Holden was the driver that responded to the call, he responded promptly and was very knowledgeable of his job. He went out of his way to help me in anyway he could. I can't express enough gratitude for the incredible service we received from Josh Steddum at Steddum Wrecker during a truly chaotic travel day. After a series of unfortunate events with our flights from Dublin, we found ourselves in a tough spot in a rental car that unexpectedly shut down on the side of the road. With no Ubers available and the clock ticking, we were feeling pretty stranded.
Enter Josh, our knight in shining armor. He was recommended by Avis after they failed to assist us, and I’m so thankful they connected us. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that we were in good hands. Josh took the time to ensure my sister and I, both over 60, were safely off the road before even starting the towing process. His kindness and attentiveness were incredibly reassuring in a stressful situation.
What really stood out was his commitment to going above and beyond. He not only managed to load our non-functioning car onto his truck without causing any damage but also made sure we had a bathroom break during our two-hour wait on the interstate. It was a long night, and we were exhausted after being up for over 36 hours, but Josh kept our spirits up with his friendly demeanor and country charm.
Once we were back in Tulsa, he helped us find a hotel with availability, even assisting with our luggage, which was no small feat after our ten-day trip to Ireland. It was clear he genuinely cared about our well-being, and his dedication to helping us was beyond anything we could have expected.

Driver Dustin was so polite and professional. Kept me updated he was en route, at location of pickup, even including when he arrived after hearing the car alarm had been going off (forgot it was sensitive). I felt terrible he had to listen to it for a few minutes every bump in road along the way of 40 mile trip. As someone whos dated a wrecker driver, he was top 3 ever met. Definitely appreciate how unbothered he was on a hot day and annoying sound, smiled and laughed it off like a true country grown guy is suppose to be. Thanks Dustin.
My daughter's van got totaled in a wreck, steddums wrecker service was called. The man that came and got the van was nice. His name was Dustin.. However, I asked him if he could tow the van to my house 5 miles from where the wreck occurred, he said it was going to cost $250, but don't recommend towing it to my house due to the fact that insurance people don't like to pay the impound fees, and they will get started on the claim immediately.. verses it being on your property, they can take a while since they don't have the impound fees. the next day I called to the office to get her belongings out of the van, the man was very rude and hateful to me and had an attitude towards me and asked what was so important that my daughter couldn't come and get her belongings out of her van,then asked my why I was at the wreck scene and who was driving it and also asked why was I getting her belongings. It's none of his business who was driving the van, none of his business of what was in the van, and not his business who was picking up the belongings..I'm her mother which I replied, he then tells me I have to be over there before 4:30 cuz they close at 5, and if I'm there passed that specific time I would be charged $80 an hour passed 5 pm. He also told me that I would need proof of her ownership of the van, her driver's license, and a notorized statement from her to get her belongings. I told him ok I would get the items he needed. This was at 2:46 pm...I got it all done and made it before 4:30... Btw his name is Chad... He then proceeds to tell me that my daughter didn't call to tell him I was coming.. I said I told you on the phone I was coming.. Dustin came outside to help me clean out the van, I told him about how Chad was rude and hateful towards me and had no reason to be rude.. I also told him that a person like Chad needs to give people grace and more understanding of what people go through. My daughter's van was the only vehicle she had and it got wrecked because her boyfriend to miss an oncoming car in his lane and went into a ditch. It was an accident. I was called to the scene to go pick him up, he wasn't hurt and I thank God for that. He treated me like some type of criminal or something.. Dustin was super kind and apologized to me for how I was treated by Chad.. Also I'm not the only person he has had an attitude towards customers this week. While I was there, 2 women came in ,one had a child with her.. they both reserved 15' u hauls and he looked at them women and said well that's an issue.1 lady asked if she could get the 26' instead, and he was starting to get an attitude cuz it was already reserved.. I do hope the manager takes care of his attitude issue.
I do think it's way overly priced for 5 miles of towing, dur to the price, I couldn't pay it.

Holden took great care of us! Broke down and stranded for 3 hours in West Siloam Springs. Holden dropped the truck off at Superior Chevrolet then took us to the Holiday Inn. He was a wonderful blessing to us. Highly recommend.
Holden came to our aid fast and with a great attitude! We had a flat tire out in the middle of the woods and he figured out the safest abs best way to get the van on his truck. He was friendly and professional. Highly recommend you ask for Holden!!

Terrible customer service, I don't go in there everyday getting cars out of impound so I don't know really how the system works.
Before I could even finish my question which was "does it have to be the one on the title that picks it up?" I got interrupted and more less yelled at saying "the person on the title has to pick it up!" So I walked out and got the person that the titles name is in. But she's disabled so I was trying to see if I could do it for her. I cursed under my breath walking out because of the pure disrespect. (You had to be there) Came back in with her to finish it all. And then got kicked out shortly after for cursing under my breath walking out the first time.
Yeah, I cursed a little, but I didn't deserve to be talked to like that in the first place. Especially from a business to a customer. Talk about feeling uncomfortable and in a hostile environment!

My car overheated on the turnpike in the middle of nowhere, Oklahoma. Thankfully AAA was able to connect me to Steddum Wrecker. Holden was awesome - I was on my way to a business meeting and needed to continue and he worked with me to get my vehicle back to Tulsa. Honestly the quickest response time I’ve had for a tow from AAA. Thank you Holden for saving the day!

After waiting over two hours past the “your driver will be arriving in 20 mins” notification from a different company, AAA reassigned my tow and Holden with Steddums was there in less than 20 minutes! He was so easy to work with and answered all my questions! Will definitely call Steddum’s first…always!
My car died in the middle of traffic on the way to work. So thankful to Dustin Johnson, who came to my rescue. I just happened to catch him as he was about to leave. I thought I’d canceled my request but we showed up at the perfect time to catch him & he waited for me to call AAA AND the dealership + helped me figure out what was wrong with my car. Josh saved my day. Truly. 2.5 days from home and in mad trailer truck traffic, got a flat. Barely room to get off the road, car rocking from trucks flying by, AAA says 2 hours for help. Nope! Josh was there in literally minutes, calmly put the “doughnut” spare on PLUS helped me reorganize my fully packed car to make room for the flat. Told me exactly where to go for a repair up the road.

We had our 27ft moving truck packed tight, and when we went to pull out of the yard we were stuck! Really stuck!! Steddum Wrecker Service to the rescue. It didn’t matter that our call to them came at 9pm, or that we lived down several miles of dirt road over an hour from where they’re located - Holden got there asap with a great attitude and confident he could get the job done. It turned out to be more difficult than he thought at first, but he was determined to succeed and he did! I was ready to give up and try again in the morning, but not Holden! He stuck with it until the job was done. What had been a very hard day could have turned into a nightmare if it hadn’t been for the great work ethic and never-give-up attitude that he brought to the job. I was driving by myself from Missouri to Texas. I'm 61 and female. AAA had me hooked up with a repair shop in Chouteau Oklahoma. The driver of the tow truck was absolutely the nicest and most polite guy! It was late afternoon thursday and the driver looked under the car and found right away the problem and showed me what had happened. He took me and car to their repair shop and had the part! The guy at the shop was ready and waiting for us and fixed it right away. I was very, very satisfied and highly recommend this repair shop!! Thank you so much guys!! 5 stars across the board.
Holden was very professional making sure to take pictures before the vehicle was loaded to document the condition of the vehicle. He had it loaded up in just minutes. Holden was very polite!
Steddum Wrecker is the last company you should use! I'm still waiting on a phone call from them to make it right by sending me Harley the drunk tow truck driver!!?? He damaged my car and even asked me how to get my car off of his truck. ??? My front bumper is barely holding on! The drunk driver also dragged my car onto the tow truck even though the reason I needed a tow was because of my back tire being locked up! My bumper is barely holding on and is broken in several places. It's hard to see in photos but I did add some. Idk if he damaged anything dragging my locked up tire or not but just don't take the risk with this company!
