Not sure where to begin. I seriously can’t thank Mac enough for working with me when my ins company denied the claim. The guy is beyond a good dude. Truly helped me out and did a fantastic job on the repairs. I doubt I could have had a better experience. 100% recommend this place to get your vehicle fixed. Tks Mac.
10 STAR SERVICE
The plastic bottom of my bumper got stuck under my car and I had to pull over at a gas station. I called the shop and they offered to come get me and tow my car to their shop for a VERY reasonable fee. When the tow truck arrived the dude (who was super nice) took 30 seconds to unbolt the plastic piece, toss it in his passenger seat, and say goodbye. I was shocked at how fast they arrived and when I offered to pay him he declined. I'm from out of state so I'll probably never be around here again, but they were FABULOUS!!
Mac's has responsible, competent, and kind employees. Obviously no one is in a great spot when they're using a wrecker service but these guys made a tough situation better. Mac's made sure to hold my car from being destroyed until I could get my personal belongings out of it a week later.
I have taken two wrecked vehicles to Kody and it’s always during a time of crisis and panic, I call them and they immediately come pick up my car no questions asked. They do great work and are nice and honest people. I would recommend anyone’s body work/damage to be taken to Mac’s.
Very customer service oriented, professional, and considers their customers finances. They also get the job done fast and offer tow services. So glad I decided on their shop. If I need work again, I will definitely be calling them. Thanks Cody!
They are absolutely AWESOME in this shop! He went way above and beyond to help me out with my particular issue. I appreciate him and will brag for the rest of my life about how awesome they were to me.
Get there to get a vehicle I got stuff written down mixed up crossed up between the vehicle type vehicle color and everything else and when you ask about the vehicle you find out why you get confused look on their face
I cant get my tools out of my truck without the title or a 100 dollar bill, I just bought it and hit a cow and now I'm waiting on the title, I cant help if former owner cant find it.
