WrenchWorks Orrville has a great staff , from the front desk to the Technicians. They do a great job letting you know of any preventative maintenence that you should be planning on getting done soon. I definitely trust and recommend them to anyone needing an oil change or any other repair work.

Very proffessonal ! Was given a email and text right away with a detailed list of repairs from immediate need to those that could wait . With the cost of each repair. .answered all my questions and they will not do any repairs unless you give them approval of the repair which you can check off ok in estimate and send back in the email or text . . I really liked how I was treated and my suv runs great! I would recommend them !
I had an issue that kept persisting and the owner made it right by giving me a refund. I appreciate him taking the loss and making sure he took care of me. Not a lot of people would do that.
Took my car in for over all inspection, brought sum serious repairs to my attention that flynns missed after telling me car was safe to drive but found out otherwise, I truly appreciate their honesty, explanation of everything that was needed and most definitely with price on repairs. They guarantee their work ,good people ,definitely my go to place now 😊

I had been having some issues with my Jeep, and Wrench Works got me right in. They took the time to go over my vehicle thoroughly, and gave me a few options on what would work best for me. Everyone has a great attitude, and is super helpful. If there is something I don’t understand, they take the time to explain it to me. I also love that after the initial inspections, they text your phone and let you know what all needs attention, and what level of priority it is. They even give you an option to accept or decline the work that needs done right there in the text. There’s no missing phone calls or playing phone tag, you get right to point and they get right to work on your vehicle. This place is awesome, and I don’t intend on ever going anywhere else for my vehicles.
I was pleased with the service. I went there because of the oil change special. The lady at the front counter was very nice and polite. Their waiting room was very nice. The service was preformed in a timely manner.
Was passing through town on a long trip when my check engine light came on. Took it into Wrenchworks and within the next hour and a half they diagnosed and fixed the issue and even brought me out to my van while it was up on the lift so that technician John could show me some other problems that he had found. Extremely helpful and polite and the price was cheaper than expected.
AC went out in my CRV, Wrenchworks figured out the cause and fixed my issue, along with an oil change and tire rotation. I was able to use a loaner vehicle for a couple hours while my vehicle was being worked on which made it super handy. Friendly people and good service - I will keep coming back.
August 2025 - came in for oil change (great price!!). I also got my transmission fluids changed (probably 1st time in 170,000 miles). My 2012 CRV runs better now and the transmission shudder is gone after having it since I bought the vehicle.
I appreciate that wrenchworks gives good suggestions as to what I should be doing to keep my vehicle running in good order. It's runs better and quieter than it has since I purchased - used.
I appreciate the drop off/pick up they offer so I don't have to wait. They never have pressured me to do any additional services - but only suggest what they recommend.

Wrench Works is my " Car Shield" for car care. I had a check engine light come on, I took it to Wrench Works they diagnosed & identified the problem. They contacted me before they did any work and gave the cost. They took me back to work. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, and I'll definitely be referring them to my friends & family! The whole repair process was so effortless. We stopped in to let them look at it. They found the issue and gave us an estimate and ordered the part. Within 24 hours the repair was complete. My pick up is older but I have better confidence in it now that Wrench Works inspected the whole thing.

My elderly, on a limited budget parents sought help for a check engine light. Several thousand dollars and a "life time warranty" later, they still had a light and a poorly running vehicle. Every time they returned to the shop, it was a new and therefore, uncovered, problem which they had to pay for. They went to a different shop and found clogged filters and bad sparkplugs. Now it runs great. Filters and plugs are basic car repair. This shop scammed my parents. Wether it is a company wide problem or specific to the shop in Orrville I don't know. I'd stay away. I'd give zero stars if I could.
I got motor mounts and oil changed in my honda civic, was the first time I brought my car here and had a great experience. Communication was great and the I am very pleased with the work that was done. Would definitely go there again
The experience was very comfortable. I appreciated the loaner vehicle while they were working on my car. Customer service was great and I was grateful for the “winter special” pricing it was very reasonable. I strongly suggest going online looking for specials you won’t be disappointed. I will continue to take my business to them and highly recommend them to friends and family.
Wrench Works, Orrville was such a help getting my vehicle diagnosed and back on the road! I thought I just had a minor issue but through meticulous diagnostics, Wrench Works identified the most critical issues needing attention (bad engine bearing, camshaft and differential). Tiffani was wonderful at keeping me updated every step of the way, encouraging us to come over and meet with the mechanic and see everything in process. It's wonderful to work with a group of genuine and skilled people who have excellent work ethic. Glad you are here! Tiffani even waited for me to get there to pick up my vehicle so I didn't have to wait until the next day.

Six other people in my office have taken their cars there and all are surprised at the transparency and follow-up as well as being happy with their service. Honestly the best experience I’ve had at any auto shop. Everyone was so friendly. I got in same day for an oil change then a few days later I was able to drop my vehicle off in the morning then get shuttled to work while they did repairs. I got updates along the way of my vehicles repairs. I will recommend Wrench Works in Orrville to everyone.
