They had me waiting over 3 hours and never showed up after I had payed in advance for the service.they deserve no stars. They need to close their doors . When you say something you need to stick to it or at reach out to customer and let them know why. They get triple F the worst service I ever got

Hello, I have progressive as my insurance, Melvin’s towing left me on the side of the road for 5 hours with a baby in 100 degree weather. I was lucky people stopped to give us water and a couple of minutes in there ac veichles. He didn’t pass my car to anyone else when he had the choice to. He allowed a 3 year old and a mother to be waiting from 1:30-6:00 in the heat. I am disgusted by his work ethic , his decision on taking care of customer I need is inhuman. Do not use Melvin’s towing. He chose to use pic up everyone else but me and he closes at 6:00. How dare this company. I will be I forever in shocked and traumatized for what they did.
Called 6 times today, no answer. Left a voicemail, no answer. Didn’t even let me know that my car was towed safely and parked my bad engined car in my carport. (Update) I had an appointment booked for 8am and it was scheduled at 5am. So I was first in line. I could care less about excuses.
Very professional. He came in a timely manner. Great prices and made sure my car was in a good position before leaving. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend his services. Great customer service as well.
