These people came to pick up my friends minivan and while they attempted to load it, the metal lift bed hit the hood of the car and completely dented it. They told her “It’s not our problem. You can’t prove it wasn’t there before.” Well Mr. Hague, we do have proof and you’ll be hearing from her lawyer about this. What an absolutely horrible business practice! This could easily be handled through an insurance claim but since they want to play hard ball, we’ll play even harder.

Our truck was stuck in the ditch, slide off the road turning the corner. A family member tried to pull us out but the ditch was too steep we didn't have luck. Called Hague Towing and they were to us in less than 20 minutes. Had us out of the ditch in 5 minutes. And the price couldn't have bene better!! HIGHLY recommend Hague Towing!!
These guys are wonderful!! A real human answered my call quickly and someone was available to get us more gas within a reasonable amount of time.

I know it's their business but we were immensely thankful someone in the area offered 24/7 assistance like this. It was worth every bit of the cost. If you're in Hague's service area use these guys, not the big corporate services.
My nephew's tire fell off and we needed to have it towed! Hague was very reasonably priced, quick to respond, and very professional! The guy that helped was super friendly, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job! Great service! Would definitely recommend!

Hague towing was the only tow company around that had the ability to tow my van for me. The other place in the area had the ability but their truck that could haul my van was out of town. I called Hague and they got to me quickly and even slightly changed where I needed it dropped off after they got to me. The driver was super nice and knowledgeable about what he's doing. I ended up using them again to get my van to the shop when it was time for it to go in and was able to schedule the tow in advance.. Highly recommend Hague towing. I hope I won't need them again but if I'm in the area and need a tow, I know who I'm calling.
Just had Big John show up at my house for a tow. Was blown off yesterday by another company. Told me they would be there in 3 hrs. Fine and dandy but they never came and ignored me when I called. When contact was established with Hague it took LESS THAN 20MINS for the then to arrive. I'll definitely request these guys again. Not to mention I have a very narrow driveway and the guy didn't go into the ditches with a 45ft vehicle. Smooth operator definitely felt comfortable trusting him with the task after that. I am very thankful that Kevin was the one who showed up when my car needed to be towed. First, he tried everything he could to get my car to start back up, but after no luck, he quickly loaded it up and we set off to get me and the car back home. He was so kind and friendly to chat with the whole way there. I would definitely recommend Hague towing! Great people there.

While they were an hour away they helped us locate Miller Auto Inc who is going to help us get on the road this am.
All this took place after we waited for a 24 hour roadside repair person to bring parts and fix my truck.....he never showed or returned calls and left us stranded (2 women on the side of highway I75 for over 4 hours)!
God works in ways we don't know and led us to the awesome Hague Towing & repair who helped us locate Miller Auto Inc.

If I had to use one word to describe our experience using Hague towing it would be reliable! Kevin helped us out in the middle of no where and even drove us to the terminal after the longest day and our rental breaking down on us. Thank you and we cannot recommend this towing service enough!!

My semi Broke down in Van Wert . I called and told them I needed an honest wrecker service to tow my truck to the dealer. They said drop your trailer where you are at cause we are friends with the guy that owns the place an we will tow your tractor.. They were quick and very very fair on the price.. Not that i want to break down but if I do I hope it is near Hague Towing.
We were traveling from out of town when were involved in an accident and our vehicle was totaled. The driver of the wrecker was fast and kind and transported our family to the tow yard. He gave us access to the office to sit in the a.c. while we made arrangements for a rental. His girlfriend drove us 30 minutes to pick up our rental vehicle! They were friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help us after a really rough day!
My car engine was roaring when I put into drive. Thankful I was in my driveway. My auto extra car insurance called Hague. Fast response with customer contact letting me know when he would arrive. Driver was ready to tow my car to a dealership and allow me to ride with him to fill out paperwork. Fortunately, he discovered the problem right there and car ran fine. Can't say enough about this company. We were traveling from Georgia on the 127 yard sale and our van broke down. You were very quick to get to us and graciously let my mom and I ride with you to the Ford dealership there in Van Wert. Then you allowed us time to get some belongings out of the van and then took is to a hotel and dropped us off. Amazing business! Thank you for making a very stressful situation a little better.
I had camper trouble on a Sunday and I had no trouble getting ahold of a person to take my camper home he was polite he was nice and it didn't charge me an arm and a leg I would recommend this business
