I dont do reviews, just not that deep into it but……Found seats for my 94 caprice… and these were so mint 💯. Came in a timely fashion, even called a to double confirm the shipping address. The care in shipping the seats to prevent damages was wonderful guys. Really went the extra mile.. you guys are the best. You got a new customer no bs
I've got to say I have never been more impressed from a customer service perspective than dealing with this crew right here. There was a slight mix up with my order and there was really only one way to fix it that didn't leave me in a bind. That solution required them to send me a part and just trust that I would get them the other part back to them but there was no time to wait for me to send the part back first and that was such a ridiculous solution that I didn't even ask them to do it..... I explained the situation and I said how do we fix this.... Much to my surprise I get the correct part the next day and I never even sent my other part back now of course I'm going to... Who does that though? It was so ridiculous to say I need you guys to send me the correct part and just trust that I'm sending this other one back to you That's crazy... But that's what they did because they're crazy good They are crazy passionate about customer service They have crazy good customer service guys. I'm all the way in Texas they've never met me and they treated me like I was one of their best customers ever like a customer they never want to lose and this is my first order with them now if they're going to do that for me as a stranger just imagine how things grow from there If I ever need a part or anything done with my car I'm going to this company first I don't care if I got to pay more and I don't care if I got to wait longer because I can trust them. This was for a strut replacement on a 2006 Bentley Continental flying spur.
