Had to call the police on one of your drivers last night who seems to think he has the right to use your tow truck to block off our residential street because he doesn't like people turning around in the cul de sac. Preventing people who live here to even drive down our road and holding residents hostage!!!
If I could give negative stars I can. My car was towed for parking tickets and they wouldn’t release my car over registration. Once I proved that I was current on my registration they still held onto to rack up storage fees. So I had to wait all weekend to ask for a document at a tag agency that I didn’t even need.
Also, they charge $40 for servicing you after 5pm, because they are predatory.
Stay away.
The front desk lady was so nasty, she’s so unprofessional, no one in that building have any answers to any questions about invoice or price break downs. The front desk lady yelled at me when asking questions, she had the same answer to every question. Be careful when parking in Norman, horrible company to work with.
Negative 5 stars. Absolutely the worst. Norman police arrested me over a $135 municipal cash warrant quick wrecker impounded my truck and trailer while I was helping a senior citizen move that didn't have neone else helping. Total cost 948 dollars for five days. $443 hook up fee 345 for storage 35 after hours fee 19 first letter 30 second letter 48 bucks for tax. The worst part is that now my truck now has a stretched 1st gear . I'm calling a lawyer and the okla corporation commission
Stole my car and messed up my transmission. When I called to explain the guy I talked to was belligerent and told me off. He told me to “get me story straight” because I countered his statements.
This towing company is awesome! My car broke down in a parking lot and they were there in under 30 minutes! Cody, the driver, was friendly, experienced and a very good driver. He was able to get my car in my very small driveway on a small residential street. Thank you!!
I was in an accident, horrible weather and the experience I had with Quick Wrecker Service was amazing. They answered very quickly and took my info. The driver, Josh immediately called me and kept in touch the entire time. He immediately asked if i was injured and in a safe place. He quickly arrived. He helped me with all the info I needed at a time when I could barely think straight. I am so grateful that in such a horrible situation that this went so smoothly and he was so helpful. I highly recommend them.
From the time I called to getting my truck to the shop took less than 30 minutes. Robert was very professional and accommodating. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.
While riding with a friend to a job, he was pulled over. I had over $500 worth in tools in the car. The friend went to jail and remains there. The car was towed. And is about to be auctioned off.. I've called and even went by begging for them to release my tools to me.. they refused me. Saying the registered owner is the only one who can have access to the car. So I'm out all the tools
Doesn't even deserve 1 star, but whatever you do, DON'T call these people. I called for help on a Friday night, was told that Saturday morning would be better, so I called 7:30am the next day, just too be refused service because it was a football day O.o and the girls were rude, very unprofessional and don't need to be working for anybody!!
Incredibly rude. Uncaring. Refused to give me my house key from my keyring since my insurance didn't go into effect 20 days from time of posting. Mckayla was the worst of all. Disgusting attitude and all around lazy atmosphere. Worst towing company.
