Unhappy with the customer service. I had called before going there and was certain that I was going to get the parts I was looking for. Unfortunately the employee working at counter seemed dazed and confused. He said I can't find what you need.
Just moved to Ohio so I'd never been to this one before - hopefully I never need them again! I guess cuz I'm a girl, they charged me $18 for 6 ignition coil connectors, jeeeeezus, I could've got em NEW for all that. I shouldn't have paid it, but I figured I'd look it up at home AND Y'ALL ARE WRONG FOR DOING THAT!
I've been occasionally visiting this location for years and have always had a pleasant experience. My last visit the employees were extremely helpful. The guy running around the counter was very polite and knowledgeable. April (who encouraged me to leave a review) was also a great help. Not only did I get a few random Jeep parts, but their miscellaneous wall inside the store had a few books and small electronic components worth the couple bucks I spent. I can only imagine what the employees find in new inventory. I will surely be back soon!

April. Was so great she helped me cross reference to another model using same part. I know she could've said. "I don't know" she is a 10 in my book. Better pay ip n keep that one.
Prices are outrageous for use parts for a radiator support and a latch. Almost $260. When I can go to the Youngstown one and get front bumper. Radiator and Radiator support with radiator and a fender less than two hundredollars. Drove an hour And the vehicles are not even updated
i was at pullapart in akron in the customer yard looking at truck and i seen a big yellow machine with claws on it and red front end on it driving very fast and music coming out of the machine very load and what is the speed for the machines driving in the customer yard dont think it is save to be driving like that

April is awesome. Very friendly and helpful. She even took the time to help me with part interchanges. Found out my jeep is year and model specific. She even gave me a couple ideas I hadn’t thought of to try to fix my issue.
First time being at the akron pullapart location but when I checking in I heard managers guy with beard and very tall guy think they were managers how they talk to there employees so I paid my 2 dollars to get in and walk back out the door that was very unprofessional I am very disappointed
Great service no hassles wide variety of interchangeable parts. April was great and patient and helped us find those interchangeable parts that were needed thank you.
Overall service is great they're very nice but if you're buying a battery bring an OHM meter with you. I bought a used one and hooked it up and found out it was completely dead and I had to pay $30 difference for a refurbished battery which is like $90 all together and it kind of broke my pockets but I had to do it and I'm satisfied cuz I don't have to use a jumper box to start my car but I'm broke and I'm not complaining because it's like $300 for a new battery so overall I'm quite happy with it
I purchased a car from Ashley. She was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the selection they had. The vehicle I was interested in she provided all the information I needed to know about it. She pulled the code from the car which was a sensor an inexpensive fix which made me feel secure on my purchase. Great price on the car also! I would do more business at this location with her.
I love pull apart.. I go there regularly with my boyfriend. The employees are awesome and I really like the new lady Lori that works there. She was very helpful and polite and checked us out efficiently and she was very courteous. I'll be recommending my family and friends
i’ve never shopped here, but I did deliver an instacart order for the manager today; they ordered 209 lbs of drinks (presumably stock for their employee break room) totaling over $250 in a snow storm and left an astonishing tip of $5…manager: if you see this review, please consider shopping for yourself the next time and skip using the instacart platform

The lug nuts on the rims i wanted were tourqed to tight for my i.pact to take them off, but the management help us get them off so we could get the rims we needed. Very helpful, and very curtious at the checkout counter also.

this is the best pull a part. the staff there are always extremely kind and very helpful. they always know which direction to point me in. they inventory is always pretty full and 99% of the time they have what I need. I do want to give a shout out to one employee there that def goes out of her way to help the customers and to make sure your visit is the best possible one and thats I believe her name isApril. thank you April for being awesome and helping me with all my needs and questions while I was there.
Im a self employed PDR tech and work out of my custom 06 trailblazer. I have routs I drive to every day putting miles on and abusing my truck means lots of maintenance to keep it on the road. Good little junkyard. Look at their website to check inventory and location of cars before you go. While you are in there check around a little as you may find a vehicle that has not been inventoried yet. Prices are fair and staff was very friendly and helpful.
