I came in because my car kept shutting down on me and Alex came out and looked at my car and took the time to check all my spark plugs. He was very kind and did extra stuff when he didn’t have to. I highly recommend this place:)

Don't quite know how to rate it.maid My first trip for multiple parts in which when I got them started to install just to find out they were all wrong I had to make another trip to get the right ones with in total cost about 48 miles and time the second guy definitely knew what to look for

Stopped at this location on 1/10/25 to get a couple of things. The staff was friendly and very helpful, overall a pleasure to deal with. I will be sure to do more business here in the future. I recommend this location to others.

Gerald was the most helpful automotive employee i’ve ever met! my alternator belt had flown off and i just barely made it to the parking lot, Gerald stood out in the freezing rain and replaced my battery for me, and checked out everything else and figured out my belt had fallen off, he grabbed it out and sent me on my way to a very reliable mechanic and i was back up and running within an hour!! I cannot express my gratitude for these employees!!! beyond helpful and nice, despite the horrible weather they were assisting me in!!!

These guys were fantastic. Was having battery issues, so a friend drove my wife to them to get a new battery. Installed the battery and found it wasn't getting charged. I needed a new alternator. Drove it to them the next day. They called 2 local places, but they couldn't get us in. The manager called a local mechanic, and he said he would come and replace it, he was taking alot longer than expected. 2 guys stopped in to buy parts for their car and asked if they could help. They replaced the alternator and only charged us $60 for their time. Great experience all around. Thank you Autozone!!!

The store manager, Gerald, has been an absolute goldmine of practical information on multiple occasions. As well as tricks and tips to get a job done the easiest, and best way. I've gotten help at other auto parts stores, but nothing has come close yet to this location. And the rest of the staff has been friendly very friendly and fun. Great store, keep it up ? and thank you again!!

Joe is a very knowledgeable and respectful young man. They need a lot more like him. From finding the right bolt, headlight bulb, or actual engine parts, he's my go to employee if I need help. He always answers all my questions and goes above and beyond to make the customer happy.

Branigan in the New Philadelphia Ohio location was super helpful, very kind. He found out exactly what was wrong with my car and didn't mind doing the research to find out all the possible issues it could have been. My goodness talk about expensive, $22.00 with tax included for a gallon of mixed coolant. I am sure the prices are compatible to other part stores. With that being said, what a shame. Customer service was fine and they were friendly enough.

Called on 5/28/17 got an chobe named larry, didnt want to give me the time of day to look up parts . Simply asked if i have the right numbers and about what brand parts they had of what I wanted, he said he don't know and then he hung up. Tried to call back 3 times no answer

Had the parts in stock that I needed... I have an older car 2009 Kia and I needed power steering pump. Other places I looked, they had to order it. So, I was impressed they had everything I needed in stock ready to go!!!

Went in looking for a scan tool to put the electric parking brake into maintenance mode. And they bring me out a brake piston Compression tool. The guy was walking around asking everyone there about it. But not a single person had a clue. Just a bunch of lawnmower mechanics work there I guess.

For parts for your vehicle 10 to 15 percent cheaper always call here first because advance auto is over rated guess whose paying for there drag car LOL. AUTOZONES other stuff they sell is the reason I go are reasonably priced love this place your not hounded to death about needing help I know where the help is all you have to do is yell I NEED HELP OVER HERE LOL

Very unhappy. Called for caliper bolt. Sure got it. 15 mile drive don't have it. Gas and time lost. No appolgy. Best we can Do is have tomorrow. Now you sell calipers with the bolts with them. Sell your customer part you lied about and put bolts you order back in caliper package tomorrow. Take care of your customer. If you make mistake own up to it and take care of your customer.

I tired to return a battery for a core refund tonight. The tech couldn't scan my receipt without the manager's password. The manager, frustratingly, entered it and the tech scanned my receipt. Then to finalize the transaction, the manager's password was needed again. The manager said I would have to wait. He was busy trying to impress a female customer who needed a hearing aid battery replaced and was evidently not able to do it herself. I waited... I waited... and waited! I snapped at the tech and told him this is NOT the way to do business. I grabbed my battery and my receipt and left the store. This was NOT the tech's fault! I will be an Advanced Auto customer from now on.

AMAZING!!! This Autozone was incredible!! The staff personnel that assisted me was super friendly and really helpful! He helped instruct me on repairs for my passenger mirror that came loose and pointed me to the perfect product to help me out! I am so glad I stopped at this Autozone! That Autozone staff member made a 500+ drive home safe doable with their professionalism and dedication to excellence!! P.S. Those Autozone staff members deserve raises!!! The one that helped me especially deserves a pay hike for his knowledge, customer service, and all around skills!!

Super helpful. Employee asked as soon as we entered if we needed help with anything and caught an error the computer made (bought a sale item that didn't ring up right) before it charged our card when checking out.

Waited in line for 30 mins while the manager was outside changing a battery with the only employee inside..need managers approval for a bunch of transactions. Shouldn't the employee have gone out and changed the battery? Additionally the manager comes in and chi chats with a customer while everyone is waiting for him. Poor management..

I'm not a car enthusiast so I really hate going here. With that in mind, the workers are incredibly helpful when I ask vague or uninformed questions. They are very patient and don't even tease me for asking for "the wheel thingy" or phrases like that.

My wife and I came by here and needed a headlight replaced late in the evening and the two gentlemen went above and beyond in making suggestions and then took the time to replace not one but two headlights in the rain! We felt blessed beyond measure!
