I was communicating back and forth with AL, THE OWNER about a truck he had listed on Facebook marketplace. It appeared to be a nice truck from the pictures and he swore up and down that it was a great truck and he personally would go over it to "make sure it's 100% for ya". Long story short, my family and I drove 4.5 hrs one way to go buy the truck and the thing was worth about 70% of his asking price. When I began pointing out flaws, AL started blaming his mechanics for the issues. I made him an offer, he turned me down, I shook his hand and left. He then proceeded to send me a message putting down my dad and I, saying we were too nitpicky. Shout out to Cory, the mechanic, tho! He was a great guy.
****BUYER BEWARE****
We recently purchased a cube truck here. Upon driving it back it started having problems (oil leaking everywhere) While the owner was quick to try and resolve the problem we had to have it towed hundreds of miles back to his location (our expense). The owner told us it was“good to go”. We drove it back. A day later the check engine light comes on, then a bad catalytic converter (we took to a nearby dealer for repair). Now, present date, the cube truck will not start. This is bad business all around. Save yourself the headache & go else where.

In my opinion, they went above and beyond, between detailing the van and working on it to make sure it was good when it went out the door.
They also worked with me to get me approved even with a less then perfect credit score!

I got a flat tire today and after putting on my spare and finding it to be flat as well. I had to call for a tow. In comes May's Auto, LLC they took my car back to their shop and fixed both tires at a very reasonable price. Their were very helpful and friendly.
I purchased a second Van for my business through Ala at Mays Auto in Masury, OH. This was a 3 hr. drive for me one way. The communication from Ala was outstanding! He answered every single question I had regarding the Van, before making the trip. The Price was better than just being competitive with others I had looked at. I always hesitate when being interested in items through photos; as photos can hide so many things. Through our communication, I got the feeling that Ala was an honest person. I generally don't trust many people, as I have been taken several times. I made the trip to see & test drive the Van. The Van exceeded my expectations from the photos! More importantly, Ala was definitely as honest as he seem through messenger! He is one of the nicest and most honest people I have ever done business with! If there were more people out there like him, business would be much easier & enjoyable! The entire purchase from beginning to end was Excellent! The Van I purchased, made the 3 hr. trip back home smoothly, and ran terrific. I wish I lived closer, so their Shop could do my maintenance on the Van. However, I would drive double what I did, for the quality of Van I bought, the terrific price, and to deal with such an honest person! I will not purchase any future Van's for my business from anyone else! Thank You Ala!
Been going to them for a while, my one car got serviced by them and they never told me I had an oil leak and the oil completely drained out and my engine blew, didn’t blame them because it wasn’t them who did it, but doing work on a vehicle you’d think that would be valuable information. Fast forward I now have a new vehicle and usually my insurance covers my towing but I’m in the process of switching car insurance and my tie rod went out and I literally live on Addison road and they’re charging $100 for towing. They charge entirely too much and don’t even look over all the issues. Then showed up and left without talking to anyone and then proceeded to call and say they couldn’t do the tow.
Best affordable shop in town, and I got a five star service.

For now on it’ll be my shop for all my auto needs.
They should stick to towing and not alighining vehicles. The toe was so far in on both wheels the wheels would climb while driving forward and do the opposite in reverse. You could look down the side of the jeep and see both wheels facing inwards but he swore up and down his machine was right. Other shop verified the toe was way in and corrected it. I want a refund but doubt I'll get one to.
My lower balljoint snapped and I was stranded a snow packed alley. May's showed up within 15 minutes and got the car home quickly! Would definitely call them again!
Mays auto is a great small gem in the area! The mechanic Cory is great and very knowledgeable, he will explain the work he does on your car, and get you rolling safe and solid👍 I’ve had work done on two cars here, the last time I went they did an amazing job on front struts for my Cadillac, and I couldn’t be happier with the service performed. If you are looking for a good shop with reasonable prices that won’t take advantage of you, definitely go here! They know what they are doing and they are all good honest people including the owners! Thank you guys again!
I'm a medical courier and needed a reliable van to haul my totes. When I say mays came threw!! They made the process easy and quick. They even changed the oil for me before I left. Once again my husband and myself thank you guys for an amazing experience.

How they charged me as much as humanly possible and to fix a completely different wheel that had basically nothing wrong with it how could you miss that?? They say I told them the wrong wheel when I was on the phone . Why would I fix something that wasn't broken ??? When you can hear how ridiculously bad the one right next to it was? Refused to make it right. They really took advantage of a single mom with low income. Terrible place for a female to go to.
ALSO lol the place I went to before would've only charged me 300 and would've actually fixed it. But I thought I'd save money if I went to mays so thanks to them I wasted a bunch of time, 222 dollars and I still have to pay 300 now to have some one actually fix my car

Pulled in as there were walking out to go home and they still fixed my tire for me at no charge. With out them fixing it. I would of been Stranded as the tire was leaking air
So I got popped in Hermitage for driving around with expired inspection stickers. I had to wait until payday to get my car fixed to pass inspection. When I got off work I drove around to every garage in town to try and get my car fixed and inspected to avoid having to pay a huge fine and nobody would hook me up. Then I stopped at May's. They were amazing and stayed open late just to get my car fixed so it could be inspected the next day. To top it off it only cost about half as much as I thought it was going to. These people are great mechanics and do quality work for dirt cheap. If you live in the shenango valley this is the place to take your car for repairs, otherwise your getting ripped off.
They sell cars and I bought a van very good condition very good deal! They even unhesitatingly addressed my concerns with the vehicle before purchasing . Everyone was nice and professional they even offered to buy me lunch. Highly recommend
I took my 07 Chevy HHR here 02-20-2020. Cory was the mechanic assigned to work on my car. I origally planned to have the serpentine belt replaced, some front end suspension work and an alignment. He was very thorough. He called to let me know that my brake pads and rotors were very badly worn, so I had them replaced as well. When I picked it up they showed me just how bad they were. I have a young child and safety is very important to me. I also live on a tight budget and the cost was much more reasonable than a few other shops I called for a quote. Overall it was a great experience and I will not hesitate to go back to get other work done.

Bought a car and was given the best deal/service, and any work done on my other vehicles is always quick VERY fair priced and NEVER had any issues after any interaction! If you are looking to have any work done on your vehicle GO HERE!!! Not only do these guys beat others prices they also work expeditiously!! I found Mays auto almost a year ago on let go when I had wanted some work done since then I have referred friends and family they have done amazing Everytime! My friends vehicle needed transmission work and these guys outdid anyone else! When I went here I had all 3 of my children with me they have a waiting room and everyone was really nice! The customer service is overall amazing there's nowhere else in the tri-county area like these guys. I will never go anywhere else ,I will continue to refer anyone to them that needs some work done! If your looking for a vehicle they also have some for sale. If your looking for a quote call and ask this is NOT a place where you call and ask for a quote and get treated like a problem! Stop looking for a good mechanic just call and go here judge for yourself you won't be disappointed! Don't forget to rate when you do these guys deserve to have recognition!
My go to place! Reliable, fast, and clean work. The Owner/Mechanic is super friendly and his staff are just as courteous. I travel a lot and my car is in constant need of care and I don’t trust anyone else to get the job done. Recommend them to all my family and friends!
