This is the best auto parts store I have been to locally. I'll drive a little extra just to go here instead of a different store. Its always clean, the employees are friendly and helpful every time I've been there, and, unlike most parts stores, they have a bathroom. Not only that, but they hand fast orange in there, too! I was doing brakes for someone in the area in a parking lot, and it was pretty handy to be able to wash my hands. Great place!
Called 15 minutes before they were closing and Kayla answered the phone,She was an excellent customer Rep ,She answered all my questions and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the parts I needed and was a very good representative of the store.She,s Great help.

Came in for the Fix Finder when my brake light came on. They ran the code, told me a wheel speed sensor needs replaced, and that that's the likely cause. They even told me what to ask the mechanic when I take it in. Great service! Super helpful!
When dusting my GPS navigation screen, I accidentally darkened it and didn't know how to get it back to where it was visible. Took a chance and stopped at AutoZone in Franklin and an employee quickly solved my problem. Today, I needed to purchase an engine air filter since dealer at a recent oil change suggested it was time. Went back to AutoZone and the same employee assisted me with the purchase and even installed it for me. Thank you, Logan. Great service and really appreciated by this "senior."
I had Logan assist me with a change, after speaking on the phone a few times. He was extremely patient and helpful! And made for an easy and smooth process!

I love AutoZone I've been shopping there for over 20 years they always help me with whatever car parts I need and they're always nice the guys help with whatever you need to put in your car.
I went into the Franklin location for AutoZone #741 at approximately 1:35 on 10/17/24 Upon arrival I browsed in the front looking for oil and filter for my 2021 Buick several people behind the counter. No one asked me if they could assist. I went to the back where the rest of the oil was and was back there for approximately 20 minutes when I had my wife, bring me the manual during that time. A young employee had made several trips from the front to the back never asking if he could help after standing there going through my manual I could not figure exactly what oil was best at that time I went to the front I was going to check my engine size, when the same young man that did not ask me if I could use help, ask me if I found everything OK I advised him. No I did not continued to walk. There was another employee out on the sidewalk. He asked me if he could help I told him what happened, he said he would go get it if I wanted him to, but by that point I did not want to purchase anything from AutoZone then manager came out and did not offer any kind of help so I got in my car and drove off. Thank you for the no service AutoZone.
Great Service! Mr. Mobley noticed my brake light was out, as I drove into the Stores parking lot. The gent immediately offered to replace the bulb on the spot. I accepted, made the purchase, and he replaced the bulb within minutes. He also ensured I had the correct battery configuration for my lawn tractor. Awesome young man and I appreciate his professionalism and caring personality. Gotta love it!!
Alex and Caleb were fantastic. They installed my new car batteries while the kid ate a snack and watched. Very friendly and really knew what they were doing.
Had a fuse blowing my Camaro just had stomach surgery went in and asked the young man at the counter if he could help me replace the fuse because I couldn't bend over and it was really hot and I wasn't supposed to be in the Sun but I had to have air conditioner and the fuse blew and I begged him to help me and he wouldn't help me he act like he couldn't even talk to me I've never said or done anything to them people in there and they all act like none of them could help me they didn't want to do nothing for me they didn't want to show me any parts and they didn't want to help me with my car at all so I don't have anything for him I don't know why they was treating me so bad but I'm a human being and I needed their help and they let me down
I came in to get a power jumper for my car. The battery was not starting my car and I need a power jumper to help charge it. A gentleman named Derek helped me get what I needed and was very polite. I would definitely return here for anything I needed for my cars.
Anthony and Dereck were awesome. My wife called in when our battery died unexpectedly. Dereck had the battery waiting when we pulled in. Anthony helped us out by changing it for us. Great service guys!
I was on my way home from a reds game when i realized I was leaking oil pretty bad. The employee named Frank was so kind and very willing to help to see what he could do. I will never forget franks help and the time he took to inspect the problem. Thank you Frank!
I wouldn’t say to go on a Sunday afternoon, but even when they’re busy they do their best to help as much as they can. I’ve only had one bad experience out of the hundreds of times I’ve been over the years. I always ask for jerry when I go, he really likes to help get you what you need
Parts were in stock and the price was competitive. What separates this store from other parts stores is the friendly and knowledgeable service staff. My questions were answered in a helpful way, with a spirit of solving my car's mechanical problem, not making me feel foolish for my lack of knowledge on the subject.
The store itself is clean and well organized, with plenty of stock on hand. I'll start my parts search here the next time I need to work on my car!
Unfortunately I don’t remember the amazing guy that helped us, we left around 2:20PM today(06/05) so y’all can see who was there at that time. But let me just say he went above & beyond! I was gifted a virtual Mastercard gift card & checking out the traditional way was just not working at all. So instead of turning us away, he said he wanted to try something else, he did it as an online pick up order & we were finally able to purchase our items. Thank you sir for your kindness & your patience with us! Autozone give him a raise!
Just bought a car battery from Auto Zone in Franklin, OH from Ashley. She was fantastic! She took the old battery off for me and installed the new battery, even took the time to clean off the corrosion and let me know what size socket wrench she was using. She also explained how the warranty worked and when to come back in next. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will recommend coming here to everyone I know.
The people here are so nice and helpful. Jerry K was a lifesaver today though. My license plate bolts were rusted and stuck so I went here to get new ones and ask for suggestions for getting the old ones out. Jerry asked which car was mine and went out and got them out himself! Super nice of him to do.
I purchased a battery at this location just less than 1 year ago the silver. It went completely dead and is not rechargeable. They were so professional and courteous check the battery immediately saw there was an issue and gave me a new one I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. Great service!
Came in and I had a female who went above and beyond for me. She was fantastic. I had no clue at what I was doing and by the time I walked out of that store not only did I feel more confident on my own path I set out to do, but I felt appreciated by her advice and knowledge
Called in ahead of time to put spark plug wires on hold. Got to the store and they were brought out very quickly. Joe was helping me the whole time. Got me set up with the wires, spark plugs, oil, oil filter and was more than happy to diagnose my misfire while raining. Great customer service and even though it's a decent drive from my house I'll be making the trip here instead of the competitors.
