I called a prescription into the Elgin Pharmacy on Thursday Jan 22nd. It needed a refill from Dr Janz. Meanwhile I had text the phone number and had called in the morning with no answer and no option of leaving a voicemail. I called back twice Jan 23rd. I was told he would get a note. Well, that’s not working. So I had to go the weekend. Monday morning about 10:30 I called and the receptionist said she would put a sticky note on his desk. So now I go into Tuesday 5th day. A lot of people could end up in the hospital Without having a prescription for 5 days, or maybe dead. What is going on. I may have to walk right into his office or patient room, I’m not above doing that!! Terrible service for a health clinic!!
This place has gone downhill since Leah went on leave this is not somewhere you want you children to go if they are special needs. Dr. Hunter constantly needs reminders to refill a script that helps my child’s day to day after calling 4 days in a row still not yet filled. The staff is never on the same page of what happed the prior day. Horrible experience
Lia is amazing, she lets me talk and always validates any concern. I never feel misunderstood or unheard with her. The front staff is always so sweet and welcoming and the nurses are some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Love this clinic! ?

I don't go to this clinic, but whenever I need refills, I can call this clinic and the front staff is always so very helpful about putting those in for me, and then I don't have to sit on hold with call center for half an hour only to get it wrong. Highly recommend this clinic for most helpful and pleasant ever! Kudos to Kailee for hiring the best people!!
This is an amazing clinic the staff is always helpful with anything I need. My provider is always there when I need her she's compassionate, understanding and takes her time whenever I have an appointment.
Always super friendly. Able to get my children in when they are sick or for anything we need. Makes my family comfortable and answers all my questions. Staff goes above and beyond, real sense of community.
Everytime I call for appointments Judy & Kelsey are so Sweet and so helpful. Samantha and Dr Jan are also amazing they definitely care for their patients. The whole staff will definitely make you feel welcomed ? I haven't had a bad experience there and personally I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. They're just all good people and all very caring they all definitely need a raise because of how awesome they are.
I love this place! Plan on returning here for care after my pregnancy. Samantha Q. Was my doctor and she was always so kind and caring. Definitely a great little doctors office.
Had an overall good experience here but what sent it over the top was the receptionist Judy (I think was her name). She was extremely kind, patient, and helpful with me!
Had doctor's googling symptoms, the front desk couldn't help me schedule an appointment, and the lab assistant or doctors assistant yelled at me when I asked when to call back for my results. Really curious how the state hasn't shut them down. ? is anyone there actually legally allowed to practice medicine??
I recently went to ccmh was diegnost with chronic pain and depression done concrete work for 30 years , the doctor prescribed viagra what the hell is happening rude people do no paperwork for me to tell me anything just basically pushed me out
I called earlier in the day to verify my appointment, the receptionist who answered the phone was disrespectful and belittling. After arriving, the ladies at the front desk were rude, and unhelpful. I had scheduled an appointment to be seen about a month in advance and they told me that they had to reschedule it almost another whole month out. Will not be going back, neither will my children.
Love the staff in here always welcoming and listen to your needs! Just want to say special thanks to Asia who answers calls and helps too your needs! Terry who is very sweet to my little one! I love our physician dr. Leal all in all highly recomended for sure!
Love this place just have not gotten my hubby and girls to come in much . My hubby and kids are like the cows. they will run for the hills if I say (you need to go get seen) .. lol. Very nice people here it's a family problem not the clinic..lol
