I really like this store, but I couldn't find expiration dates on their bulk items?! I had no way of knowing how long they have been sitting on the shelves.

Great quality meats and cheeses, everything you would need for baking. And all the employees are very friendly. Heck it's probably the best place to shop in a 3 county radius.

I've been a customer for over 25 yrs. & they're one of my favorite stops 1-2 times a month. The deli meats are top quality at a very good price. I always get some of the ham or chicken salad, it's the best. The instore bakery bread is outstanding. The Buckeye creamery milk is also a favorite. The employees are very nice & hard working. I highly recommend east union bulk foods.

It’s been many months since I’ve visited the store. Filled my cart with a variety of deli items and fun snacks. Really disappointed with a cherry pie I purchased. Basically a cherry filling pie. After cutting 2 pieces, my husband and I found 3 cherries. Buyers may want to steer clear of “baked in store” items. Very disappointed.

The store is payed out very well and the staff is extremely friendly. They are a credit to their Mennonite faith. Prices are fair and when you talk to the staff, you know they work hard to find good produce for the best prices. Many of Their baked goods are made in store. And are excellent!!!

Good prices, had everything I wanted with out the tourist attraction of other bulk food stores in the area. Staff was very friendly and helpfull as well as quick to respond to questions.

My current favorite bulk food store in my area. I shop here often to get some critical items. You can buy true bulk like 50 lbs of wheat berries and oats. They have bulk canning lids too. They also have hard to find items like Dutch cocoa. As a side note, I greatly appreciate they have never once hassled me about a mask. During the mandate they did wear them. I have no idea why other reviews mentioned differently and left bad reviews for it. They put up the required signage and did their job. They earned my business and respect. Once the mandate was lifted they simply respected individual choice as they rightfully should. Other businesses didn’t and those lost me. East Union Bulk Food is awesome and will have my business long term.

Prices are excellent and deli items are always fresh due to the high volume of business they do. The employees are always so friendly. Good variety of grocery items. Spices are much cheaper than buying at a grocery store.

Good place for good food. Friendly, good prices. Lax on mask wearing, however. Pay with cash or check, charged extra for credit cards. Don't take food card.

I was in this store earlier today and was disappointed to see that none of the staff and 75% of the customers did not wear a mask! When I asked the cashier why staff did not wear masks, she told me "I choose not to wear one." I then said, " In the future I choose not to shop here." Watching Governor DeWine's Wed. coronavirus update he is highly recommending wearing of facemasks in every county, which includes Wayne. If the customer is highly recommended to wear a mask, certainly the staff interacting with those mask wearing customers SHOULD wear masks! Being Amish does not prevent people from transmitting and becoming ill from COVID-19.

I love going out to East.Union. They always seems.to have what i need, especially since they have remodeled and added on. They have spices that I cannot find anywhere else and and if.there is something that i need that they do not have at the time they will gladly order it for me. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great place to buy lunch meat, cheeses and bulk foods. Their prices are much cheaper than you would even get at Walmart deli and I have found everything to be fresh and delicious.

I went here for the first time a few weeks ago based on a friend's recommendation. I really like it! The store is very clean, neat, and organized. In addition, it has great prices on meat and cheese. The lacy baby swiss I got was exceptional!

Outstanding prices. That's why you don't have to worry about freshness there. It don't sit long enough to go bad. Great selection s!!!

I found an in-store special for strawberries, lovely! I also found organic sprouted spelt flour, that's terrific! They have wonderful deli meats and cheeses that are always on sale. I love going there!

From gummi chicken feet to ghost pepper cheese, this bulk food store has a great selection of food items. I love hot and spicy foods- the more my nose runs and my face sweats, the better. I really like their ghost pepper cheese as well as their jalapeño habanero cheese. Neither is super hot, but they both have some nice heat. This store is always clean and the staff friendly. The one downside is that they don't take credit cards, so be sure to remember to bring cash or your checkbook.

Love shopping here. Great prices and excellent choices of meats and cheese. They also have normal grocery items as well as a huge selection of bulk foods. Just an FYI they only take cash or check to keep prices down.
