Dudes r the best. This where I bring my Harley all the time.
I stopped in today, Saturday about 25 minutes before they closed. I had been fighting with my broken header pipe for weeks every step of the way. First, I had to get a header pipe for a transition year CVO Ultra Classic. Got a set and the mufflers I had didn’t mesh together properly. So I took the Rineharts off and bought a pair of matching manufacturer mufflers. Once they arrived, the muffler clamps were too big. Harley shop was no help. Their clamps were like what I had already. So onwards to my local independent bike shop. Who coincidentally I ran into the owner in the checkout line at 7/11 just a couple weeks ago. We chatted, he invited me to, and I went and checked out the shop. Friendly guy, the owner. Anyway back to today. Told the guy who was working today my plight. And he went to find a clamp for me. Brought out a box and found one that would work. And on top of it all NO CHARGE. That fella has earned my business in the future and will send all my fellow Harley owners there that I know that need service. Great customer service. Sure, it was probably a $5 clamp, but the way I felt when I left was top notch. Should have just went there to begin with. Pity I could only give 5 stars. Support your local independent shop!
