They do excellent body and paint repairs leaving the car looking like new, and make sure they use the right parts to my total satisfaction. They did keep me informed of the progress on my repairs, and assisted me in getting and returning a rental car for the duration of the repairs.

I wouldn't trust anyone else with my Porsches. Jeff, Gary, Arinn, and everyone at TCC make sure customers are informed, involved, and top priority at all times. I now drive over an hour to keep using TCC instead of someone closer because I know TCC will deliver a final finish above all expectations. Not once but twice I have now received my Porsches back looking better than I did the on days I bought them.

I love how friendly and professional they are. I would not trust my repairs to anyone else and have used them often and repairs always went smoothly. As far as my mechanical work, no one but Chris at Tallmadge Collision will touch my car. I trust him and he always explains what I need. He is the best!

I had a deer strike mid December 2025. Considerable damage to the front . TCC was our choice as we have had them repair other vehicles in the past and have always been satisfied with their work and service. Our insurance company worked directly with TCC and us--it was a painless process. They were very professional yet personable--customer service was wonderful. We have 2 sons who have also used them for accident repairs and they too were very satisfied.

I had to get my 2 side doors replaced on my honda civic after a collision. Highly recommend this company! They were very professional, communicative and courteous! I had my car done in less than 1 week and a half. Everywhere else I inquired wasn’t scheduling for 1-2 months out. They did a great job making my car look brand new again. Shoutout to Carl!

Repaired my car this place is awesome. Set up rental and they returned rental. Car was clean inside and out. You could not tell the front was damaged. No issues kept me informed.

Tallmadge Collision center worked with my Insurance company for payment and the rental car agency to get my car back but most importantly they did a great job with my car! I was kept informed during the repair and they were right on time. I highly recommend them!!

I was hit sitting at a red light. When the other drivers Ins gave me the option to go where ever I wanted I was lost. I wanted somewhere close to home and in a good area. I am so glad I went with TCC. They were so nice and professional. Carl kept me well informed and my vehicle looks great! They did take off my steering wheel cover and I have no idea what happened to it. But I just chose to get a new one. Accidents do happen!

We have had to use Tallmadge Collision a few times in the last view years. We have always had great customer service and our cars returned in better conditions than we left them. We will use them in the future.

My wife got into a minor accident and we went here for the first time to get the paint scratches and tail light fixed. Everyone here was very kind - shout out to Carl! The repairs were great and they even went above and beyond and detailed/cleaned the inside of my wife's car for her! Great service and would highly recommend this place.

I don’t know if they treat all their customers like this but i had front end damage to my truck. When we met they walked around the truck a saw the paint peeling in the back of the cab and that i had my spare tire on because my tire got a hole in it during the accident. Told me they would fix and or replace those things and said it would be 2 weeks after the inspection. I didn’t get my truck back for almost a month, and only fixed my front end. Now i get my cab not getting done that wasn’t part of the accident, but at least tell me that your not going to do it. And NO new Tire they left me on the spare and still had my old tire with my brand new rim just chilling in the back of my bed. Why didn’t you fix my tire after saying you would? I was going to question it but Robert the person that’s been communicating with me, just seemed to rush me out the door. So after going to the tire shop Right after getting it back and while looking at it my hood was damaged as well and they did not replace that either! You can tell from the pictures my body lines are not symmetrical at all. Left a very bad taste in my mouth and will never recommend or talk highly of this company ever again.

This was my first experience with Tallmadge Collision and I couldn’t be happier with the work they did on my car. Robert kept me updated every step of the way and they made drop off and pick up really easy - for my car and for the rental. Look how shiny and beautiful she is, you can’t tell her bumper was busted just a short time ago.

Tallmadge Collision did a great job on my truck. I was hit and they got me in the next day and did an excellent job. Carl was very nice to work with and coordinated everything perfectly.

Had an issue with insurance and they did everything they could to help make a bad situation much better! They have worked on quite a few of my vehicles over the last 20+ years and never any complaints

I had a great experience with them. Last accident from December 1st, the Toyota Ganley suggested me to go with this place. My car is Toyota CH-R19 and they did a excellent job. It’s worth to wait for 5 weeks. Robert Black was the best for keeping in touch and updated about my car every week. Thank you for your service!!
