I had a Saturn SL1 that had a habit of eating fuel pumps. Vaughn's towed me 3 times, he gets there when he says he will be there , is very reasonably priced, and cut me a break when I was 7 dollars short last time. He always made me feel like he honestly appreciated the opportunity for my business, not like he was doing me a favor.
Got locked out of truck in locust grove- he was super fast (got there within like 25 minutes) and was extremely affordable! Thankful we had him! 10/10 don’t recommend getting locked out of your car, but I do 10/10 recommend him!
The wrecker service took my black jacket and my cell phone said they didn't have either one I know that's a lie because my Google maps still shows it's at they're wrecker service !!!
The guy who owns the place went out of his way to get us our car when he could’ve very well just made us wait the weekend because it was late at night when we had everything to get it out. Was polite and patient as well.
I had a horrible night i was in a car accident i had a 200lbs plus 10 point deer hit the front of my ford explorer . Vaughn's came out helped my supervisor move all my freight to her van before loading my suv and taking it to his secured facility. I was very happy through the whole situation. The was kind and treated with respect when i asked to get some stuff out on a sunday .. They need 10 stars here !!! Highly Recommend if you ever need a tow call Vaughn's
I was stranded in the highway with a dead battery. Other towing places wanted to charge me 150 with an additional 100 per hour from the time they leave. But this place was a affordable and super fast and very friendly. I would completely recommend this place above all others.
