less than 2 hours from that phone call my car had been loaded up and delivered to my property 13 miles away. The drivers name was Ray and quite frankly I have never met a man more respectful and genuine than Ray was during our interaction. I've dealt with multiple towing companies in the last 10 years and hands down Alan's towing has been the fastest and most reliable and to top it off with an employee like Ray I just couldn't have asked for a better person to save the day. You could call him a hero and I say this because the world needs more people like Ray.
Though I hope to never need a tow again if I ever do, it will be through Fat Alan's. Thank you all for everything that you do. Stay safe out there and keep saving the day. God bless!
Had to call for a tow and the driver showed up within 15 minutes. Great service at a great price. The dispatcher was also very pleasant while getting our information.

We got stuck trying to drive through a snow drift and the gentleman who came out was very friendly and positive. We were charged a (what I would call) very very reasonable rate. I highly recommend this company, I know who to call the next time I am in need.
I was calling to get help with a car that had burned up in front of my house. The lady that answered the phone was fantastic. Sorry I didn’t get her name. She went out of her way to help me. Her customer service is a 20. They couldn’t help me but she gave me names and numbers to someone that could. Within 30 minutes the car had been removed and the street cleaned up. THE BEST!!! My daughter found the curb. Original estimated time was 45 to 75 minutes and they were here in less than 30. I have used them on a few occasions and have never had a problem ever with them. No damage to my vehicles their polite professional and always beat the time quoted by significant amounts of time. Fat Alan's towed my daughter's car this morning and I cannot say enough good things! I set up a roadside through my insurance and Fat Alan's was the company assigned. They called me very soon after I scheduled the tow and let me know he could be there in about 15 minutes. He was super polite on the phone and in person. This was hands down the least stressful tow experience I've ever had and it's all thanks to Fat Alan's. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Joe was friendly and professional, he hooked my car up efficiently in the dark without any damage. 20 minutes later and my car and I are where we needed to be. He picked some good music to listen to while we were driving too! Thanks Joe!

My roadside assistant found this company for me when my vehicle needed towed. Sparky was the gentleman who was sent out to assist me. Shawn and Melissa ( I'm sure everyone is these are just the two lovely people have dealt with) are amazing. Melissa was very polite and respectful but fun to deal with on the phone knowing that I was having a hard day she made me laugh in the midst of this storm. And then Shawn showed up earlier then time frame quoted with a fast and secure knowing that my car was going to be in good hands and get to its destination in one piece. Tow service was good, no issues there. But do not trust the mechanic. Gave the car back with a missing caliper bolt, told us “don’t drive it on the highway,” and another shop confirmed it wasn’t even fixed right. No accountability, just dangerous and unprofessional.
Great service, when my truck broke down in Moore they got to me super quick and ended helping me twice that day to get it to a mechanic. The employee and the owner were both super friendly and great to work with. I recommend there services any day!
I needed my truck broke down and needed it towed to my house. I had roadside assistance with Progressive and they were dispatched to help. Andrew arrived and was nice friendly. The tow truck was clean looking Andrew was also. Highly recommend.

I just wanted to say the driver that came to winch me out this morning did an amazing job and was very professional. He was quick to arrive. Roadside assistance quoted me almost an hour for arrival but they showed up in 25 minutes. I was pulled out in no time. Even though I was up against a barb wire fence, no additional damage was done. Incredible response by Nathan!!! He contacted us before we were even off the phone with Shelter’s Roadside Service rep. I put them on hold to take his call and assure he had a good location on us. He was superbly responsive, competent and friendly. Nothing was a big deal to Nathan and he was just an exceptional provider. Marvelous and helpful!!! Next time I need help like that, I’ll be calling Fat Alan’s for Nathan.
This company is amazing. If you have an oversized truck with a lift and larger tires these guys are the way to go. They are quick to respond and showed up for me in about 30 min. I can not say enough about this company and their customer service. 10/10 recommend.

I had just got off work and somehow ran over a wrench. It lodged in my back passenger tire. This happened at about midnight on saturday night I had to be back at work the next day at 11am. I live about an hour away. I called your towing company and the gentleman was so kind and helpful. A co-worker was nice enough to drive me all the way home. I left my keys at work for him to pick up. My car was 1/2 mile away. He towed it back to hospital for me so i could have someone change tire the next day. Service was top notch. Highly recommend Fat Alans Towing
