I called earlier this morning about my Audi that doesn’t run and they quoted me a fair amount. Later on, the dealership wanted me to take it to an Auction instead, and they were willing to be flexible with my situation. The tall gentleman with the glasses (I didn’t get his name) ended up towing my car, and because it was an Audi, everything was electronic and it was difficult to put the vehicle in neutral and move it. Even with all the difficult situations, we were able to figure it out. They were quick and effective, thank you so much!
Note: There’s two different rates when you pay with cash instead of credit. I paid in cash because it was a bit cheaper.
I have to give a big thanks to this company. My son under age just got his license was broke down in the highway while this storm is starting up today and made it possible to get him to safety faster than what he even said. Bink of an eye had my son calling me sitting in his truck. Thank you so much i was so scared til they came to the rescue. Referrals is a must with me.

I would give this zero stars if I could. They charged my husband 108 dollars to tow his car, 3 houses, after his lower control arm broke. We were not told the price until after the tow was completed.
During a snow storm tonight they were quick to arrive (20 minutes after calling). My Coworker locked his keys in his car with it running. Prompt and courteous driver had the car open in 2 minutes.
I had a great experience with this towing company. Kim was courteous and sent a driver to me in no time. Willie handled my vehicle with care and brought it safely to my home. I’m ready to do some more DIY repairs on it Their prices were also very fair and reasonable.
Probably the best Tow company around the Akron, Ohio area (PERIOD). Had to move a 63 Ford F100 and a 1967 Fairlane. While both vehicles were disabled the driver J.B. treated my babies as if they were his cars. He even stuck around and made sure me the the cars were great. State farm roadside assistance left me stranded for over 5 hours . Called Goodyear heights towing was to me in about 15 min. They were very reasonable priced truck was emaculate very friendly definitely would recommend and use them again
We were stranded and had been waiting for 3 hours for a DIFFERENT towing company when we decided to find someone else. We called Goodyear Heights/Wise Towing and they were there in 20 minutes! And their prices are great! Mark was very professional, helpful and nice. We won’t use anyone else if we ever need a tow again. And we will refer them to everyone!
Friendly when I called for a price, and they remembered me when I called back to arrange a tow. Showed up promptly and took care getting the car where it needed to go.

They picked the car up with a flat bed. The car was on the side of a narrow road. They dropped it off right at my garage. The service was prompt with no issues.
Called these guys for a tow they came out and towed my custom built lifted Chevy 3500 and was there in 10 minutes... price was also almost 80 dollars cheaper than anyone else.... those guys at Goodyear towing are very respectable very polite and professional highly recommend Goodyear towing to anyone best service I’ve had for any company
