Took my classic Mustang to have Zehners to install a Magnaflow exhaust system. Their website shows pictures of classic cars so it provides the impression that they have the experience to do custom work. They called about 2 hours in yelling at me about how the exhaust system wasn't going to fit without major modifications. They called back about 4 hours later and asked me to come up and review and approve their progress. The tailpipes were in wrong and the mufflers were too close to the rear axle. He said that's the best he can do. I took it home and the next morning took it all back off. We determined the x-pipe was in upside down which through the profile of everything off. I found were they trimmed 2 pipes. So much for major modifications. I trimmed that pipe by another inch as well as the adjacent and reinstalled the system in 3 hours. The tailpipes rotated into place perfect. My experience with the kit is the same as others online reviews as it went on very easy. I'm disappointed in Zehners. First as they couldn't install something so simple and second that he charged me full rate for incomplete work. He knew I was leaving as a customer that wasn't satisfied yet he charged me 5 hours labor time for almost $800. Charging a customer a reduced price for poor work would go a long way.
Zehners Service Center Inc is amazing . . . from the gentleman taking the calls at the desk to the service staff. They are very knowledgeable and do the work right. They are trustworthy and honest; and those two attributes are hard to find now-a-days. We highly recommend them. They diagnosed the problem with our car correctly and then fixed it correctly. Things are "not" over-priced. We are completely pleased with the work they did on our car. Use Zehners Service Center Inc with confidence. They deserve recognition!
We've taken our vehicles to Zehners for years because they do excellent work, are relatively inexpensive, and, most importantly, are honest and can be trusted. We recently took one of our vehicles to a dealership for an oil change. They "found" several issues that needed addressed at a cost of $4,600. I went to Zehners with the list. They determined some of the work didn't need to be done. Their cost for the necessary work, including new front/rear brakes, rotors and pads, was about $925. That included a cost of $60 for a sway bar bushing that the dealer's estimate was $322.
I called this place due 2 a referral from their family member(s) n Cuyahoga Falls. I call'd this place twice & each time had a bad experience by talking on the phone. Call'd this morning at 7a & was already placed on hold more than 3 minutes. The counter lady then resume my call & asked what I needed. I told her that I want'd 2 come in 4 an *Engine Diagnosis*. She then ask'd me when did I want'd 2 drop it off. I told her that I would rather not do a *drop off* I would rather sit & wait. She then says.. We don't allow "waiters" for engine diagnosis. They only allow waiting for oil changes etc. That's offensive‼I can't sit & wait for my own car & they don't know where or how far I'm coming from just 2 bring it 2 them. She then said that I needed 2 call back & speak 2 Ryan which I've already spoke 2 him. He told me 2 call back at the later time due 2 them being busy that week. Well.. our conversation felt like it was rushed through just so that he could proceed back 2 what he was doing. That was devastating.
Zehner’s is top notch! They went above and beyond in every aspect. Got my vehicle right in for A new wiper transmission install even though they were extremely busy. Every employee I met was Accommodating and friendly. They even helped me back home and back to the shop when my vehicle was done. Price for the work was good also. Thanks guys! Highly recommend beinging your vehicle to Zehner’s.
My family has taken our cars to Zehner's for over 20 years. They are extremely professional and always do a great job! If they tell you something needs done, you can absolutely believe it because they are high quality, honest people. Their prices are fair too! I will always take my cars to Zehner's because I trust them!!!
I was visiting from out of town and had some issues with my car before a 9 hour drive, they made me feel right at home and got me taken care of quickly. If I lived in the area they would definitely be my go to shop.
This is the third time I’ve used Zehner’s, and each time I’m more impressed with them than the last. They fix what’s wrong with your car. And just as importantly, they don’t fix what’s not wrong. They call you and tell you what they’ve found and give you an estimate of the cost. Then they fix it. That’s it. I couldn’t be happier with them. They’re just good and honest and reasonable. What else do you need!

Zehners is the best. I've only been there twice but they took care of me above and beyond. They are truly honest... Trust me they have so many customers who already know this they don't need to add stuff you don't need or mark up your bill. And they're open 7 to 7 to accommodate people who work for a living . I am very particular about who works on my vehicle. Zehner's is one of the best. They do a great job, and compared to other service providers, their costs are much lower. They worked on my Subaru Forester and now, my BMW. In addition to being good at what they do, they are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend them.

We had three vehicles with no air conditioning and were searching for a decent place to take our cars since the last one was no longer reliable. Zehner’s took the first car on Monday, said it would be ready in 3 days and we got a call the NEXT DAY that it was finished! We asked if they would mind if we left another with them while picking up the first and they were actually happy to do it. Had that one done in two days. Then we left a third vehicle and they completed the work in less than a week. Reasonably priced, not the cheapest but they are worth it 100%. They have amazing customer service which is highly unusual for an auto shop around here and they were fast and fixed the issues without any problems. I would recommend them to anyone trying to find a “home” auto repair shop.

Ron and everyone at Zehner's really helped me out! They were able to get my car in, diagnosed, and replaced my rear brakes and bearings in a day. All after calling near closing the day before. Just in time for a 600 mile trip. I definitely would recommend them. Very kind, friendly and efficient.

I took my car in to get advice on what was wrong - it turned out to be a battery. My car was fixed very quickly and efficiently, for a reasonable price. Everyone was friendly and I felt cared for. I definitely recommend this place!
I have been taking my automobiles to Zehners for years. They provide excellent service and are reasonably priced. I also have a 1955 Chevy. I will not trust just anyone to work on it. However I trust the mechanics at Zehners. I just had it at Zehners recently. I wanted several things checked out . The issues were taken care of and the 55 was done in less than a day. Excellent work and reasonable prices.
Absolutely great! The mechanic and staff were all helpful, friendly, and very experienced. They were able to explain my problem over the phone so I could make the most informed decision, and priced very reasonably to boot. I know where I will be taking my car in the future.

Time to find a new mechanic. I’ve been taking my car here for years. Generally great service, quick and fair pricing. Other than a few small issues over the year which happens with any business. My thoughts anyways. Today that’s changed, I dropped off my car on Sunday night. Was told Monday they would get back to me by the end of the day and when done. No call, or contact I called them several times with no available update. Tuesday morning they called apologized for the lack of communication and explained the issue. Okay no problem, I asked if they could get it done today as I work this evening. I was told yes, and approved the work. Upon me calling this evening. I was told it’s not done. Nor is it going to get done today and nobody was there for me to speak with. They’re really busy, but I can call back tomorrow morning and speak with the mechanic again. After explain, I need the car tonight and previously discussed and stating I would just come pick up the car and bring it back another day. I was told that couldn’t happen either as it was still apart. All I can say is wow. This used to be the best garage in town. Now they’re cavalier attitude and lack of communication, and misinformation means if you don’t have to don’t go there find a new mechanic.
It was such a nice relief to have my '96 Camry worked on by people who know what they're doing - AND to know that I wasn't getting ripped off at the same time! The people at Zehner's are honest and decent, and Ron explained everything to me so I know what more needs to be done. It was such a relief dealing with them compared to the Toyota dealership we used to go to. They even washed / waxed / vacuumed my car. I give them a 10!
The guys at Zehner's are honest, friendly, knowledgable, and don't talk down to me as a woman. I appreciate that they give options for "good, better, best" and tell you if they would recommend something or not. I never feel like they are trying to sell me like some other garages. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
A great place. The workers and office people and drivers are the absolute best. I asked them to keep my 2008 Hummer going for another year and they are committed to trying to do so. They (GM) are supposed to come back with a new Hummer next year.!! This has been the best car I have ever had. All the people at Zehner's have been so kind and respectful. That is hard to find nowadays! Their prices are much better and more fair than others I have gone to. You will not be disappointed. Go to Zehner's!!! Highly recommended by other people I know, also.

Honest and trustworthy. Took my 13 year old car here multiple times. They always get me in and have reasonable prices. The best thing is they tell me what I should fix and what can wait (that's not a safety concern). So I can split up the cost and not pay a huge amount at once.

I have had my vehicles serviced here numerous times now, and the customer service is very good. When I've been called about a problem they've diagnosed, they patiently explain the problem and tell you what to expect as far as pricing. So far, I have no complaints and Zehner's is very trustworthy. You may be able to find cheaper car service elsewhere, but I can confidently say that Zehner's has been a great value for my money. It's the kind of place where you feel good about giving them your business.
