Hanna and Junior were so awesome and pleasant to with in helping my son to get him and his truck back home safe after his lower control arm busted in half and almost hit a utility pole. I called and explained the situation, and they were on it immediately! They wasted no time at all! My son was in frantic mode, but they were great to him! They were a blessing! Thank you so much for your help and super great to my son! Brandon Wade and his crew are amazing people!!
After our recent deer collision, Wades were called to pick up our truck. The driver (Junior) was super helpful, to the point of even taking us home. Afterward, the lady in their office (Hanna) went far out of her way to help guide us thru the multiple insurance delays & guide us thru the steps getting our truck to the repair shop. We highly recommend their service to anyone needing assistance.
Called because my delivery truck unfortunately hydroplaned and ended up in the ditch. Just needed a simple tug out of the mud from the recent rain. The lady on the phone was rude and told me she would charge me $750 just to tug it out!! That is just plain robbery! Don't do business here! Thankfully a good Samaritan tugged us out!
These people have no let us get a hold of our equipment that was in an accident, equipment was not damaged during the accident only the semi, we paid the fees and filled out all information needed to and have yet to release our property to us. Serious actions will be taken.
Our truck was totaled in an accident a few months ago and after only 3 days we came to recover it. The people we dealt with were very rude and didn't even let us in to check the vehicle until we paid for it. For only a 9 mile drive, they charged us $5000. After this, we reported them to the Oklahoma Corporation Commission and got nearly $2100 refunded as they had overcharged us.
This review is both a warning and a wake up call. If you need such services please if you have other options try to contact other businesses. And if you have been ripped off too, you should also file a complaint with OCC. It may take a few months for them to investigate, but it's worth it in the end.
Worst towing company in north america. Been trucking for 15 years and this has been our worst nighmare to work with. NO NOT RECOMEND. Our truck blew out a tire ands hit the ditch. When these guys came they flipped my truck over. They held my truck and trailer in their yard for 2-3 months. After payment and settlement with the insurance company, we came to pick up the truck and they would not release it. They needed a bunch of extra paperwork. I do not recomend if anyone is sueing this company please reach out to me and we will testify and join the claim agaisnt them.
Broke down outside Chouteau, Brandon was there within 25 minutes and got us hooked and up and on our way home in a timely manner. Only Tow service ill call from now on! Thanks guys!
Brandon came picked up me and my vehicle. He loaded it up quickly then drove a little over 300 miles dropped us off then drove back. He was nice, friendly, and made a frustrating situation tolerable. Thanks Brandon!!
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service I received from your company. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me with a negative impression and has compelled me to share my concerns.
Firstly, I was charged an exorbitant amount of $2200 for a mere 8-mile tow. This pricing seems highly unreasonable and does not reflect the value or fairness of the service provided. I expected a more reasonable fee that aligned with industry standards.
Furthermore, during my interactions with one of your employees, Kim, I encountered unprofessional behavior and a lack of empathy. The manner in which she handled my inquiries and concerns was not up to the expected level of customer service. It is disheartening to see such poor conduct from an employee representing your company.
I believe it is important for businesses to hold their employees to a high standard of professionalism and customer care. Unfortunately, based on my experience with Kim, I am concerned about the overall quality of service your company provides.
It is my hope that you take my feedback seriously and address these issues promptly. As a dissatisfied customer, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend your company to others until these concerns are adequately addressed.

Was never notified that they had my car which was reported stolen July of 2022. Found out they towed it on November 8th 2022 which was nearly 3 months ago. I've dealt with misery / job loss due to having my car stolen and now and being told I have to pay full storage price as well as additional fees to get it out. I was also told I'm not allowed to come look at the car or see what's in it and that they could only send me pictures unless I paid all the fees.
Tell you one thing on the phone and another in person. They will hold your personal property hostage until you get the car or bring them the title or at least that Is what they have done to my girlfriend
They were friendly and helpful. I am very appreciative for them letting me get my belongings out of my vehicle. They patiently waited while I got everything out of my wrecked car and it took me longer than I expected. I'm pretty sure I was still there after they closed so I am giving Wade's wrecker services 5 stars. Thank you guys!
The woman who picked up the phone cause I had some questions was genuinely rude as hell and had no idea what she’s talking about. Wouldn’t let me talk, and just had an ugly sound in general.
I just called to get help and the absolute rudest woman answered and acted like I was bothering her for calling. She was rude throughout the whole call, cut me off, interrupted me, and was demeaning - 0/10, cannot believe anyone who speaks like that to customers has a job.
Although we were the VICTIM in this company towing and impounding our vehicle, and the person driving our stolen car was arrested for auto theft, I was told by this company that our car was not stolen, and I was treated like a criminal. Representative was rude and surly not only to me, but also to my husband, as well as our insurance agent.

There are 4 other locations in Pryor ALONE that have much higher reviews, let alone in the surrounding area, so don't use this place under any circumstance...you can definitely do better. We paid up front for a tow that ended up being canceled only a few minutes later. The service charges a fee for a canceled call out (understandable), but the fee initially paid was nearly $800.00 and their driver hadn't even headed our way. As a company, we would have easily understood a charge in the $200-$400 range, but we weren't refunded or charged appropriately. It was too much effort for them to refund and charge appropriately, so they just didn't make the effort. We were advised we could contact their attorney about it. To some businesses, a bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush, and this is one of them. You may be better off with a business who appreciates a return customer, rather than who is only looking for a check today.
Got myself into a situation and was stuck. Called them and they showed up within 15 minutes pulled me out of my predicament. Very nice and professional.
Another great towing company with great drivers and staff. The office personnel are very knowledgeable and willing to help with just about any of the needs you may have to get your vehicle to where it needs to go.
OMG!! I can't believe this company. The man is very unprofessional and rude. He came to tow my car for me and told me I could pay him with my generosity.. I cant believe he even suggested this. I think his name was Brandon. Very unprofessional
Horrible customer service. From the second you get on the phone with them, they are rude and disrepectful. I left a review on the BBB website. We would not recommend this business to anyone who expects to be treated with respect and kindness like a human.
Said they open at 9am...the lady didn't even get there till pass 930am...the lady over the phone at Wades was very rude every call. This wrecker place is not to be doing business with. (I for one did not choose this wrecker on my terms)
Flat bed from this company decided it wanted to tail gate me today from 412/44 West bound until right before the 44/244 split. Tried to push me over the limit even when I was passing cars and having cars fill in in front of me. After the 5 lanes started he went around and then tailgated the next car until the 169 split.
Will not use this service as the driver was wreckless in how close he was tail gattimg. Have co-workers in Pryor and will make sure they also never use this service in the future.
