Took my vehicle there and I wish the guy would have just told me that I should have had it totaled instead of repaired it and cost me almost 3k. After they repaired it it only lasted 300 mi before the transmission went out. That was likely due because he didn't change the fluid in it because my Jeep took on water. I wouldn't recommend them for mechanical work. From what I hear they started out as a body shop and then went to do mechanic work and yeah not good. I was told my seats were getting removed to do the electrical work and none of the seats were removed at all. I feel like they racked up all the charges in labor and lied about what they did. So unless you know them personally I wouldn't recommend just dropping off a vehicle and getting an honest opinion. This guy just cost me thousands of dollars. There's a certain emoji with one finger that I would use right now to attach to this, But I won't just because I want my review to stay on his page.
I was told by a friend that these guys at 77 Auto & Collison were really good at what they do and you can afford them!! Well that's all I needed," thats why my truck is there!!!! ?
We’ve taken several vehicles here, along with my in-laws, always great and friendly service. They get you right in, and inform you of what’s going on with your vehicle and they don’t overcharge like most mechanic shops.

I did not and will not use this towing service after the interaction I had with the OWNER on a call today! I highly recommend you use any other service! He is very unprofessional in front of clients and uses vulgar language toward woman! The people working for him aren’t much better! Please use another service! I highly recommend A-1 towing! They are amazing!!!
Driver was in Canadian Shores trailer park today, not picking up a vehicle, blocking our drive and used foul language at my wife…..very poor customer service attitude
They took my situation and made me out like I was trying to take my insurance company for a ride so make sure you explain to them thoroughly what you need and what you expected them! Their way or hit the highway
If you need something fixed on your vehicle.. This is the place to go!!! A while back I went for an alignment, sorry for the late review but they are great above and beyond this is where imma go if I can't do it myself

Our first experience here has made us lifelong customers. David worked long and late to get us back on the road for a trip that was important to us. He didn't have to care, but he did and that isnt lost on us. Everyone was kind, professional & fair.
Dave is by far the best mechanic in the 405. He's honest and his prices are fair and he always puts customer service first, but more than that he's just a really good guy and you'll be glad you trusted your vehicle to him.
