Absolutely AWFUL business etiquette!!!
Took my truck in to get my mudd tires off and road tires put on. Appointment was for 1:30 and was told to bring in early, in hopes they could get it done quicker. Called at 4:30, (closes 5) was told I would get a return call. At 5:45 I called back and not one person had any idea if or what was done to my truck. I immediately went to get it!!
Not one single apology!!! Not even good customer service. NOT only were my tires not put on but my truck was parked with the back windows down! It is currently raining!!!
They were going to keep my truck without a phone call just to put a different set of tires on!!!!!!!!!
THAT PLACE IS NOTHING MORE THAN A JOKE!!!!!!

beware of this place. Been going there for about 5 years at least to find things missing in my carssuch as change. Last visit was a nightmare, while they did efficiently get us off the road with a broken down vehicle the repairs went on for over 6 weeks with a vehicle that came back with my car having stuff missing in it, and not running after going to another mechanic to find he was using knock off replacement parts that are epa non complaint. My other vehicle as well still doesn't work right after having the vehicle for brakes, has to go somewhere else to have fixed. That vehicle has been there and towed at lease 2 times.
Let me tell you...Mark is an amazing man. Idc what anyone else has to say. I got stranded at the gas station with 2 little kids last night and this man had stopped in to grab a bite and drink with his dog (omg the dog is so cute) and he seen me and he came over and tried to help me get the car going, to which it wouldn't. So he pushed it from the pump into a parking spot, then he gave me and my babies a ride home. My vehicle just made it to his shop, waiting to find out what we can do about that darn ignition. Thank you Mark, from a single mom with absolutely no financial or even physical help...I appreciate you beyond words.

Mark does not care about customers and etiquette whatsoever. He also lists cars for sale and doesn't even know the exact engine thats in them! Quite rude and unprofessional when it comes to sales as well as being very dishonest. Also uses quite a lot of profanity when communicating as well. Would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I will certainly never use this auto shop ever again
Greats place to take your vehicle for ANY repair. Mark had over 50 years experience in the Automotive Repair Industry HIMSELF. You can't go wrong with that kind of knowledge!!!
Mark's Auto is the place to take your car. I don't care what a person's vehicle need's Mark will give you the fairest price of any competitor's out there. And sometimes it's hard to make ends meet. I've never seen or even heard of Mark turning someone away, never will.
Do not purchase anything from this guy if you do be prepared to invest money into whatever your buying. I know that vehicles ain't perfect and eventually need work but just know what your getting into when buying from here. Look at the car fax report, and if your in anyway mechanically inclined check the suspension, always check the oil, transmission, because it comes with " NO " Warranty.
I took my car in after hours last Wednesday. The owner offered to meet the tow truck after hours to make sure my car was in the bay, and even gave me his cell number to reach him. Luckily, my boyfriend was able to drive it there. They called at 10 the next morning, and gave me the estimate. My car was done at 1pm, and under estimate. I'm very pleased with the service, pricing, and speed with which they got my car done. Customer service is top notch. I highly recommend.
These guys were great checking out my vehicle. We were from out of town and had an issue and they went way beyond what they had to. I would highly recommend them. Thanks again Mark's.
I was quoted a very high price at a competitor. I took it to Marks and they fixed my car quickly and saved me almost $1000 in the process. Could not recommend highly enough!
