Called ahead to check on the availability of a truck frame. I was specific on my vehicles Year Make Model and Trim options. After doing so I was assured they had the frame I was looking for. When I arrived, I informed the gentleman that I had called about frame. When asked which frame I had called about I told him. Immediately I was told that's not what I had called for. After this I informed him of my vehicle again. To be told he didn't have the vehicle. Turned out to be a complete waste of time and fuel. Punctuality should be key if working in customer service in my opinion! I truly hope this doesn't reflect the business but it left a bad taste in my mouth!
Cool yard! The older gentlemen that helped me was a little impatient when asking what I was coming in for but overall a satisfactory experience, they have all of the parts already pulled and meet you up front to help you load, there pricing is exactly what is stated online as well. First yard I've seen that does not require you to pull parts yourself definitely will be back for parts down the road!
Drove up from ft worth to pick up this 05-06 jeep 4.0l motor. There's a reason why I drove all the way up from fort Worth yeah I could have found one near me but the price is right and I've done business with this company before. Picked up a bumper and wench while I was there! I will definitely be back!!
Super rude front desk guy is costing this company money! I asked to see an engine that was there and he acted like he didn’t want to be bothered. He said he would show it to me, but I probably wouldn’t buy it anyway. I said, “I might not, but I would like to see it anyway.
As we were walking out to look at it, he called me a “Lucy Loo” (a customer who looks but doesn’t buy). I asked him if he thought I was wasting his time and he told me yes. I then told him I didn’t want to waste anymore of his time and I would take my business elsewhere.

Called to order a part. Told him I am okay with less than perfect condition and can sign a waiver to buy it as-is. He proceeded to waste my time and for some insane reason he kept insisting he won't sell me the taillight. Why even list a part if you aren't in the business of selling parts when a customer calls?
Hibdon's was going to be 3 to 5 days and $500 for a rim for my 2016 Ram ProMaster. I found it here for less than a hundred. Had it installed that same day back at Hibdon. Super friendly at the counter. And very knowledgeable of products.
I've spent a fair chunk of change here over the last 5 years and I'm finally done. Its a well run yard, but I can't deal with the attitude anymore. It's always bothered me.
Prices are very good!!! Yes the counter man seems a little grumpy. I dont think he means to though. I think that's just him. Was very helpful. And will be doing more business with them for sure.
I got a motor for a chevy equinox nice clean motor and the price was cheap , customer service just right it's a salvage yard , six months and still running ,well the motor has 14000 miles and the price was good .
O wow i just called down there for a jack of a 2005 f150... he ask me if it was an extended cab.... lol.. wow..... if you don't know their all the same... i had to rate this at a one star but it dont even deserve that.. ok yea i didn't have to mentionthat he was rude...

Called to see if i can look for a part to fit my truck. They said no. Its a closed yard. Said he would bring 1 to the counter and thats it. Very rude. Eont ever shop there.
Was told they had the part i was needing, got a ride to make the 30 mile drive to be greeted by a rude old man at the counter. Told him what i needed and was told to come back tomorrow because it was 5 mins to 5:00 and they were closing. The door says they are open to 5:30, what kind of business has posted hours and doesn't honor them. Rudest person i ever met. Even asked if they could pull the part when i called and have it waiting for me when i got there and was told ok but i guess ill take my money else where.
I have dealt with these guys many times over the years and had good service. They may be a little grumpy sometimes but what salvage yard guys aren't? They have done a great job at having the part I needed when they said they did. I like them.
All I did was ask if he had f250 7.3 parts and the dude went off on how crappy that truck is...I didn't once raise my voice lol. Then he threatened to call the cops when I wouldn't leave! Very rude and disrespectful! Can't believe someone like this works there.
Workers have major attitudes and are as bad as AutoZone workers when I comes to finding parts. Worked had the gaul to call my 72 Chevy Truck junk. They list parts on car-part.con they don't actually have (or can't find, so your probably traveling down there for nothing but to get attitude. Avoid this place as all costs.
