Great folks that provide great service. I have used them several times for tires and also for a classic car I needed help with fixing an electric issue. They go above and beyond to help people and make recommendations for repairs that are necessary amd not overblown just to make money.
On the day of the eclipse, ine of my tires picked piece of metal and had a leak. They were on our route and got me in quick for a simple repair. Great service. All the staff was friendly. Clean shop & front of house. Thank you.
Very helpful on point with timeline reasonable pricing for mechanic work and Towing had multiple Vehicles worked on here communication was great as soon as they found something wrong they let you know that same exact day all around good work
Changed water pump forgot to put water/anti- freeze back in it blew head gasket. Said it was already blown. NOT TRUE ! had it done for preventive maintenance. The radiator drain plug was not in radiator. UGH Update I drive by this place daily and when I do. It just makes me mad every time I look at that place. They cost me thousands of dollars And I had owned it 20 years.
It was the worst costumer service and negligent auto repairmen service I've ever experienced. I requested to fix what was the primary problem which that being the water pump and the heater when that was fixed so they could start the vehicle I ask for a full diagnostic on the engine to see if it had good compression and was in good enough shape to invest any money into it, an give me an estimate on that.it turned into 3500. Of everything but check the motor out they never even test drove it. They took total advantage of me. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
Of the three times I’ve been to Heavener Auto and Tire, they’ve made mistakes twice and blamed me. The first time, my debit card wasn’t given back to me after my payment was processed. After returning to the shop to get it, I was told it was handed back to me (it was not). As soon as I left, I was called to notify they it was suddenly found in the parking lot. At my second visit, I set up an appointment for another day at 10:00am. I arrived on the set day and was notified that my appointment was at 1:00 and they wouldn’t be able to help me until then. I’m new to the Heavener area and I’m looking for quality work from a company with integrity. The work I received has been great, so far, but I refuse to continue to work with a company whose employees won’t stand up for a mistake that they made and then blames the error on the customer.
Dillon and Annie did a great job taking care of us. They were friendly and courteous. Very reasonable prices. I'm from Kansas City area and they treated us well. Would recommend them to everyone.
A truly good bunch of guys who know their stuff and don't try to upsell you a bunch of other items. You say fix the radiator, they fix it and inform you that you need the fan replaced. But don't argue and try making you get one. And the owner will do whatever he can to help you. And I've learned that there's not much Ray can't do.
Ray's shop not only fixed our brakes, Ray himself and a wrecker driver rescued us, our Ford Escape, our camper, and our dog from the mountainside where brake failure left us stranded. We weren't far from the main road through Winding Stair Recreation Area, but we were on a fairly steep gravel/dirt road a few days after the big thaw came to Oklahoma during the first week of March. We had found a campsite right before we noticed our brakes had failed, so we opted to sleep over before calling for help. We were going to need help anyway because the Escape had previously quit climbing on one of the hills, forcing us to find the campsite. We were on an utterly deserted road overnight -- no traffic passed us in 18 hours. We had cell service, and the next morning we called around to Mena and Muse, but only RC Wrecker at Heavener Auto and Tire was willing to make the trek up the mountain to us. Ray called me back, and based on my explanation of the road and car trouble, he came out with a 4x4 Dodge 1500 and a roll-back wrecker to ensure we had enough versatility in recovery equipment to cover our needs. Sure enough, we needed the Dodge to pull the loaded wrecker out of a muddy spot. A short trip to Heavener, a couple hours in the shop, and we were good to go. Warm hospitality and great conversation were complimentary. Thanks, Ray and crew!
I've been taking my Jeep to be serviced here for nearly two years. I love how professional and quick they are. They worked with me to find the best new tires and performed my 36,000 mile checkup and oil change and had my Jeep back to me in no time. I won't go anywhere else. I highly recommend Heavener Auto and Tire!
My family and I are from OKC and were on a week long camping trip at a nearby lake and came into town on the 2nd day for some forgotten items and a bite to eat... low and behold we had radiator trouble as well and were sent to this shop for repairs. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I was certain this was going to ruin our vacation. I honestly feel like this shop went out of their way for us. The part was picked up from a nearby town and the car was fixed 2 days later. If you're in Heavener and have car trouble I reccomend this shop. Even the wonderful waitress at the Southern Bell talked them up and said we were in good hands. Such a kind and friendly town!! We will return ( but hopefully not for any more car repairs!! )
I called before i went and was given $20/tire on the phone. Went in and they wouldn't honor that price. They said $25/tire. They were used, 5 year old tires. Then at checkout he said the price was $55 plus tax and charged me $60 in the end. They didnt mount them, I picked up the two tires to take home and mount myself. Wouldnt recrecommend them if you expect someone to honor their prices. This isnt the first time they've treated customers this way.
