Dropped my toy hauler off to have the rear door replaced on Nov 15th with promises it would be done by Thanksgiving as I had a trip planned. Absolutely no communication during the process and when I reached out the day before my trip they told me it would not be done. It took an additional 2 weeks to get the door replaced. Which was upsetting but i was willing to let that slide if the job was done right. However upon receiving the trailer back I realized that the door was fixed incorrectly and the hinges were pressing through the door making it unusable as a toy hauler. They also cracked my AC cover on the roof. I brought this up to the owner and he promised me multiple times that he would fix both issues but here we are end of April and I've reached out several times with only empty promises and no one attempting to make it right. If I could go back I would have never taken my toy hauler to Gramps RV they clearly don't care about their customers or their quality of work.
Life savers. I broke down on my way through. They were willing to help me out and get me on my way quickly. Even on a weekend. I cannot thank them enough.
15 RoadTrek class B. They knew it inside and out. Had a couple tricky (to me) electrical things and they knew just what it was and fixed it rather quickly. Needed two new house batteries and the handled it while also fixing what had been improperly installed when I bought it. Thanks Gramps.
Being a new RV owner I had a breaker trip on my generator. Could find it to reset it and they were more than happy to show me where it was located. I will be going back to then for all my repairs when I need them.
The customer service here is unmatched! Answered the phone on a Sunday, helped us figure out how to tow it there, and were there upon my arrival. They offered to plug in for the night, which was so generous. They got me patched up and on the road again within a day. Prices were reasonable and they didn’t try to do any upsell. They really saved us in a pinch!
I had a broken outside shower faucet on my class a motorhome. I dropped the motorhome off on Sunday night, and they had it replaced in just a few day. Very friendly and hard working staff. Thank you very much for getting us on the road so quickly. We will be back for all of our service needs.
The team at Gramps RV give outstanding customer service. We ran into a last-minute emergency and they went way out of their way to make sure we got a replacement generator installed. They worked late to make sure we got the part replaced in time to leave for our trip. Every time I call, they answer the phone and are happy to help. I highly recommend them!
So happy we found this place. They answered the phones, very nice. They got us in right away, fixed our propane regulator, engine oil change and a few other small things on Mother’s day weekend.
They were done when they said they would be.
It was a gem to find a place that works on house and engine. Very grateful.
I called with a question about using my generator and what adapter to use they were very knowledgeable and answered my question right away.was nice to talk to a real person for a change!! None of the other service centers would return my calls.
