Fantastic service. After I got no-showed by another company for 5 hours, a gentleman from this company showed up in less than 20 minutes after taking the call. Comfortable, friendly ride home and was all over and done with quickly. Good stuff, as far as I'm concerned.
Got stuck in a parking lot. Tyler helped me out and found potential problem with moving my car. Suggested I call dover fire. He stayed with me the whole time and gave me advice filing my claim to insurance. Very helpful.
Told me he would help me get my keys out of the car, would be there in an hour. LEFT ME IN THE FREEZING COLD FOR 4 HOURS!!!! Never showed up, I was locked out of my house cuz I was dumb and locked my keys in the car, but don't sit there and tell me you're coming and it's getting dark out and never show up my arm an face where numb an kind key service guy left his home to come help

We were on the side of the interstate in a motorhome with a flat tire. This is the only company that was willing to help us. They went above and beyond to get us a tire and get us back on the road 100% recommend
We were in Sugarcreek for a weekend getaway when we discovered a leak in our tire. Andrew from Greg’s Towing arrived in less than 30 minutes and was incredibly kind and helpful. When he learned we had a two-hour drive home and the closest tire shop was over 30 minutes away, he generously offered to follow us there to ensure we didn’t break down or get stranded. My daughter broke down late night on 77 coming home from school. I was over an hour away from her. Gregs towing arrived and towed her to a near by location where I met them. By this time the parking lot was very secluded, the driver whos name we did not get waited until we was in our car and pulling away safe before he left. I asked her how the ride was, she said he was an absolute delight and she felt very safe
My alternator went out and he was there to hook me up in 25min. We have used Greg in the past when our vehicle was totaled and he worked with us when it came to paying for his services. We will always use Greg for any future issues we may have in the future.

Didn't have a jack that would fit...didn't have a powerful enough driver to get the lug nuts off my tire. If it wasn't for a young man who stopped to help us, we would probably still be sitting in that parking lot. The young man supplied the jack and got our lug nuts off. I was still charged 100.00 dollars because he was called out.
They really helped us out today - our truck's starter went bad, they towed it to the shop, bought the part, and he called in a mechanic (on a Sunday!) that installed it. Whole process only took an hour. We really appreciate the help!
Not cheap, $510 for a couple mile tow, and new starter, but they had me back on the road in two hours, which was much needed because I was passing through on the way for major surgery. I feel $300 is a fair price for the work they did, a new starter is $70, but the extra $200 for expediting the work was well worth it, I could have been stranded. I expected to pay as much as I did anyway, even though I'd hoped for less, I feel it's probably what an out-of-towner in a jam would pay pretty much anywhere.
Would give 6 stars if I could..broke down on the interstate and and waited 2 1/2 hours for triple A. Finally found Greg's online and called them. 12 minutes later we had a tow truck!very professional.
A towing fee shouldn't cost $360 especially when I have AAA and no one got in touch with me about who I wanted to get a tow from. That is why I pay for AAA and they wouldn't take that. Must be nice to do basically nothing and charge people $360 for it. I wasn't even driving the car at the time. No one got in touch with me and made me aware of anything till it was already there. I'm not even sure its legal for them to do things like that. I did not give them permission for the towing.
I called Greg's towing service when my 16-year-old daughter ran out of fuel 500 mi from home, then realized she had no money, no credit card, no debit card. They were super fast in their response, very professional, and greatly relieved our concerns. I would highly recommend them.
They were wonderful! They arrived within 20 minutes. Had my car opened in under 3 minutes. No damage to my car, very polite, professional and courtesy. They are now in my speed dial for my next emergency.
