Would leave no stars. They are more then happy to extort you for money with the help of APD. God forbid a law abiding citizen breaks down and gets charged the same rate as a criminal! Great way to treat your seniors! Will never do business with you EVER!

A crappy day had a silver lining thanks to Damion. We definitely had a challenging tow with our boat, and it took quite a bit of finesse to get it loaded but Damion kept his cool (even in 90 degree heat) and got the job done. Thank you for coming to the rescue! 10/10 recommend!!!

Damion was extremely professional. This was the first time I needed to sell my car to a scrap yard, and he was able to answer my questions in the moment. Did not feel rushed, and he worked quick. I appreciated that he gave me a run down of his plan of removing the vehicle so I knew what to expect.

He came to pick up my Honda CRV today when I needed help, he called to inform he when he would be arriving, he was kind and professional yet also relatable and laid back. He put my mind at ease and talked to me during the drive to the shop to get my car fixed. He delivered my vehicle safely and was considerate of my safety, warning me to be careful getting out of the tow truck. I appreciate his caring nature and the service he provided in my time of need. Whereas Damien, the tow guy, was very nice to me and was super quick and efficient about getting an broken car out of a tight spot, as well as got to me faster than dispatch said he would, that's where the kindness stopped. When I called my mechanic he told me that Damien was very rude and didn't at all drop my car off where he was requested too. Because of this my car is still in the shop as the mechanics are struggling to move this broken car the 30 YARDS that the driver Damien ignored.
I think he just wanted a good review, as he asked me to leave him 5 stars several times.
There I was with a 1999 Chevy Suburban that was totaled. The previous owner had a 50 cal machine gun round drilled in where the antenna goes, and after a deer crash installed a battering ram on the front end. I was so stoked with this truck. The wreck was memorable. 35mph t-bone that sent my truck into a cartwheel. For a moment I had to had been flying at high speed going into reverse with the street pavement ebb and flow to and from my drivers side window where I am one hand on the wheel and one on the center console steering my monster truck into a perfect landing parked right on the curb in place like I meant to do it where my tires exploded upon landing. Everybody was ok. The other driver and I had on purple shirts. Felt like we pulled a stunt live for the city on Crosby St. Here come Damion with the tow and personally deliver to me the most comprehensible seat belt safety talk I ever heard in my life.
