Becareful with this place ? Do not do business with this place. They are extremely slow when it comes to loading or unloading your truck, and you will most likely risk your next load. I’ve been waiting for over two hours and still haven’t received any instructions on where I’m supposed to unload. On top of that, there’s only one person unloading the dry vans, and she seems to be new—she’s very slow. I don’t understand why most shippers in Oklahoma lack proper logistics and are so inefficient. I picked up in Texas, and the loading process took less than an hour. But here, just to get unloaded, you have to wait 2 or 3 hours. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Also they never answer the phone !
