Refused to change an intake gasket because he didn't know how to plug in a wiring harness to start the car even after instructed over the phone. One plug. And then complained about the mechanics over the car when he saw it and he's not a body shop mechanic. 0 mechanical issues outside of the intake to change for what the service being paid for is. Got quoted by another shop for the same job $200 less and no headache. FRANKIE'S GARAGE, LLC did the job just fine. Literally just changing a gasket. This is called basic maintenance.
I am so thankful to White’s Garage and BCSO. I returned home today from a long trip and picked my dog up from the kennel, returned the rental, and when I got home, my dog somehow ended up locked in the car and it wasn’t running. My spare key was 30 miles away because I just got back into town, so that was not an option. I called Bryan County Sheriff‘s office and asked them what I should do and they sent the two best deputies EVER here. I called GEICO and made a roadside assistance claim, and they assigned it to White’s Garage. The deputies waited with me until White’s got here and opened the door and saving Percy Jackson (the dog). Thank you White’s Garage and thank you BCSO! Both of you responded quickly and kindly. I couldn’t be more grateful.
White’s Garage fixed my a/c and changed my water pump. The work was fast and it worked when I drove it home. We roadtripped a week after the installation of the new pump, and the new water pump failed on Vail Pass in Colorado- stranding us on the highway with no shoulder to pull off to safety- in a construction zone. We had to spend over $2200 for a tow and mechanic in Colorado to replace the water pump. When we stopped in to see if there was a warranty or anything they could do- they said they couldn’t do anything- unless the pump failed again then they could personally replace it.
I sent a lot of messages but they didn't reply. I asked a friend to call and ask the price of a tow truck to his store. They quoted 1500. I think they are crazy. Do they think we are fools? They quoted 1500 for a tow truck for 65 miles. I think they are crazy. Just now a store quoted 200 for 90 miles. It's just that the price needs to be doubled at night. I didn't want to give one star, but I saw many people commenting with one star below, so I believe that the five-star reviews above are fake. Only one-star reviews are real.
I was stuck on the side of the highway last night with a blowout and they were quick to respond to my tow request! Very thankful Jimmy was there to help!
I ran off the road and bent my rim. I called White's garage and they told me they would be right out. It was after 9 pm, it was very dark and I was alone. I didn't wait long, he was there when he said he would be and when he saw the damage to my rim he knew I had to buy a new one so he put my donut on and didn't charge me a penny. I'm from California and I've never experienced such generosity. Thank you.
I called them for a tow and had didn’t know they had a service shop. These guys could have easily taken advantage of us but turns out it was a simple wiring fix and ended up offering a partial refund because the repair was so simple. I trust these guys now and they earned my business.
These guys absolutely destroyed my van then refused to give me their insurance information. The owner never called me back and they would not take responsibility very poor customer service
Let me tell you about these guys... But first you should know a few things about who's writing this review. Buckle up, put your foot on the gas, and enjoy this rainy day drive. It is actually raining while I am typing this review. (Insert winkin' face.) Oddly enough, it was raining the evening that I found myself 150 miles from the only town I have ever lived, and the main area of the people I know to call in the event that I need help. I was kinda in the middle of where I lived and where I was going. SO... Here I was going down the road and all of a sudden I smell gas... Like totally took a bath in gasoline. It was incredibly strong and I was losing momentum, FAST. I pulled off to the right side of Interstate 75 immediately. I mean I had too. I was losing the ability to proceed and I was not pushing the Colorado... It was January, raining, and cold... The trifecta of seasonably cold and misery of January.
Now that you have an idea of what I was facing for my next unwelcomed adventure of forced adulting, I hit Google for a wrecker. I had to start at the beginning of the problem. I was insanely overwhelmed with emotions because of course, panic set in at the exact time the man answered the phone, I started to cry as I started to speak. I didn't intend to cry, it just happened. I cannot remember the name of the employee that was on call, but he was extremely kind. He told me that because of the weather it might take an hour to get to the Colorado because he was currently out at another accident. He communicated information that allowed me to ease my mind and assured me that if I wasn't still with the Colorado he would contact me as soon as he was there to load it. I was able to leave with my boyfriend, so I did. He followed through and called me 15 mins after I left saying that he just got it loaded and was taking it to their shop. I had asked on the phone call if they have a mechanic shop too, which they do.
On Monday morning they called me and gave me the diagnosis as to what happened with the vehicle, apparently when I straddled a blown out tire a piece of the rubber pulled out the gas line. While hooking the gas line up, they noticed that my driveshaft was one bad bump away from catapulting me through the air. Apparently the driveshaft had deteriorated over the 225,000 miles it has been throughout its creation.
Throughout the repair process these guys stayed in contact and communication with me about the progress of the repairs. It took 11 full days, which I completely understood and acknowledged that they were already working on previous projects and my need to wait for parts. I think sometimes people forget that mechanics just can't drop things immediately and start working on your vehicle. Since the Colorado repair, we've had them work on the Acura, which did have a hiccup, but that's understandable. It was not because anybody did anything wrong, Here's the actual review... These guys will treat you like you matter and are somebody... If there is a problem, they will fix it and WON'T say its your fault... I got no complaints.
The young man that brought my gas was here before the ETA, and very courteous. He was also forgiving when I had no cash to pay for gas! I would recommend this company
Absolutely the worst automotive garage and towing service in Durant, OK. Takes forever to work on anyone's car, takes 3 hours to get a tow even when your insurance orders a roadside assist. Rude management, rude people. They told us that it would take a week for them to work on our vehicle and later on in the week called us to tell us that our car is better off taken to a junk yard. Very unprofessional, very awful awful people. According to others we've spoken to who were customers to this garage in the past, the workers were lazy, rude and disrespectful as well as took forever to fix their cars as well. If you ask me, this garage is better off shut down. Worst of it all, the tow truck driver took us to a shop before another towing service took us to them to a shop that wasn't an automotive shop, left us there and told us to call our insurance and do it all over again.
STOP YOUR SEARCH!! This shop has the best customer service I’ve ever witnessed. Our family of five, plus an RV and the family dog we’re headed home to Texas. Our car breaks down and they were the only shop open to tow at noon on a Saturday. Lane was a life saver towing us!!! He was prompt and personable. We get to the shop and Joe greets us with a smile and was willing to take a look on his day off. Joe’s expertise was what saved us in his quick assessment and parts were ordered/delivered SAME DAY. Giving up his afternoon for a 4hr repair job is exactly the blessing we were praying for!! In order to kill time, we asked about good restaurants in the area. Hero Joe helps us again with an Uber contact he recommends!! (Shout out to Erica!! 👋🏼) We were able to eat and kill time. Joe had us fixed in the time he disclosed and we couldn’t be happier to be back on the road. HANDS DOWN BEST REPAIR EXPERIENCE. Put your trust in their hands and you won’t be disappointed.
The Driver picked up my Car with a wrecker and. Took it to the nearest Shop in Durant to be worked on. He was a nice Young Man. I Recommend them when you need a Tow.
This place is an absolute joke and I would not recommend it to my worst enemies. Waited HOURS for a jump start and then maybe like 5 mins after the guy left the key accidentally got turned off. They refused to come back and jump me. Told me to call my insurance and start all over. I tipped the guy and everything. Just a terrible service all around. The truck was legit still on my road. Just needed a jump. Pathetic honestly.
Called another wrecker service tonight and was left waiting 6 hours. The driver answered and was in the casino after he told us he was in route. I got ahold of white wrecker service and within 30 minutes Alex showed up. I highly recommend this wrecker service. Fast friendly and professional ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ford roadside assistance sent me this company to pick up my car from my residence to be towed to Glen Polk for my hub being busted. The guy that came out here was super nice explained everything to me even made me aware of the fact that my car has been towed before and had damage from it which I never knew so I appreciate that, also he was fast got to me in Marietta from Durant in no time and got my car to gainesville in no time very satisfied with the quickness he also made sure to call and tell me when he was leaving to head this way when he was close and then even called to tell me my car got shop safe. I didn't have any issues with any payment or anything they had already got everything taken care of from Ford so it wasn't even mentioned until I asked!!! Will definitely recommend to everyone I know now since we have no one in this area that is willing to tow cars anymore I give these guys 100 out of 0 to 10 and if I ever need something towed again they will be the first choice!!! Thank you for being so kind and caring and fast I truly appreciate it I didn't get the kids name that came out here but he was younger and was very intelligent and kind.
Jimmy with White’s was amazing. He was personable and kind. He made me feel at ease during a very frustrating and exhausting time. I literally went from crying in a parking lot to laughing and sharing stories on the way to my car’s dealership. Great service!
They were called by my roadside service provider. I was given an ETA. When my roadside service called to see that the job was done, it wasn't. Whites never showed up. Roadside service found that whites canceled the call without notifying the service. Very unprofessional. I was on the side of the road after dark for over 2 hours just waiting on whites. Then had to wait for another service to be dispatched.
Had the pleasure of these guys coming to change my tire while I was stuck with a flat. I was unsure about the worker from the beginning because he kept calling his boss and talking on the phone the entire time to make sure he wasn’t making mistakes (that’s normal) but didn’t say anything to him to him about it. I stood right by this guy and watched him crank on my lug nuts with a 4 way grunting and groaning for no less than 10 minutes until it broke right off. He eventually broke two of them before getting them off and then just leaves. It’s not like it will be made right but dang sure don’t use their service.
When it comes to getting your vehicle fixed and great quality work done, nobody does it better than Whites Garage. Stop by and talk to Jimmy, he’s a great guy and will do you right. Dealership quality work without the high prices.
Towing was great! The auto work not so much. They were very rude when we called to check on the car. They also said they would call us with an estimate, and called to tell us the car was ready….gave us NO estimate. They also were very rude when we said we needed a day or so until we could pick up our vehicle. Very unprofessional and I am not pleased with my experience at Whites Garage.
Passing thru my air conditioner was acting up and it was hot ! I know you need appointments for everything nowadays but I thought I give it a try and get it serviced. Stop at auto repair shop in town and they said come back tomorrow maybe we can look at it. So I went to edge of town just to see if there was another shop, sure enough I saw Whites auto repair. I took a chance I'm glad i did. Super friendly and nice people. Manager gave me a quote thought it was reasonable after all I didn't have an appointment just glad he was even going to look at it. He diagnosed my issue in less than 3 minutes, got my ok to fix and even cheaper than the quote he had given me . Talk about honest, good, down to earth folks. "Customers service at it's best" that's the reason I gave 5 stars. If I didn't live 6 hours away I would definitely make this my auto repair shop.

I had White’s Garage and Wrecker assigned to help me with roadside service. Sid gave me a call to confirm my location and provide an ETA. He kept me updated and made certain of my location to best help me out. On-site, Sid was able to unbolt lug nuts that I was unable to with a standard tire iron. He came well-equipped with the right tools for the job.
What I enjoyed the most was the humor and friendliness that Sid provided. Late night roadside incidents can be stressful, but Sid was absolutely fantastic. I recommend giving White’s Garage & Wrecker a call when you are stuck and need assistance. They are great folks who have the right tools to help get you back on the road.

My tires had busted on a roadtrip not too long ago, and this was the first towing service recommended under my insurance plan. They arrived quickly to an area out of the way from big cities and towed my car to the closest tire repair shop for free. Very friendly and efficient service.
Very professional and did a great job fixing my Honda Pilot they also were very quick and had it fixed on the time they promised. Price to have it fixed was very reasonable I will go back again to have future work done. I was recommended to this place and I will also do the same.
Do not use this company for towing. They just came to pick up my sons car to take it to the body shop. My son hit a 8 point buck. The whole front of his car was damaged including the radiator. The driver did not want to drive around to the back entrance so he would be right at the front of the car to load it. Oh no he wanted to drive my sons car around to the truck. I told him it would get hot and he tried to inform me that it would be fine. Finally I got tried of arguing with him and went and got my son. The man finally drove around got out of the truck and continued mouthing. I called the shop to inform them of his actions and they told me they would let him know I called. No I am sorry about the way he treated you or nothing. Total disrespect. I will also be letting my insurance company know about him wanting to drive the car instead of having to take 2 more minutes to be able to safely load the car to prevent any farther damage. Google is making me give them 1star to be able to post this.

I dropped my car off to have a crankshaft position sensor replaced and they had it done by lunch time. Their office is comfortable and they have amusing decor. When I went to pick up my car they gave me a list of recommended repairs that need to be done soon, along with the estimates for each. I'll definitely return!
