Coldest day of the year and of course I had an issue with some damage to the front bumper of my car. I tried to remedy it with zip ties but that failed. So they went above and beyond to temporarily fix it so I could drive, and they did not have to do that for me. Very grateful and this will be the first place I go for any auto parts needs from now on.
This guy here had the audacity to yell at my pregnant wife and tell her to get out the store. When I was on the phone with him and he said he could help us. How does that make sense
As always prices beat there competitors always friendly faces and willing to help even if it means they go the extra mile to call a friend and ask for advice on a repair or recommendation on something they don’t know about that’s customer service with gratitude

During a snowy cold day , my wipers went to pieces so off to O'Reilly to get new ones. The employee found the correct wipers for my car installed , off I went to complete my errands.
Was looking to get my battery replaced in my Traverse. After being shot down by AutoZone because the install "could take up to 45 minutes" (my battery is behind the front passenger seat in the floor), I then called O'Reilly's. They had the same AGM battery I was looking for at a cheaper price, and the gent I spoke to said he had done a battery swap like that before and was willing to do mine. I thiiink I heard someone say his name was Butch, and he had the new battery installed in my vehicle in about 10 minutes. This was my first time every going to an O'Reilly's and won't be my last now!
Great service and reasonable prices. They turned some rotors of mine I bought there that were just out of warranty for free.
They have a young lady there tracinda I think her name is. She's the nicest and most helpful person ever.
they actually took the time to help me out figure out what i needed id suggest them way better than autozone, they suck wouldnt even help hook up the computer o'reillys is the best around
09/10/2021 @12:15 I called and asked the young man who answered the phone...maybe Kyle... non the less very rude after asking if they carried a specific primer filler. I gave him the part number off the can FP101, his response was that they did not have that and the number I gave him was for a vht paint. I then repeated the part number to make sure he heard me correctly..... no response just the phone hanging up!!! So unprofessional will never call or step foot in any O'Reilly auto parts store ever again!!!! Poor customer service and doesn't even deserve 1 star.
I have a 2009 Dodge Caliber,I brought front struts for my car in 2018 with a life time warranty so today 7/8/2021 I called to get some more struts and they told me I only pyrchase strut for a 2009 Jeep patriot. So is at O'Reilly on West Ave in Tallmadge I am a senior and I trusted that they gave me the correct strut seeing that I am not a mechanic. Don't trust them make sure you check behind them.
Called to find a part in which it had to be ordered, the young man I spoke to understand what I was looking for and needed. He was very pleasant to speak with and he explained the ordering and pick up process. This was the only store that could get the part I needed for my vehicle thank you.
Felt like I walked into a gun shop. How dare I want to buy auto parts! First dude didn't even look up from the counter. It was just him, me, and the tumbleweeds. Then a second dude came out and was semi-helpful. My first visit here was my last...
They dont know how to get you the right parts , we ordered a set of upper control arm bolts they gave us a whole box of two different size bolts and nuts for 35 dollars and they wasn't stud bolts that self lock onto the bracket , we only needed two we got enough bolts and nuts to put on 8 upper control arms on 8 different cars it was there stock box , they said they come like that , we tried to explain we only needed 2 but they refused to sell just one set instead we had to buy the whole box just to get two
Losing all good people, NOT THE SAME STORE WHEN IT FIRST OPENED.People not real friendly or knowledgeable. They need some older people with some knowledge of cars, but corp. office is full of bean counters. You can make more money at walmart.
Nice enough place but I think I still prefer Advance Auto Parts over O'Reilly's. O'Reilly's did not have the exact part I was after and the prices I saw seemed higher than I'm used to seeing. Still, I would consider this a good place to find auto parts.
The store manager was incapable of operating his own battery tester. In the process of not actually testing my battery he did manage to scratch my cars paint by attempting to attach the ground clamp to the painted body.
Went in for wiper blades. Installed them right there. So nice. Car was hard starting and worried about battery. Called my husband and we both agreed to get new battery. O'Reilly tested first send it was pretty dead. Took him 25 minutes to install the new battery. It was a bit difficult to get in and out. I was totally satisfied with the service I received. Always treated well every time I go there.
This establishment is awful! This past summer I took my battery in to get tested and they immediately told me it was dead. I purchased a new one from them, took it home, installed it, and it did not work. I went back and asked them to return the battery and give me my old one back (assuming it was NOT the battery causing my truck not to start). The workers came out from the back of the store, eyes completely blood shot, and acted like my request was crazy and refused to give me my battery back.
Later that week I had my truck towed and it was the starter. My battery was fine.
Just this past week I found out that a battery I had bought for my previous car 1 year ago was dead. THE BATTERY HAD A DATE OF 2006 ON IT!!!!! My fault I did not check the date, but I don't feel like I should have to when I buy a BRAND NEW battery!
Rude people and dishonest customer service.
Really impressed with the staff here. Especially the woman Corey who runs our deliveries. Always smiling, always prompt to be here when we call, and always asks if there is anything else she can do for us. Two thumbs up for Corey!! Will continue our business with them!
