Stalled in the middle of I35 southbound in rush hour traffic, Jesse was great! He got to me quickly and loaded the car quickly! Excellent service! Affordable tow price! Highly recommend this company!
Our vehicle was towed because we parked in a place we did not know was illegal . The gentleman at Quality towing was willing to meet us at his establishment at almost midnight so we did not have to leave our vehicle . He was extremely kind and accommodating with us during the process. He made my wife and I feel as comfortable as you can feel in a negative situation. He also did not try and charge extra charges or over the state legal limit for impound towing like other places have done to us in the past.
Not writing this review based off a tow but based off the customer service that was experienced during one phone call. The lady was so unprofessional!! She answered "Hello?" No company name. Followed by a "What do you want??" Wouldn't even let me finish my sentence to even ask about a quote for a tow and instead interrupted me very rudely to say "Yeah no, no we aren't going to do anything today. We are too busy watching the football game." And then hung up. Incredibly rude and unprofessional! I guess if you need a tow, sorry, you're out of luck because watching football is more important than providing the 24 hour service that you advertise.
They towed my car from the accident sight on request of Allstate Insurance. I was able to remove the contents from my totalled vehicle. The process was easy and the person helping me was very nice and efficient.
Will at Quality Towing did an epic feat! Saved me from getting an impound on my boat that decided to throw a tire a few miles from the house! Will took on the challenge and with the most precise control got a 21 foot boat loaded and unloaded at my house with 1 wheel!! Definitely a well seasoned tradesman he is! Thanks Quality Towing for saving my 4th of July weekend!

SUV was stuck in the mud bad. They responded quickly and knew exactly what to do. Driver was super professional and did a great job. Definitely would suggest using them 100%.
I had called 6 other tow company's to help me out over Memorial Day weekend after a catastrophic hub/bearing failure on a boat. No one gave me the time of day....except Quality Towing. They dispatched immediately and had me on the flatbed in no time. Very reasonably priced since it was over 60 miles to come get me and 70 miles to get the boat home in OKC.
We use their towing service and they damage our car and will not pay for and they said that we had no proof of it, the proof is that before it was used by you guys it wasn't damaged period don't use this service

Quality towing has been outstanding for me! I have now had to use them several times over a span of a few days. Been clearing out some very moist land with heavy equipment and we have had some terrible luck getting machines stuck with no other option to save them other than a heavy duty tow rig. I had limited time with the machines so time was money and I needed to keep them moving. They have responded to all of my calls quickly and for what I thought was an extremely fair price. I will always recommend them and I appreciate the professionalism and sense of urgency with their tow operators.
My best friend is handicapped (he has Dwarf syndrome) and you guys have the audacity to ticket him bc he was in a handicapped spot AND YOU LOCKED HIS KEYS IN HIS CAR SO HE HAD TO PAY THE 85$! How dare you that’s discrimination and I hope you do right by him!!!
I would not recommend them to no one. AAA sent them to change my tire on my vehicle. He put the jack too close to my back door and the track shifted or it bent the wheel. And so now the back door will not slide open on my minivan. I contact the AAA and AAA let me talk to them and they denied the claim they refuse to do anything to fix my door. The driver lied straight to my face and said that he was gonna go get a senior supervisor to bring to my house to look at it. He never came back. So now I’m gonna have to take time out of my busy schedule. And take them to small claims court. So if you need a tow or your tire changed or something, please I recommend using someone else. This is not a good company or an honest company. They do not take responsibility when they break something.
Pretty sure the guy name was will but he was awesome and took care of my truck and everything went smooth good guy and company they pull up in under 30 mins when I call too
Needed a pull-out (my dumb mistake). They came out promptly, within the time they stated. Driver was friendly, got me out quick without damage to my vehicle. Would recommend.
Will was our driver and extremely careful with my corvette, took a lot of care ensuring it was loaded safely and without damage. I cannot thank him enough for his professionalism and attention to detail. It was late, he’d been working all day and still was on point. Great company. Will not use anyone else.

The employees are very hot headed, especially the short white guy and female receptionist!! Maybe they're mad they work at a junk yard, but don't take it out on the customer! The short guy even accused me of stealing MY OWN KEYS... Be prepared hahaha
I went there to purchase a car from a young man who called me because his car had been impounded after an accident, and he didn't won't to repair it. Quality intentionally made it a hassle for him to retrieve his car, especially the fat short guy who sits at the desk just behind the help desk, not supriseningly next to the kitchen. They were hoping the car's owner would become frustrated enough to just give them his title, and let them have his car to cover their inflated towing and impound charges. When they are successful at this, they get your car for nothing, and later sell at their monthly auction for big profits. Don't fall for this. Get your car out of impound and sell it to people or companies who buy inoperable cars, so you can get money out of the deal. After all it's your car.
Very helpful! Had a flat tire right off i35 when my husband was working out of town and called this company. They were so fast to get to me and had my tire changed in no time. Very friendly and saved me from hours of waiting on the local company. Very affordable. Thank you again Quality towing!
Used their emergency towing. Picked me up 20 miles outside of Norman on a Sunday. Right off the highway. He started driving to me right after I called and got there quickly. Obviously I was charged for the distance but it seemed like a fair price. A flat pick up fee and then it was priced per mile he drove. Would use again if I was in a rough spot.
Bad business and even worse service.
Do not recommend unless your trying to pay 30$ a hour and want your car and belongings gone through.
Also the guys and the lady running the front desk were nasty and rude no costumer service skills. Untrustworthy business should be ashamed of themselves robbing from innocent out of towners!
1000% recommend. after waiting over two hours at night, my insurance roadside assistance canceled my tow from another company without notifying me. I called Quality Towing on my own and they were there in less than 15 mins at almost midnight. I absolutely recommend Quality Towing Service! Our vehicle completely shut down, we couldn't even put it in neutral and we needed a tow fast on a Sunday evening, and Brian came to the rescue! They r the biggest crooks of theft when I paid $2000.00 to get my vehicle out of impound just to find out that everything that I had in my car when impounded was no longer in there that they STOLE EVERYTHING OUT MY CAR and then told me to leave their parking lot that they was going to get me for trespassing and they would give me any of my stuff back that they stolen out my car so honestly I don't understand how they r allowed to even operate a business
I honestly don't know why this place only has a 3.5 rating because they went beyond my expectations. Even if my Insurance wasn't paying for the towing, they're still not outrageously priced! And the Tow Truck Driver Levi was so kind, respectful, and gave me some honest advice. Had to go to their yard twice for some things that I had forgotten in my car and they were completely understanding and nice about it! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable tow company.
As a member of the Norman Fire Department we find training opportunities for vehicle crash emergency very difficult to come by. Quality Towing has open their doors to us twice in the past month and multiple times in the past. Big thanks to Jim and all other Quality employees how assisted in helping us be better suited to respond to emergencies here in Norman.
