Absolutely amazing!! Fast, reliable & communicates so well. Squeezed us in last minute before our trip and fixed things up for me. I couldn’t be more thankful. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. 10/10 recommend coming here!
We were stranded on Rte 23. Tim came and we realized we didn't have the proper lug for our locking rims. Tim towed us back to his shop, had the correct lug and quickly changed the tire. He definitely went above and beyond and was courteous the whole time. We make that trip often, and will call Lohr's towing direct, if ever needed.
Wouldn't tow my car cause of the plates and I just arrived to the location with the new plates from the BMV. And hes already towed 5 of my cars in the past with no plates at all.
In 2 years Tim @ Lohrs Towing has towed my 2 vehicles 3 times. The last 2 times was the same vehicle. I wish I could give more stars than available. Last tow used AAA and they were charging me for a re-tow. Tim realized this was wrong when he got the service call and had it corrected thru AAA before he called to say he was on his way first the call. Sincerely the most honest and helpful towing company I've ever worked with.
Lohr's Towing was amazing. I'm happened to get stranded on the side of highway 30 after dark the other night. Tim responded very quickly. He gave me a tow and a ride to town - he even called a hotel to inquire about availability for the night. He dropped me off, diagnosed the issue with my truck, ordered the part I needed and quickly made the repair when the part came in the next morning. His wife picked me up and took me back to his repair shop. He was quick, polite, extremely helpful and for a bad situation, he made it possible for me to be on my way as soon as possible the next day. I am grateful to him, I highly recommend - Thank you Tim!
They are an absolute lifesaver! I was towing my camper when my fan blade bearing exploded. He stopped and help me get it removed without me even calling. Offered to let me stay at his shop until my part arrived. 10/10 this is truly an amazing business and owner!
Man, my guy Tim, saved me. Friendliest and most considerate driver I've met. On top of arriving punctually and being a pro at his job, he also had some dang good communication. Needing to get towed can be awkward enough as it is, but Tim made me feel like I was just chilling with a buddy. Tim, shouts out to you, brother!
Highly recommend!!! Tim saved us! Our car broke down on 23 —2.5 hours from home and 2.5 hours from our destination. He went above and beyond in all regards. His towing and repair service were super fast, reasonably priced, and he provided exceptional customer service.

Not sure of the guy’s name but Lohr’s is now the only people I’ll be calling in this area for towing. Response time was like 15-20 minutes when I was bracing for way longer and the gentleman was fast and very friendly. I think the price was fair too. As a poor I’ve had a few tow truck experiences in my life and this was easily the best one.
Was stranded with my boys a couple hours from home with no idea what to do in my situation. Trooper was so polite and recommended Lohr’s saying cops use them all the time.
Called the tow company, it went so smooth. He was there quickly, loaded my car up, and took it to the shop. Made polite conversation while we were with him. Definitely recommend if anyone wants great service!!!
My review is late in coming but not for lack of appreciation.
Tim helped me out of a mess. I was traveling through the area and needed help with getting my car somewhere to get fixed, it was after hours for most places.
Then Lohr's arrived. Tim was friendly, helpful, nice to my dog, and much more. He took a look at the problem and realized it was an easy fix, drove us to auto zone (only place open) and fixed it on the spot! I was able to get back on the road, safely, and not have to find a hotel and change my trip.
I highly recommend Lohr's Towing! Ask them about any of your mechanical needs too! He knows cars and trucks.
The main man tim came through for us in no time at all. He works with us, was fast and efficient, and provided great A customer service. Not only are they the best option in the area but the only option if you wanna turn around a bad night on the side of the road. Tim if your reading this, I hope you have the feast of a king waiting for you when you get home. Thanks for getting my 2 year old home.
Lohr’s Towing is a wonderful company. I needed a tow for my van, and the owner showed up right away. Very kind, professional, and efficient. He got myself and my vehicle safely home, even with it being a late night service call. Would recommend to anyone! A+++
10/10 would recommend Tim to anyone that doesn’t have a heavy hauling vehicle. His prices, speed, and very friendly demeanor puts his small business above and beyond anyone else’s. We broke down outside of Upper and he came in 20 minutes like he said he would, allowed us to get in his truck and then loaded up the car and he was on his way! If you can save money and utilize cash I would recommend that as there is a credit card surcharge but that’s because of the merchant, not Tim’s doing. He’s a very safe and kind man who made my mother and myself feel extremely comfortable the entire time we were with him.
My wife and I had limited time for a vacation and when we were about an hour from home, our vehicle broke down. We have AAA but most of our experience with them says we would be waiting for a long time and possibly jeopardize our trip timing. Thankfully Tim of Lohrs Towing was there to help. He arrived at the location in about a half hour. Loaded us up quickly and generously took my wife and I and our vehicle where we needed to be. He went above and beyond to help us and we were back on the road with our backup vehicle within 3 hours of breaking down. We had a wonderful much needed vacation and Tim was a big part of that. His truck was very clean and he was very friendly and we had fun conversation with him while on the road home. I highly recommend his company and will give him my business whenever possible…hopefully not on my next vacation though. Thank you Tim!
Very professional, prompt, and courteous service! Tim helped me contact AAA, and Chuck got to my vehicle (30 miles away) as fast as humanly possible! I rode to the mechanic in the tow truck, Chuck even offered to take me home. Lohrs definitely helped make a terrible situation very tolerable. Will highly recommend them to everyone that I talk to!!

I would highly recommend lohr's for all your towing needs. I had them come out to tow my truck from my house to the shop and he even waited 10 minutes for me to get home. I had my son with me and he let my son operate the controls and blow the air horn which made my sons day as he is still talking about it days later. Thank you..
I had one of the most impossible automobile issue traveling from WIsconsin to Akron, OH and they really helped me out and I felt treated more like a trusted friend or family rather than a customer. I recommend their services highly!
I would highly recommend Lohr's towing service to anyone. My family and I was broke down on the side of the road for 8 hours when this guy came along and helped us, he towed the vehicle to the shop and even asked if we needed a ride. He also gave us a break on the price and wished us a Happy Thanksgiving! He made a horrible day turn into a better day! Thank you again!

Tim was our savior tonight out on 30. A chunk of metal went through my 35 on an F250 and the bottle jack wouldn’t lift the truck. Tim showed up out of nowhere and provided tools and some laughing. Great guy and will keep his card in the truck!

Tim was referred by my insurance coverage and was very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate!!! He was very personable and cared about our vehicles when towing. He called right when I was told he would and arrived earlier than anticipated. I wish they had your towing company in Columbus also!!!
