Great service! This place doesn't mess around. Needed service on super short notice. Gave them a call and they had me back on the road really fast.

Had them pick up a part from Tulsa, brought to their location in Big Cabin, no delivery charge, helped me out with some hardware, again, no charge. Even allowed me to repair my semi in their parking lot. Fair , honest and very helpful for this owner operator. Not many shops like this anymore. Great guys.

If you want a nice place to stay and a shop that can get things done the right way then this is the place to bring your RV motorhome. I have a Tiffin phantom 40 foot motorhome and they did the service work and checked out my alternator and put a new alternator on for me and a belt.

Top notch service from start to finish! My wife and I recently visited Bruckner’s Diesel Repair in Big Cabin, Oklahoma, for some maintenance work and a leveling jack replacement. The team gave our coach a thorough inspection and discovered an air dryer that had been damaged by road debris. They also changed the oil, performed a full service, and torqued everything underneath the coach. We’ve had a persistent “chirping” noise in the motorhome since we bought it, and three other shops could only tell us, “All motors chirp.” Bruckner’s dug deeper, identified the real problem — an A/C compressor starting to lock up — and handled the vacuum and rebuild it required. We were on a tight travel schedule, and they worked diligently to get us back on the road. We made our planned stop without issue and were genuinely impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the entire staff. From the office team to the techs, everyone was first-class and a pleasure to work with. When we left, we felt a surprising pang of sadness — in just a short time, we had developed a great rapport with these folks. Bruckner’s is a rare shop that combines skill, integrity, and genuine hospitality. They even have a campground you can stay at while work is being done. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing people. They didn't have the part we needed but Jeff and Regina searched and searched until they found it. Very helpful!! Thank you so much for going over and beyond.

I have a new VNL860 (Trucking Proz company truck) and the technology on these new trucks are amazing (until they break lol). Everyone here from Regina, James, JJ , my shuttle (to Tulsa) driver and the Technician were all amazing and VERY helpful. The fact they would shuttle me to my rental at Bruckner's in Tulsa was awesome (considering how most shops are nowadays). Thank you for making the entire process seamless. See y'all when my PM is due (hopefully not sooner, no offense 🤣) Thanks, Rick Remington

I cannot say enough good things about Bruckner’s in Big Cabin. The diesel in my motorcoach needed a difficult repair. My local diesel shop didn’t know how to do it and sat on it for a month. Finally, they quoted me an estimate that was outrageous, probably because they didn’t want to do the work. James at Bruckner’s told me they knew how to do the repair and quoted me a price that was less than half my local shops price. Ethan, the mechanic, did a super job and got it done in less time and less cost than they estimated. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. They even recommended local restaurants and better choice for a hotel. I wish they were closer to me as I would use them for all my coach mechanical repairs.

They worked on my 2023 peterbuilt 579 and it was ready in a few hours. I got there just before they closed on the 31st of December, closed on Jan 1st but was ready early Jan 2nd. They gave me a lift to and from motel. Nice guys.

It was probably the best service shop I had been to. Even though they were fully booked, they agreed to squeeze me in. The place is exceptionally clean. Staff is very polite. I was offered lunch. Top notch service!

If you are any place near Oklahoma and need mechanical work done on your diesel pusher motor home this is the place to go. Every employee here is friendly and courteous and focused on getting your repairs done in a timely fashion. They recently replaced the radiator in my 2003 Dutch Star. Kenneth the service manager and James the RV tech did a great job. This shop is definitely worth driving out of the way for. Thank you Bruckner's.

THIS IS THE SECOND STELLAR REVIEW WE'VE DONE FOR BRUCKNER'S The purpose of this NEW review is to once again shine a light on Bruckner’s Truck & Equipment (formerly Cabin Diesel) in Big Cabin, OK. We have lived on the road full time in our 1997 Newmar Mountain Aire since April 1997 and we’re always on the lookout for a good diesel shop. Based on the recommendation of trusted friends, we first visited this facility in October 2022 for some preliminary work and a general look/see followed by subsequent more in-depth visits in April and October 2023. Each visit went like clockwork, especially so as a number of parts and components needed to be ordered and on hand in advance of our arrival which is a BIG DEAL these days. During the course of this span Bruckner’s replaced the leaking exhaust manifold, head gasket, installed new injectors, a new turbo charger, as well as a myriad of other items.......even got our dash air working for the first time in two years after other shops wouldn’t even touch it. None of these projects was due to abject failure, rather because the coach is the only house we’ve had for nearly 28 years. We looked at it as being akin to replacing a 25-year roof on a sticks ‘n bricks a bit early rather than waiting to test the supposed life span and/or wait for a leak. In other words, preventive maintenance is our mantra. During the three visits we were continually kept informed of work progress, findings, given suggestions, and our input was also solicited as we’re not rookies. All of the folks we met at Bruckner’s were friendly, professional, efficient, and eager to address our wellbeing. Specifically, we applaud Kenneth (service supervisor), Derrick and Charles (parts), and James (service tech, “our tuner”) for jobs well done. And to add to our delight, Bruckner’s owns and operates a small adjacent campground with full hookups at minimal cost. Additionally, on a couple of nights when our coach wasn’t able to roll under her own power she was pushed into the gravel yard outside the shop and hooked up to 50amp power such that we could stay on board rather than “motel it”. If need be we will without hesitation go to Bruckner’s in Big Cabin, OK, for routine and non-routine service and we have already wholeheartedly recommended them to a good number of friends who, like us, are always on the lookout for an excellent diesel work facility.

Convenient little stop right on the highway. Hookups are towards the front of the spots so you've most likely got to unhook and park behind your rig, if you've got a long truck. Easy after hours check in with cash envelope system. They offer a few discounts to save a few bucks.

We came here on a referral from a Dutch Star owner we trust. They had problems receiving quality service during and after the Covid 19 pandemic. We knew we needed help on our Spartan chassis and Cummins diesel for our 2006 used Mountain Aire. Over the past year of ownership, we’ve had thousands of $$$ worth of non-quality work done on our used coach; from Camping World in Spring Tx, Cummins dealer in Springfield IL, zGlass in Peoria IL, and Shade Pro at Newmar rally in Wy. Our faith in receiving quality work on anything in the USA was shattered. Then came Cabin Diesel (Recently purchased by Bruckner Trucking). Our faith in people who want to do a great job has been restored! They have a RV Park that is reasonable and very convenient to the shop. Full hookups and a great wi-fi at the park. The shop is very customer focused with 40% of their businesses being coaches. The mechanic (James) actually educated us on things about our coach we didn’t know. Kenneth and James have been fantastic. They are upfront, straight shooters, and have attention for detail. They know their chassis’, engines, and coaches. Yes, we are rolling out of here with a nice tab from lack of maintenance from the previous owners but we are also rolling out with a confidence in our coach we didn’t have before. We will be returning annually for an inspection for preventive maintenance. Thank you to John and Deb for the best referral we’ve ever received!

Took my Cascadia in for an oil leak. They diagnosed the problem and had that and a few other repairs made in less than a week. They were very knowledgeable and did an awesome job of communicating with us about repairs. Price was extremely fair, especially in this economy. Will definitely do business with them in the future.

Highly recommend the service and repair that had been done on my truck. Great people to work with. Stop here every year and have my truck worked on. Ken and all the other people do a great job. Highly recommend.

I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. To start off with they stand behind their work. They keep us running no matter what we bring them. Small to large they can do it. I also wanna give a shout out to Kenneth! You do an awesome job man! Thanks for all that you and the guys and gals there do!

We had our motorhomes yearly service work done here. Engine fluid and filters. Generator fluid and filters. Aqua-hot system fluid filter and burn chamber cleaning and adjusted. Odometer re-calibrated. ABS (Brakes) fault, corrected. "Kenneth" was our Service Advisor and "James" was our Service Tech. Fast, correct service at a fair price. I HIGHLY recommend you consider this facility for your RV Maintenance requirements.

I had a very good experience here this place was very clean and very friendly people. They got my Freightliner cascadia fixed and running like a charm. I have to give these guys credit because the problem I had was like finding a needle in a haystack. I'm glad my truck decided to break down here in Big cabin.

Very nice people that know their jobs and do them well. I recommend this shop to anyone who needs repairs on their big truck. They got the work done quick and I was able to get down the road. Many thanks.

We went to Cabin Diesel to have our fuel line replaced on our Motorhome. They were great! We stayed in their RV Campground (which has full hook up) and has level parking spots (drive thru) and is Big Rig friendly. This is the cleanest truck shop I have ever seen. Everyone there was so friendly and our mechanic ( James?) explained everything before starting on our bus and was very patient while we asked all of our questions and concerns. I HIGHLY, recommend this company.

Clean & very well kept. Full service hook ups. Easy in & our. Great price! We didn’t need any services, just a safe place for an overnight rest. Train tracks are somewhat close.

Highly recommended, Outstanding service! Had a blow out on a trailer and Vicky was on top of it to get us a wrecker/ contact to get us back on the road. I’d leave a 10 star if I had the option. You are the best, Thankyou!!!

I can not recommend Cabin Diesel Service. Had trouble with our Class A motorhome transmission, left it there for them to look at. Labor is $150 an hour, they claim to have spent 11 hours just diagnosing it with computer and checking wiring, cost me $1800 just for that. Said it was the transmission control module, would be $6,000 to fix it, we said no and got it to our own shop. They didnt follow Allison Transmission troubleshooting steps and miss diagnosed it. We followed every step, it was the C3 Pressure switch. A $100 part, plus new filters and fluid while we were at it. Why would you not follow the steps and try this cheaper route first like the manual said to do, instead of jumping to a high dollar control module? Will not recommend and will not be back.

Cabin Diesel scheduled us in for next day which I had a lengthy list of things to be done. They completed everything which took a few days. They have done all the service on our Newmar DSDP since it was new. They were highly recommended Coachlight RV sales. And I recommend them as well.

We had Cabin Diesel diagnose and repair an issue on one of our trucks. We brought it to them after having the truck at another dealership that utterly failed to fix the issue and in the end, we found out they did nothing. But that is another story. We have nothing to say but great things about Trace and his service depart at Cabin Diesel. They promptly fixed the issue and kept us informed along the way. Trace, the service Mgr, personally took the truck out on the test run to be sure all was well. Thanks for a job well done.

Had my RV towed there when it broke down. They finally got to it after 2 weeks, probably because I did not have an appointment. Problem turned out to be the fuel pump, which they replaced. And then had the nerve to charge me about $4,000.00 . They say they spent 22 hours of labor on the job. The fuel pump on a Detroit Diesel Series 60 is not that difficult to access. Needless to say, I will not be back, and cannot recommend them.

I made an appointment to service my Oasis hydronic heater and change the engine coolant in my Class A motor home. I arrived on time at 8:00am, the service tech that guided me in the bay was friendly but the guys that wrote up the work order were jerks. I sat in the customer waiting area for 5 hours before anyone even spoke a word to me then was told that they evaluated the Oasis system, (for which I was charged $145.00 per hour) and gave me a list of parts they needed to order as they "don't stock parts for Oasis". Why didn't they tell me when I made the appointment. All told I paid over $700.00 for them to change the engine coolant and write up an estimate. In my 64 years of life I have never felt more taken advantage of. I will never give them another dime and will tell everyone I know what crooks they are.
