Very nice people here. The lady in the scale house is nice and friendly. She does an amazing job orchestrating the weighing of trucks and directing them to the loading/unloading locations. The equipment operators are nice and respectful.
Nice people chek in lady nice and unloading take quick if they r not busy. When u coming on 364. Take qtrip exit. Turn left at light. Follow sign for alloy recycling
Good ppl smiling face they are helpful but place is only for experienced drivers tight to backup no overnight, nearest truck parking Maverick near by no parking but if you arrive early 3 truck can hung on the side otherwise 22 miles away pilot and QT , if you arrive late hard to find parking.
Had a 9 am appointment but was told I was a work in. They did get me unloaded in 3 hours but this place is very tight almost unmanageable. Must have PPE.
Workers are friendly and helpful. Scale is very narrow so make sure you’re perfectly lined up! I was in and out in less than an hour with a dry van picking up ingots. Make sure to have safety glasses, hi vis vest and hard hat. They aren’t overly strict on the hard hat though.
Easy laid back place. A tad confusing. Girl in the shipping recieving window was very kind and helpful. A very busy place as well.Update front of the house awesome ! A bit time consuming but a very friendly place . It’s recycling so you can imagine the place but its not that bad.
I’ve been waiting for 4 hours since 7:30, I’ve lost the next load, now we’re sitting without a load until tomorrow, because they forgot about me, I have to constantly come on foot and remind you that you haven’t been called to unload yet, the most interesting thing is that those the drivers arrived after me, they were unloaded and loaded, how I want to swear at everyone because they don’t value the time of other workers, when you come here, take lunch with you, because you’ll wait at least 5, 6 hours
Second time here. I spent the night in driveway no one bothered me. Checked in little before 8 very friendly girl at check in window. Started unloading at 8 and was gone in about an hour
This place is horrible!! We sat here for hours waiting to be loaded. We watched several of their trucks go in and out before they finally decided to get to us.
This is a place where something is wrong with elevator not working with the woman at the receiving window. They only go by appointments and my dispatcher had gotten the wrong date I was a week early. Then when I went back on the correct day she acted like she lost her voice and was mouthing words I couldn’t hear. I asked if she had hearing problems but found out when she called me because I didn’t have a radio she could speak and listen just fine. The forklift operator told she was a former truck driver. Beware.
It appears I’m not the only person who thinks the security clerk is rude and has a bad odor. In my case all I said to her was good morning and she pointed her finger at me and said “I need you to get out of here” as if was there to rob her because I walked in the wrong office. When I threw my hands up backed up and walked out the door she followed me saying “oh you’re OK you’re OK”. Be careful at this place it could be a set up. This is one of those facilities that makes shippers and receivers all over look bad!!!
6 hours still not unloaded! If truck drivers quit going to these places they would learn how to load unload trucks. I’d give them zero stars but it won’t let me!
Driver checked in at 8:am, 12:32pm reciever doesnt have a clue , whats going on with my driver , stil not offloaded !!
never coming back to this place , people so rude!!!
