From out of state and I was in and accident on the turnpike and my car was severely damaged, I didn't want to let it go to a salvage yard as it has sentimental value, I arranged to have it towed to a truck stop down the road till I figured things out. These guys were very helpful and understanding
and gave me a much better price then the other places in the area. Even had it towed by them a second time to a storage facility the following day and they gave me the same decent rate as the day before even tho it was quite a few more miles the second time. Good guys I give 'em 5 stars!
I called them on Monday and asked if they could get 2 cars that I bought at auction out of someones lot and moved to a different one either Tues, Wed, or Thursday of the same week. They had them both moved by Tuesday at noon! Charged exactly what they quoted and she was extremely pleasant to speak to! Highly Recommend to anyone!
I have had to use this crew twice recently and they're amazing. They picked up my vehicle without me being present and brought it straight to my home; quick and right on time. They placed my vehicle in the perfect spot, even though it was a tight fit. They empathized with my situation and gave great advice for what I should do next with my vehicle. I will recommend this crew every time.
ROAD DOG RECOVERY ARE THIEVING CROOKS. They sold my INSURED truck THAT WAS UNDER AN EXISTNIG CLAIM THE BODY SHOP JUST TOOK TO LONG TO GET IT. It had my tools and personal property, and my Alvarez Acoustic Guitar in it because Allstate's preferred vendor took too long to get the truck from them to fix it and didn't bother to tell any of us it hadn't even been picked up yet. So out of pure selfish greed they sold my truck when I had told them I filed a claim, I went there to get my personal property out of it but had to have the registration with me as well as the title which I thought was fishy at the time but now know was downright premeditated. Who auctions a vehicle that's on an insurance claim!? When l called about them selling my truck, that was under an active insurance claim mind you, she complained saying that she had to wait 50 days to get paid for towing my truck. I was dumbfounded was she really expecting me to be sympathetic towards her auctioning off my truck and costing me $15,000. She was rude and had no level of compassion or cooperation considering what they had just done to me. She has had my phone number since day 1 and did not once call me or tell me that they were going to sell my truck with my property, tools, and Alvarez acoustic Guitar. I hope for their sake everything about that sale was done by the book. She won't give me any copies of the 30-day form, the notice of sale that didnt even get delivered it got returned to sender, or any paperwork so I now must go to the courthouse and request a subpoena for said documents. I don't know about ya'll, but I don't take someone at face value, it's their actions that speak the most of their inner self, morality, character, and intentions, and their actions show me a no-good crook extortionist using petty laws to commit Grand Theft Auto on working class Americans. I'll have to take both my insurance and road dog recovery to court just to get the $15,000 car loan paid off, before I can finance another vehicle to get to work so it'll be a god knows how long before I'll be able to get a vehicle and all she had to say was it was not her problem"?! Never mind the lack of accountability, empathy, or professionalism, that right there is nothing more than a disgusting human being. And if that's your momma or your daddy and you don't like what I think about them, hell I would love to have a conversation with you about it so go ahead and reach out to me since they won't answer my calls or cooperate in any way. So, if you want to risk having your property and financial assets seized through scandalous legal loopholes then this is the right place for you.
I had the best experience today getting my car towed which is not usual. They were courteous, fast and reassuring. My choice for towing from this point forward. Thank you Road Dog Towing!
This place is unbelievable. The owner is extremely rude. She Never met me a day in my life and I felt judged from the first time I spoke with her. It was hear tone of voice Not everyone that gets their car impounded is a bad person. First time I call she said I’m in bed can you call tomorrow ? Every time I spoke with her she was rude. The 3rd time I called She barked about cooking dinner. It was 5 pm the lot had just closed. She was complaining about being put out by my business. I just wanted to pay the lady and get my car. Sure I had many questions. The first one is… since when does calling a 24 hour business at 10 pm make you a tweaker? At least I gave a damn about my car. Before you judge other people look and listen to the way you speak to your customers . The way you run your business shows in the appearance of your lot and that 50 year old barn you call an entrance. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Which is a shame because the 2 men that actually do the work were kind to me. Run far away
Alexis and James are great. They work very hard, have great communication, and definitely know what they are doing. I will use Road Dog Recovery again and recommend to anyone in need of towing service.

Showed up within a timely manner after requesting service. James did a great job getting my car ready to be towed and towing my vehicle to where I wanted. He was efficient, friendly, and had great customer service!
I locked my keys in my car and called Road Dog to get it unlocked. Within 5 minutes of calling the driver showed up and unlocked my car in under a minute! There were no scratches or dents from him using his tools and he was friendly and professional!! I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!!! Thank you again!!
