We completed a job for Assem Elalfi on November 25, 2024, delivering a Mitsubishi FG45 Forklift on time as agreed. Our company fulfilled all obligations, covered multiple expenses to get the job done, and provided the service as promised. However, despite our efforts, payment of $1,700 remains unpaid.
Not only has Assem Elalfi failed to pay, but they have also blocked our number and ignored all communication attempts. If this issue is not resolved immediately, we will pursue legal action.
We strongly advise others to be cautious when doing business with this individual.
This place will rip you off bought parts form them they were the wrong ones they said they would refund them and make right still waint on that been 8 months still no refund or parts hired a lawyer and still nothing yet
