Very helpful! Had a flat tire right off i35 when my husband was working out of town and called this company. They were so fast to get to me and had my tire changed in no time. Very friendly and saved me from hours of waiting on the local company. Very affordable. Thank you again Quality towing!

I went there to purchase a car from a young man who called me because his car had been impounded after an accident, and he didn't won't to repair it. Quality intentionally made it a hassle for him to retrieve his car, especially the fat short guy who sits at the desk just behind the help desk, not supriseningly next to the kitchen. They were hoping the car's owner would become frustrated enough to just give them his title, and let them have his car to cover their inflated towing and impound charges. When they are successful at this, they get your car for nothing, and later sell at their monthly auction for big profits. Don't fall for this. Get your car out of impound and sell it to people or companies who buy inoperable cars, so you can get money out of the deal. After all it's your car.

As a member of the Norman Fire Department we find training opportunities for vehicle crash emergency very difficult to come by. Quality Towing has open their doors to us twice in the past month and multiple times in the past. Big thanks to Jim and all other Quality employees how assisted in helping us be better suited to respond to emergencies here in Norman.

The employees are very hot headed, especially the short white guy and female receptionist!! Maybe they're mad they work at a junk yard, but don't take it out on the customer! The short guy even accused me of stealing MY OWN KEYS... Be prepared hahaha

Used their emergency towing. Picked me up 20 miles outside of Norman on a Sunday. Right off the highway. He started driving to me right after I called and got there quickly. Obviously I was charged for the distance but it seemed like a fair price. A flat pick up fee and then it was priced per mile he drove. Would use again if I was in a rough spot.

Amazing staff, they got to me fairly quickly!! The driver was very kind as well as the staff when I called. Fair pricing and are very transparent with you!!

1000% recommend. after waiting over two hours at night, my insurance roadside assistance canceled my tow from another company without notifying me. I called Quality Towing on my own and they were there in less than 15 mins at almost midnight. Extremely friendly, compassionate and helpful to a distraught single mom stranded after work and trying to get home. Thank you so much!

I absolutely recommend Quality Towing Service! Our vehicle completely shut down, we couldn't even put it in neutral and we needed a tow fast on a Sunday evening, and Brian came to the rescue! He was extremely nice and knowledgeable with what he was doing. On top of quality service, it was extremely affordable! We will definitely choose this company the next time we need a quick tow! Bad business and even worse service. Do not recommend unless your trying to pay 30$ a hour and want your car and belongings gone through. Also the guys and the lady running the front desk were nasty and rude no costumer service skills. Untrustworthy business should be ashamed of themselves robbing from innocent out of towners!

They r the biggest crooks of theft when I paid $2000.00 to get my vehicle out of impound just to find out that everything that I had in my car when impounded was no longer in there that they STOLE EVERYTHING OUT MY CAR and then told me to leave their parking lot that they was going to get me for trespassing and they would give me any of my stuff back that they stolen out my car so honestly I don't understand how they r allowed to even operate a business

If you don't support businesses operated by registered offenders then I'd go elsewhere!! If you are forced to come here, LEAVE ANY CHILDREN IN THE CAR!!

Happy with my choice. Driver Brian arrived and knew what he was doing. Got my wife’s vehicle unlocked and loaded in no time. Driver and dispatcher were both friendly gentleman to deal with.

The gentlemen were professional and very knowledgeable in the way they launched a 5000 pound onto a large wrecker. I would use them again.

I honestly don't know why this place only has a 3.5 rating because they went beyond my expectations. Even if my Insurance wasn't paying for the towing, they're still not outrageously priced! And the Tow Truck Driver Levi was so kind, respectful, and gave me some honest advice. Had to go to their yard twice for some things that I had forgotten in my car and they were completely understanding and nice about it! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable tow company.

Lady who answered the phone is a rude person with no life and they would not let me collect my personal items as well said I couldn’t pay for the vehicle back unless I had a title but it never came with a title

I’m not 100 % sure because one can never really know but I’m almost certain my tow truck driver stole out my car. Seeing how he was in it and the place he took it to just happens to be where my brother works and a good friend I have known over a decade worked on my car. The only 3 people in my car! Would give no stars if available. They are rude and disorganized company who won't allow you your own belongings out of your vehicle including COPD medication to keep me from ending up in the ER. Noble Police impounded this vehicle in a violation of first amendment rights. So initial impound was found invalid by the police department they released and waved fees. Why are y'all doing this.

Literally just drove off with my car! Arrived Fast and hookup was quick and experienced even though the parking lot was small and my car was at a difficult spot. I would definitely recommend using their service!

If I could give them a negative star I would. These people are the absolute most. Rude ,unprofessional, varmints I have ever dealt with. They will most definitely see me in court.

Quality responded late this evening when a delivery driver drove off into a ditch at the end of our driveway and got hopelessly stuck. Brian from Quality arrived and worked magic with his tow rig. Within a short time the delivery car was out of the ditch with no apparent damage. Great service, very professional!

Nice and friendly. They say they are open 24 hrs . They are accessible 24 hrs .. if it's before 8 am or after 5 pm.. They charge by the min. Ask exactly what documents you need to pick up your car before arrival..get the person's name..only one of them knows all of the rules.

These people refuse to let the family get pictures of a bike that their son was hit while on and died, was rude, inconsiderate, showed no sympathy to the family, and even raised the price by $500. Horrible service, experience, and customer service.

Great experience working with Quality Wrecker after they towed a vehicle from a very serious accident my family was in. The office staff have been very kind, patient and help explain process of when we can inspect the vehicle.

Unfortunately I needed their service three times in two weeks. Both of the drivers I had were extremely friendly and helpful. One vehicle was extra tall with locked wheels. No problem for these guys. Definitely would recommend and use again.
