I was very impressed from the time I entered the service department. I had 3 service techs meet me. One to check in, one to check tire pressure and Nick that handles everything else. I was updated regularly.
My wife and I had a very positive "training session" on our new 2025 Lexus 350 hybrid. After 1500 miles, we had a lot of questions. Dan answered them all. We know this will will enhance our future driving experience in our new car.

Norm made the check-in process easy and was masterful at answering even the most mundane questions with patience and clarity. JJ (Josh) kept me up to date throughout and provided helpful advice, suggesting I complete the next level of service to avoid making an additional trip back. I took my 2018 Lexus for an inspection. They had to replace crank shaft seal. Job done and paid! I called Nic the following day and i told him the car was making some strange noise, i asked him if the technician took it for a test drive. Ofcourse he said yes!! I took it to a different Lexus Dealership and guess what? They have to replace alternator and spark plugs. I am just wondering why this was not picked in the first inspection!!! I paid a deductible and I now have to pay another deductible with a period of two weeks!! The person who 'inspected' my car did not do their job!!!! I think they just don't care!!!!

Ordered a clockspring for self install on my SC430. The Lexus original part arrived very quickly and was a perfect fit, as opposed to ones from two other suppliers that I had sourced earlier that weren't even close. Based on that experience if I weren't in Connecticut I would bring the car into them for service as well!
I stopped in to check how much it would cost to repair a scratch on my car. All the staff was very attentive and very eager to help. They called out Josh to take a look at it. He had several suggestions and how it could be fixed. He suggested touchup paint As the most economical way. I’ve voiced my hesitation because I’m just not good at that kind of thing. Josh Offered to do it for me. He took me to the parts department and help The correct. Gave me his card and told me when the paint came in to stop in and he would fix the scratch. Then I stepped over to see sales person. Yoko T. As always, she was very welcoming and walked through to my car. She set up something on my screen to help me watch for mailboxes in the future.
I purchased online and worked with Adam for a tonneau cover for lx600. He helped me by researching in details. In the end, It did not work out but I highly recommend to work with them.
Dan in the Parts Department informed me what to do if the battery in my key fob is not working. I never had any idea what to do. Thank you Dan for the information.

1 star if Lexus OE Parts 1000 Interstate Parkway Akron, OH 44312 is the same business. Still waiting for a refund that was promised for an alternator sold with incorrect amperage. Numerous emails and promises the check was on the way. This started back on August 11, 2021. See email with promises being made.
