I cannot say enough good things about this towing and garage repair service. From the moment they were called they were professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive. At the garage, the team went above and beyond. The workmanship was top notch and it’s obvious they take pride in what they do. They are Reliable, honest, fast and fairly priced If you ever need trustworthy auto repairs or towing give them a call. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I called for them to get me out of my snowed in driveway and up a hill, so that I could park to get out. I was told it would be the next morning but got a call about an hour later that he was on his way. I got unstuck by myself but paid him anyway just for showing up to help.
Really nice young man..if you need wrecker service , give them a call. 2 days later I had to call them again to get me unstuck. About an hour later the guy was there to pull me out. I would recommend them if you ever need a wrecker service.

I was very impressed with the service I received. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable and very polite. He quickly changed my tire and I was on my way.
Of course I would break down right at the end of the work day! The team member they sent (so sorry I am horrible with names) was amazing. He was kind and informative, confident and efficient.
The driver assigned to me was aweesome. (I believe it was Dylan). He was very professional and helped me get out of the snow. The overall experience was amazing with this company. Prices are reasonable and the another plus is this company is veteran owned. Will be my go to for any future towing needs.
I just want to take a moment and say just how amazing Sean and his staff are. Everytime there is an issue with my wife’s vehicle and there is a lot, he is there to help.
So far service has been excellent... to be continued. Jersey was very courteous and provided me many options to get my vehicle fixed. Cody, the gentleman in charge of the tow, had a very good attitude and was very courteous.
New truck from Dallas broke down near Durant while on my way home to Arkansas. Dispatcher was very respectful and helpful in setting up the pick up. Driver arrived quickly and took us back to the dealership with the truck. Driver was extremely nice and respectful. Even in a rough moment, Sarge’s pulled through and took a lot of the stress off. 10/10, would recommend to anyone stuck in a bad situation.
Cody was super helpful and gave above and beyond service. My car broke down and they were there super fast and Cody even drove me to the next town over after dropping my car off. Cannot recommend this company enough!

My tow driver was excellent. He totally managed a difficult pick up and delivery for my car with expertise. With 2 damaged tires the use of a flatbed tow truck was greatly appreciated.

The tow truck driver arrived in about 30 to 45 minutes even though I was told by Mazda Roadside assistance that it would be 2 hours. Driver was very professional and courteous. He quickly changed my tire and was on his way. I couldn’t have gotten better service. The only thing is I forgot his name.
Great Aaa service. Went above and beyond to help with our lost keys. Took the time to understand they issue and provided the services needed at a lower cost originally had found somewhere else. Great to know there are some honest and caring people around! A++
Our new car broke down on our way back to Houston. We called AAA and they set us up with Sarge’s. Everyone there could not have been nicer or more helpful. Charles got our vehicle to the car dealership safely, made sure we were being taken care of there before leaving, and made the trip there as comfortable as possible for us. I hope we never break down again but if we do, I hope Sarge’s is the place to help us!!
Incredibly kind and speedy! I locked myself out of my car and used my AAA app to report and request service. Within 5 minutes Charles from Sarge’s Garage was there and ready to assist. He was so kind, funny, and easy to talk to! He got my car unlocked and everything done within 10-15 minutes. They are wonderful and I’d highly recommend!
Sean was super quick to tow my truck after hitting a deer and destroying the front end. I had never had a wreck and didn't know the insurance process. He explained the mechanics to me, handled a lot of my insurance concerns, and made sure to put my mind at ease when it came to the repairs. Sarge is a great great guy and I HIGHLY recommend him for any towing/repair services.
Sean gave my Chevy a ton of extra time to ensure it was ready to go. Had a full engine swap and boy it's turned into my daily driver! I highly encourage you to reach out to them.
