start moving around. I called at 3.30, 3.40 am. That's a 3 plus hour wait and not even from being on a call, but because he was comfy in his chair.
Told me he could drive, didnt want to and i needed to wait I told him he was wrong for that. He didnt really didnt care if my dog was hurt, and I could not get her to a hospital or the fact I had a trailer full of equipment and we are raising money and helping people. We had a meeting and an event at 6.45 and 7am for half the day but if I cant set up unless I can get done on time, and we have a lot of ppl waiting us.
Now Morgan towing who was farther away, they told me $150 bucks and asked if I could wait 30 to 40 minutes max. They also showed up in 23 minutes, got me out, wrapped up and I was on my way in minutes and still hours before your employee wanted to get out of bed. What if my dog died why I was waiting on you? What kind of business says hey I want to over charge you and make you wait almost 4 hrs because we don't care about our customers. Maybe that is reading in between the lines a bit but yall are a piece of work. Flat out told me he didn't not have anything going on, just didnt want to go out right now.
If you cannot manage your ppl to uphold an in writing/published add online. There are laws against that to help keep companies like yours waiting until ppl are so desperate they will pay anything just for help. People like you sell gallons of water for $12 bucks in a drought. Yall need to better train your people, keep your word or go out of business and learn a trade you can handle. I hear housekeeping is great when you cant do anything else. I mean sweep, take out the trash and dont fall in the dumpster.
Last idea, update your website and or Google settings. Remove 24 hr service for when we feel like it hours. At least then you will be honest & folks like me wont feel utterly disgusted for even wasting the 3 minutes it took to call yall.

I am still in shock over how horrible you treated me, almost as much as I am blown away at how awesome Morgan Towing was to show up in 20 minutes. I mean an hr and half would have been a reasonable wait, but telling almost 4 hrs and few hundred.... guess yall dont need repeat business.
My buddy is Don Evans who owns three large window tint locations in Oklahoma for about 40 years. Has sons everywhere and raised me a little as a kid when he took me in at 15.
