My car broke down and we were 15 min away from our hotel. I had Progressive get us towed from the parking lot back to our house so we could fix the broken belt. Kinney's is who came out and they were great. They let us know when they were 15 min out and helped my dad get the car dropped off in a direction to make working on it easy. Usually I have had to wait hours for a tow but not with Kinney's!

Adam was very friendly and professional, when my husband's and I , vechile engine decided to die on the highway exit yesterday . He came in a very timely manner and made us feel at ease. We rode with him to drop of the vechile it was a bit of a drive. He's is one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of working with. I highly recommend him and this place for towing.

Great experience! Our car slipped off the driveway with all the ice and I called for help getting it out of the mud and snow pit we created as a result. Great service! Drew arrived quickly and safely loaded my vehicle onto the tow truck and took it to the destination. He helped me get the truck into neutral and he provided me with photos of the truck when it arrived, disconnected the battery, and put my keys in the drop box. Excellent service, thank you Drew!
