Went in for a diagnosis and it cost $50 cheaper than other places I saw, they were nice, quick, and fixed my problem with my HVAC for free too. Coming back again any time I have a problem.

Had an issue with my car. Called them and they took my car in that day even though I had never been there before. Checked the issue and fixed it same day. Outstanding workmanship and a price within my budget. Would recommend Lee and his staff to everyone I know. Thanks again

I was refered to Paul and Lee, when I spoke with Paul I explained to him what I believed was happening with my truck was a dead starter. After having it towed to them they looked over the truck and Paul confirmed that was the case and he gave me a price for the repair and i authorized the work to be done. I was promised it would be done in a day or 2 and sure enough it was done the next day and for a lower price then quoted. When we picked up the truck we had a new problem pop up with the 4wheel drive. I believe it had something to do with the towing, but can not prove that. Needless to say they worked with me on the new issue and fixed it for us the very next morning. These guys are honest and dependable, which is hard to find these days, I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be a repeat customer if I ever need any work done on my vehicles. THANKS GUYS!!!!!!!

I do not recommend taking your car here. I took my car up there for it overheating, my car started just fine the only problem was the overheating. After getting my car out of the shop 1,000 and some change later it ran for literally 2 days. Our car just would not start the next day trying to take our daughter to school. So we had to pay for a tow truck even more money out of our pockets...got the car back after that incident, car was doing okay now it's been running for an additional day so 3 days our car has been running and fine. Same situation occured we woke up to take our daughter to school and literally the car is not starting AGAIN. I went to a mobile mechanic because we do not have funds for ANOTHER TOW. The mobile mechanic says that West Hill auto tripped our security system and this is the outcome. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY TRIP SECURITY SYSTEMS AND TAKE YOUR MONEY

The West Hill staff always go above and beyond for us! From the ladies at the front desk, to Lee and all of his crew, we couldn't be happier with the service, honesty, pricing, and care.

My dad checked the odometer twice to see that his truck wasn't driven far enough to check the brakes, and was charged $200. This happened twice. Then he insisted that his truck be driven around the block. This is when the technician realized the brake problem, and charged $500 more. He was charged $400 for nobody to check his driving brakes. I think that my elderly dad was taken advantage of. It's really sad. I've pointed this out but have never received an apology on his behalf. Come on Lee, you're better than this!

West Hill is hands down the best and most trusted shop around! Lee took my car same day, got the job done and worked with what I could afford! He and his team have taken care of my father's vehicle for years now and we also bought my daughters vehicle from them. Reality was so kind and understanding of the situation I was in so big shout out to her as well! Every time I go there everybody in the office is always so welcoming! They really give top notch service! So thankful for them!

When my usual shop/dealership could not see my car for over 3 weeks, West Hill took it the same-day and had it ready for pickup the next day. Everyone was so nice and the repairs were fairly priced. Thank youuu!!!

Can't recommend them enough. They have fixed my jeep back to back years. 2023 was a blend door actuator and this year was the radiator. Both times were a great experience, and both times the price was very reasonable.

Went to west hill for my 4 wheel drive not working. They diagnosed and fixed the issue. At a fair price. I would highly recommend them for all your auto needs. Great place. Honest fair and good at what they do!!!!!!! 4/16/24 had to take my car to Westhill Auto for a repair. Once Again they went above and beyond... Great Job Westhill auto... Ty again!!

Best mechanics around they do the job right and for a decent price. They replaced my timing chain and actually fixed my car better than it ran before which almost never happens anymore. First time there and definitely will be taking my car back in for future repairs.

Lee is one of the best and most honest mechanics around, If I can’t fix it myself I take it here and he gets it rolling! He also did an amazing job fixing an almost totaled car for me a few years back. Highly recommend!

Finally! A skilled mechanic who takes great care of your vehicle and charges reasonable rates! They were even able to take care of our 15 passenger van and fixed its many problems. They take great care of their customers!

Great repair shop gave me an extremely reasonable price for two tires installed, mounted, and balanced as well as repairing an exhaust leak after the catalytic converter. Returned my repaired vehicle to me after less than 48 hours.

Lee and his crew are awesome! They fixed my van and did NOT overcharge me. They are the most professional shop within 45 mins. I'm saying that as someone that worked for their competitor at one point. I try to bring my vehicles here as often as possible. I currently travel for work and I plan my vehicle repairs for when I'm back in the area if possible. Lee doesn't call you too many times. He just gets the work done! Thanks Lee!

I took the car there because my muffler went bad 👎. There was two folks in front of me before my car was up and that was less than 15 minutes. I definitely would recommend them for any car maintenance:-) Also the staff was amazing 👏!!!

Bought a used car from Paul. Was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Honest and straightforward. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for an inexpensive used car to give them a look. UPDATE: Have since my purchase had the shop do repairs and regular maintenance on my entire family's vehicles. Have to say excellent service & customer care. Lee & the entire group of mechanics have treated me fairly & honestly. 10 STARS!!

They're up front about everything, they provide great service, and are great people. If they ever find an issue that we were unaware of as they're working on the vehicle, they call us about it instead of just going ahead and fixing it. Because they're great at what they do, they're quite busy. But they do really try and get the work done in a timely manner. They've been able to get us out of a pickle on more than one occasion.

I have a large family with multiple vehicles. We've used services at both Westhill Auto locations. Over the years we've had exhaust work, oil pan replacement, body & front end repair (car accident), brakes, rotors, inspections and such. They really can do almost anything! They are amazing, honest, friendly, fast and Affordable! Its that place you never want to have to go, but are so glad they are there when you need them! Thank you & your families for continuing to serve your community and neighboring communities with an appreciative heart and Great Attitude thru these trying and often stressful pandemic days.

You can be loyal to a business for years and they still would not know your name. Being a business owner I know that being personal with customers is a plus and I dealt with Lee a number of times and he is awesome! Westhill auto is personal with their customers, they work with you and make your request priority.

I purchased a vehicle from West Hill Auto and they were very nice and helpful. They worked on one of my other cars, very honest. Told me what I needed and what I didn't need. I’ve been going to Westhill Automotive since I was 18, I’m 27 now and its always been a pleasurable experience. The owners Paul and Lee are GREAT! They always talk me out of work I don’t need too. We need more honest shops like this But my favorite part of Westhill Automotive is their undercoating service that they sell. I get it every year, nobody else does it around here. It really sets them apart!

I take my car there for everything and they are absolutely the best at a reasonable price. They have even worked with me a few times on. You couldn't ask for a better set of mechanics and they always honor their warranties.

DATE OF ORIGINAL POST (31-December-2014): My car broke down and I read a review posted here. This place is described accurately. Very nice people and honest. They showed me what was wrong with my car and took the time to explain everything. Prices are reasonable and the people are great. Best repair shop I think I've ever been to. For driving from Rhode Island to Michigan and having an emergency occur, this place handled my situation beyond words. Best experience for being out of town and not knowing this place. UPDATE (3-April-2015): After I got my car fixed and we returned home to Rhode Island I receive a card from this repair shop wishing me the best and hoping our car was doing fine. Who does that!? That's amazing, especially from an auto repair shop! This is by far the best auto repair shop I have ever been too. I'm going on three months later and I wanted to update this post to brag more about this place. They have got it figured out on how to run a great business. Keep up the great customer service and you will always have a good business.
