When I called, the lady was very polite. She got my information quickly and dispatched a truck. The tow truck arrived withing 10 minutes and had me loaded in less than 5. Very friendly driver. Very affordable rates aswell. Definitely recommend.
I slide in the snow 50ft from my driveway and hit a tree. I needed the car towed off the street into my driveway. The driver came out and stated that it would suck to have hook my car up for that short of a distance. He was able to drive my car the 50ft Into my driveway in less then 10mins. So yes mission accomplished car off the road. However he charged me the full $75 tow price ($80) and of course got a extra $5 because I didn't have change. I asked him to give me a price break because he didn't have to hook it up or even tow it. He declined of course. Had I known he was still charging full pice I would have insisted he do all the work that he said was going to suck of hooking it up and towing it. Just left me feeling totally taken advantage. JERK *A GOOD REPUTABLE COMPANY WOULD TRY AND RESOLVE ISSUES NOT JUST POST SMART ASS REPLIES AND SEND CUSTOMER SMART ASS MESSAGES
Mark towed my car for me last. He was the 3rd driver we had out there. Towed it every bit of 80 miles with a Smile on his face. Super polite and respectful. Very easy to talk to. The whole process was super smooth and honestly was the best the crappy situation could have been. Only had to wait 12 mins for him to get to where I was and when he got there we were loaded up and on the road in minutes. 100% would absolutely recommend. He even helped me identify the problem so it’s easier for me to explain to get it fixed. AAA picked them for us and I 100% would absolutely use them again.
