Great service, cash only. Everybody that written these one star reviews on this guy must be really sensitive. He's direct and to the point but I thought it was great sitting there and talking with him for about 25 minutes waiting for the cash to arrive. I mistakenly thought he took debit card he does not. They take cash only.
Absolutely BEYOND rude! He was called out to an accident involving my dad by LPD. When he got there we were met with a terrible attitude. He REFUSED to wait for us to go to an ATM which was right down the street. Chances are he wouldn't even be done loading by the time we got back. He said he doesn't take card and since we didn't have cash he'd have to take it to his yard and we'd have to pay even more to get it out. I flat out told him to leave and we'd call someone else to tow my dad's car to his house about 4 blocks away.... do NOT call this guy and expect help. You won't get it. He will try and scam you.
Horrible service, I'm trying to get help on a vehicle and the guy who answer keeps hanging up on me and being SUPER RUDE WILL NOT RECOMMEND HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!
Stand great, does great work! Some these reviews I’ve seen had some to say abt him hanging up on them. He’s just an old man who don’t know phone etiquette.
This guys is very rude and likes too hang up on people. I pray nobody has to deal with him for much longer. My car hit the side of a wall and wouldn’t drive. There was minimal damage maybe just a light hanging out but after he picked it up both my wheels and front it was all jacked up, when I came to get my license plate the he hung up on me after I told him I’ll give him the title after we check for the keys and get the license plate. He hung up immediately after that and said he won’t be back for 30 minutes even though his trucks where all there.
10 out of 5 STARS, Absolutely the best! I got fast help on a Sunday morning for a price that can’t be beat. I had called all the high reviewed tow companies first with no response except 1, who then proceeded to wait 70 minutes to call me back and tell me their truck was broken down. Then I called Stan’s and he got up and came to my rescue, 35 minute wait and he was there. Got my car loaded up and got me to a mechanic shop. I cannot express how thankful I am to him.
Charged alot for impound fees and wouldn't work with me took my car... offered for me a chance to rebuy it when they sell it.. they put me in a real messed up position over a tail light
Stan came all the way to within one mile of the Chickasha exit on I-44 to pull my granddaughter’s car out of the ditch with his wench truck and carry it back to Lawton to her house. He was courteous and helpful.
Got stuck down to my axle while pulling a 37 ft 5th wheel camper. Called another towing company first but they wanted way too much money. Called Stan's and they had me out in no time. Highly recommend.
Absolutely unacceptable, got into a car accident and had to have him pick up my vehicle. Told me to call and schedule an appointment with him in the morning to get my personal belongings out of my car for work I had the next day ect., called and made and appointment for 9:00am was there on time, a little early. I did not get an answer until 10:25 am and told me to come back at 11:00am, arrived there and he was not there. Kept ignoring my phone calls and when he did answer he was vile and rude. Told me to come back again, at 3:00 pm when I arrived he was not there. I called him four times before he answered and he told me he was actually closed today after he kept giving me the run around and that I would need to try to get ahold of him again tomorrow. He used foul language on the phone with me and was very rude and vile on the phone and has still not gotten into contact with me and is ignoring my phone calls.

Guy towed my car, I got rental and went to work (my job was 30 miles away, at the time). He was supposed to take it to a mechanic. He never did.
Eventually, I gave up asking him and instead decided to have him tow it to my home. He never even had time to take my calls so I could give him my address. He ducked my calls for months, knowing he could because I lived so far away (over 100+ miles).
I ran up thousands of dollars in rental fees and eventually lost my job because of this POS.

Called last night 3/10/18 to get my car towed literally a mile or two up the road from sheridan and lee to Sheridan and Lincoln. When he answered the phone he was very rude and knowing that it was late and most of the towing companies where already closed I agreed to use him. I was broke down at a gas station, he wanted to charge me 75$ and to call him when I had the cash because he wouldn't accept debit. I told him I would have the cash by the time he got here because what gas station doesnt have an atm. He told me he would arrive in 10-15 min. I waited 45 min for him to arrive which he never did. I called him back then he rudley told me he was not coming out and find help else where and hung up in my face. As a towing company I would expect much more sympathy and couth from places like these. As a woman and it being late at night I was already in distress. The least he could have done was call me and tell me instead of having me wait in the cold alone. I will never call this man for assistance in my life. And neither should you.
Stan was very nice and very helpful. A lot of these reviews are negative, however I had a great experience. He tried his best to give me the cheapest option to get my car back and even helped me take a look at my tag light. He’s a good man. Thanks Stan!
Customer service is poor and loves to hang up on people 😣 i believe he gets much pleasure hanging up on his customers because he know's we are in his power (it's like a little power trip). This old timer is very rude and acts careless and will hang up on you in mid sentence😂😂😂 avoid this guy at all cost. Once he got your car then he plays his cool guy role while your the needy person😂😂😂 got a love this old timer
I am leaving one star for stan before i go and meet with him today. He towed my car and i was finally able to get him on the phone on fri. i asked if I could get my kids car seats out my vehicle and he says and i quote "Its not my F******problem, I ll be back on monday after Easter."..........*CLICK*.......... this mofo hung up on me!!!!!!! on my way there soon i will leave another honest review after my visit.
Stan towed our truck after it had been hit, known him for many years. No problem. Would use him again. Thanks Stan for taking care of billy. Excellent service!
