Never used this tow company before, thank goodness I haven’t. One of their truck drivers drives reckless putting surrounding drivers in danger. I wouldn’t trust them towing my possessions
My roadside assistant found this company for me when my vehicle needed towed. Sparky was the gentleman who was sent out to assist me. He was very polite, and it took him no time at all to hook everything up and get on the road. I highly recommend this company for their promptness and Sparky for his eagerness and positive attitude. Shawn and Melissa ( I'm sure everyone is these are just the two lovely people have dealt with) are amazing. Melissa was very polite and respectful but fun to deal with on the phone knowing that I was having a hard day she made me laugh in the midst of this storm. And then Shawn showed up earlier then time frame quoted with a fast and secure knowing that my car was going to be in good hands and get to its destination in one piece. This is the third time I have used them and they are absolutely amazing. Thanks again guys for another wonderful service. Five stars because 10 isn't an option! THE BEST!

Went to make a joke with one of them. He snapped and made a rude response. Dude I was trying to joke I have a passion for towing and know what it's like. Sorry your having a bad day but maybe next time think before you snap back. Rude and disrespectful.
They really helped me out and got my car towed to mid west city, they were awesome. Now I am in need to prove that I had it towed and I'm sure they will be helpful. Thank you for how much you guys helped me, you were life savers!
Tow service was good, no issues there. But do not trust the mechanic. Gave the car back with a missing caliper bolt, told us “don’t drive it on the highway,” and another shop confirmed it wasn’t even fixed right. No accountability, just dangerous and unprofessional.
Great service, when my truck broke down in Moore they got to me super quick and ended helping me twice that day to get it to a mechanic. The employee and the owner were both super friendly and great to work with. I recommend there services any day!
Horrible, busted up garage trim, and went through the soft front yard because it couldn't stay on the three car driveway. Promised to fix it but never did.

I just wanted to say the driver that came to winch me out this morning did an amazing job and was very professional. He was quick to arrive. Roadside assistance quoted me almost an hour for arrival but they showed up in 25 minutes. I was pulled out in no time. Even though I was up against a barb wire fence, no additional damage was done. Incredible response by Nathan!!! He contacted us before we were even off the phone with Shelter’s Roadside Service rep. I put them on hold to take his call and assure he had a good location on us. He was superbly responsive, competent and friendly. Nothing was a big deal to Nathan and he was just an exceptional provider.

I've had my vehicles towed multiple times by Fat Alan's and they are amazing. They're always very customer friendly and professional, especially the last driver I had named Andrew. He was very helpful and quickly got my truck loaded up and dropped off with no issues. I highly recommend them if you need a tow.
This company is amazing. If you have an oversized truck with a lift and larger tires these guys are the way to go. They are quick to respond and showed up for me in about 30 min. I can not say enough about this company and their customer service. 10/10 recommend.

My car was stuck in the parking garage and couldn't start. They had timely response, friendly staff, and managed to save me from the 7 feet clearance! They towed my vehicle to the repair shop in no time.
I had just got off work and somehow ran over a wrench. It lodged in my back passenger tire. This happened at about midnight on saturday night I had to be back at work the next day at 11am. I live about an hour away. I called your towing company and the gentleman was so kind and helpful. A co-worker was nice enough to drive me all the way home. I left my keys at work for him to pick up. My car was 1/2 mile away. He towed it back to hospital for me so i could have someone change tire the next day. Service was top notch. Highly recommend Fat Alans Towing

Let me tell you the tale of how a 90-minute wait turned into 3 hours at a gas station. The short version: car broke down, stuck at gas station, pouring rain. Extended service plan has roadside assistance. Bonus! Call ESP ask for tow truck. Time is 7:52 p.m. need car towed from gas station to repair facility. All locked in, estimated 90 to 120 minute wait. That's normal. Hour and a half pass, call tow company. Get call back from Justin. "30 minutes away." Fine. Busy night. Time passes. Total time elapsed: 3 hours. Call ESP, they call tow company. 10 minutes away. 15 minutes later, Justin shows up. Loads car up, almost drives away with a SIDE DOOR OPEN ON HIS OWN TRUCK. Takes the most convoluted way to get to destination. Dropped car in parking lot.
Do not, under any circumstances trust this service team with their promises of when they will get to you. Strap in for a food long wait. Mine was from 7:52pm to 12:01 am.
The first time a used Fat Alan's towing was February 2022. The insurance company had given us another towing company. They had promised 2 hour wait time which turned into 5. So we called Fat Alan's and was out there in 30 minutes in that bad snow Strom.
Today my daughter's car needed a new alternator so we had them tow us it took them 1 hour to get to us. After being fixed we were taking the car back to her when our second car lost power on the highway. So we had to call them again. This time 20 minutes wait time. That's twice in one day that you had helping us out. THANK YOU!!!!! Glad we don't have any more cars .
