Great service and great communication throughout the process. I appreciate the work was done as promised, on time, and it was a nice surprise that my vehicle was cleaned inside and out prior to pickup. The insurance company failed to take care of the rental car, but the Liberty team took care of that for me as well, thank you.

I dropped my car off here two months ago, and the work is still incomplete. The initial estimated completion time was two weeks, but the delivery date has been postponed three times so far. I will update this after getting the car.

2nd body shop I got an estimate for my Ins co. I chose Liberty bc they went above and beyond to work with my ins co and got my car fixed on time. Great service and communication and willing to work with difficult ins co. Thanks!

Brought my car in for a repair on a Monday and was given an estimate of a little over a week for repairs and repaint. Was able to pick up Enterprise rental car on site and return on site as well. Received calls with updates every other day which was greatly appreciated! Car was ready early on Friday for pick up and looked great! Would recommend for collision repairs!

I will immediately upgrade this if an issue I addressed with them on the theft of my expensive sunglasses is handled well. Truck repair seems complete and well done (been 3 days since I got it back). Truck was exceptionally clean when I got it back and the lady at the counter who helped me at pick up stayed late and was excellent in customer service. Would have liked a few calls during the process but when we called they gave us good solid answers. Update: I was almost immediately contacted by Liberty Collision and informed my glasses and a few other items from the interior were still there and mistakenly not put back on completion. Mistakes are made and they seemed sincere and honest about it. That was greatly appreciate! Review has been edited in response to that.

I used to work for a body shop as a parts manager for over 15 years, and needless to say, I have seen a lot of vehicles repaired and painted. So I decided to give a local body shop a try. I first went to one locally but was I discouraged from the get go. Then I remembered seeing one by Walmart and thought I’d give them a chance. WOW! I was met very professionally, got an estimate, and out the door I went with an appointment to bring my car in. I brought it in and was welcomed by a very courteous and interested employee, and I will tell you she made it all the more better. After a few days Jeff let me know it was ready to pick up. The paint job and cleanliness of the vehicle was much more than I expected. FABULOUS WORK!!! I highly recommend this body shop to everyone.

This car was my grandmothers Lexus and it means everything to me! They did a amazing job fixing it in a timely manner and had amazing costomer service it looked brand new when they got the work done 💕 the little Chihuahua they have that says hi to everyone at the door is adorable! Whoever owns the Chihuahua that works at that location helped me the whole way she even stuck up for me and made sure they didn’t total my Lexus when Somone smashed my windshield with a huge rock she stuck up for me said the Lexus was In amazing condition and that I take care of it and they couldn’t total my car out and she did it she helped save my car! Thanks lady with the cute Chihuahua! 💕 before and after photos of my Lexus attached !

I would not take my vehicle there ever again or recommend anyone else they painted over dirt and scratches that wasn't all the way prepped by them horrible customer service did not align the body panels correctly and they're fixed to the problem was just to buff the dirt out of it and leave big holes where the dirt was the paint color matches but the working total after the third time of getting it still is not right and has to go to another shop

I switched to this place because the original place I was dealing with was horrible. I had hail damage, so they took my van. I get a text update says a date of completion. I call them morning of completion and they have failed to update me that my car is no where near done, they had and issue with insurance. I understand the delays just the lack of communication… I told them well the last I heard my was going to be ready today. No sir you can’t really go by those updates through text is what I was told. Fast forward to about two more weeks, I have a new completion date, so I have my wife call to double check, they tell my wife we already sent the updated text to your husband with completion date. Now I was just told a few weeks prior I can’t go by that yet they tell my wife to go by that? You can’t make this stuff up… So we wait till day before completion and I call to confirm, vehicle is still not done not completion date still. They’ve had my car for over 6 weeks and they are just now offering to help with a rental! This place is absolutely horrible. I will never use them for anything again. It is horribly managed. Communication does not exist. I tried to call this morning to talk to the representative that is handling my case and the receptionist is grilling me on why I want to speak to her.

Recently had my car worked in there because someone hit my car the work they did was good but when I got my car back it wouldn’t start so had to jump it was thinking maybe a interior light got left on accidentally and the battery just needed to be jumped and it would be fine after that nope anytime I wanted to get in my car and go anywhere had to jump it I had no issues with my battery before I dropped it off to them then all the sudden I had to go spend 260 dollars for a brand new battery when the one previously in the car wasn’t that old have tried to call to speak to someone but keep getting told the owner/manager isn’t available leave a message and he will get back to me well how many messages does someone have to leave before they get back in touch with me and not only that issue my car is making a noise it never made before I dropped it off satisfied with the works very dissatisfied with their customer service would never use this place again

I can't give 10 because the manager Seth is the only person returned calls with the status and helped me. So i can give good rating to him but not for others No. Infact other guy, added new things, increased the quote: and saying/recommending towards fixing with other garage shop repairers encouraging for branded/Salvage title, which would cause too much loss of usage to me with my vehicle for the simple under $1.3k (final repair cost). The progressive adjuster Nick never seen the damage physically but estimating based on LCC recommendations that it was not a good approach from progressive to their clients: keen on total or garbage (yes) Salvage title at even lower amount to benefit for them thru auction with this low miles long years of good/decent vehicle.

Super happy with the service here. Good communication, great work, and amazing detailing...my car is very lived in and has never been so clean!! Also, very honest: I had some random stuff under my seats, extra cash in my glove box that I had forgotten to remove and it was all there when I picked it up. Highly recommend!

Great and friendly staff. Amazing body shop. Repaired and painted my vehicle and it looks better than the day I bought it brand new off the lot. Only two downsides, I had to keep calling for an update. But they were busy and it was right before thanksgiving. So I can understand. And the parts took forever to come in, which is not their fault at all. So that’s why I didn’t dock any stars. I will definitely be bringing all my vehicles here going forward. Nate and Heather were a pleasure to work with.

Paint peeling off of everything they painted. Liberty says it's the cheap aftermarket parts Progressive makes them use. Progressive says that Liberty didn't prep the parts correctly for paint. I'm stuck in the middle with paint peeling off in large chunks all over the front end of my vehicle. I'm trying to avoid going back if possible, but Progressive says that Liberty is the only place I can take it back to have it fixed. I guess Liberty will not refund Progressive the money for the botched job they did on my car so I can take it somewhere else. If you're in an accident, request that the insurance company takes your car to the dealership and that they use OEM parts. Don't let the insurance company direct you to their preferred collision center. There is a reason they want to send you there, and I can assure you that it's not because they do an amazing job. It's because it saves the insurance company money.

First of all, the team at Liberty Collision is probably the best I have dealt with across many different industries. The shop manager, Nate Burt knows his business and his customer care is phenomenal. Brandon is the tech who did the work and his craftsmanship is the best I’ve seen in the business. My parts were ordered ahead of time because I needed to wait on my car and it was in and out. Thank you again to the team at Liberty for your hospitality and your quick and excellent work!

My car looks great! I received text message updates as well as a few phone calls while everything was being fixed. Everything was done pretty fast and it looks so good! They even cleaned the dirty floor! I think the person that handled everything with my car was Seth, he was very professional and did a great job!

Recently had some paint chipped off and several dents put into my car while it was parked. These guys got the dents out and the paint looks brand new all around. Can't even tell it happened. Absolutely top notch job, would highly recommend them. Jim and Rob both were both excellent to work with from the quoting process to picking it up. Thank you guys for making my car look great again and making me feel proud of it once more!
