Rude and semi abusive to a 70+ year old man over a failing of age. Unprofessional and unkind. Do not recommend. If i could give negative stars i would.
The people are fantastic and very helpful. Prices are fair if not better than most. I use to go to several other junk yards but I’ll never go anywhere but here ever again. Can’t say enough good things about Bob and his crew.
These guys screwed my brother and I out of 300# on a load once. We weighed in at 55xx lbs; they claimed we weighed in at 52xx lbs. Unfortunately, I didn't have a picture of the scale reading and thus had no way to prove it.<br><br>They also allowed an unqualified/untrained operator to destroy a nice custom aluminum fender on one of Emch's trailers. Then they gave him grief about reimbursing him for a new one.<br><br>...overall, a real classy operation.
Dishonest. I got there before 5pm and was turned away. If you tell people you close at 5pm and they show up before 5pm, they expect you to process their load.<br><br>I recommend saving your time a taking you load to a place that is honest, that will not mislead you and waste your time.<br><br>Total armature business.
