I took my truck in and had a quote done they gave me quote of 141.77 which was 63.80 fir part and 65.09 labor plus taxes equal 141.77 I went to pick it up and they charged me 287.33 they charged me 200.00 for labor so hope you see the difference please don't trust them I will never go back there just for the fact they ripped me off so there went my groceries for 2 weeks thank you for dishonest but that is OK God is watching you rip people off
The worst experience PERIOD. Was involved in an accident. The driver refused to let us get anything from the vehicle. Explained that my daughter's medication was in her purse, along with her ipad and other personal belongings. And that my house keys, office keys, tools, and vehicle info I needed for insurance was in there.
They said I could contact them tomorrow. Well it was a holiday and told me I'd have to wait till Monday. They were EXTREMELY rude, and when I started getting upset about out their utter lack of concern for my situation, they hung up on me!
My husband and I went to buy a jumper box in Cleveland (we're from Akron) The jumper box didn't work so we had to sleep in our car, windows down cause no battery, and it was freezing. All because they would not come to jump us. (We where even willing to pay the $65 they said it would cost)
The body shop staff was extremely helpful. Answered all the questions I had and responded quickly. They were very thorough with the repair, and did an amazing job repairing my car.

So amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure I got even the smallest of things from my vehicle after it was totaled. I don’t know the name of the lady in the office but she was absolutely amazing and caring. Thank you all for everything. It doesn’t go unnoticed. And the Google profile is my sons. I would be embarrassed to be a part of such a incompetent and unprofessional company. This place only cares about money. A while back I had them tow my car to another shop. But they insisted they could fix it. I just needed breaks done. After weeks of me asking them To start the job I had to threaten to get it towed to another place when they told me they already started to work and I would owe money. A week later they finished the job and severely overcharged me. A few nights ago I was involved in a hit and run. The police officer called Conley's and I was disappointed.. after waiting for a very long time and being directly in front of my house where the car was hit. They explained that they could not tow the car to my house that they had to tow it to their shop. And I would have to get it towed the next day and pay two towing fees. Even the policeman said it was ridiculous and said they'd be taken off the list for that. Not to mention everybody you deal with has a complete attitude like you're not the one paying them money. From the secretary to the tow truck men to the mechanics.

I wouldn’t even bother. Made an appointment to have my car looked over and an appointment to have it towed by them. Ran over my appointment time cause they never showed up to tow. Called in to see what was going on and the office lady was rude. I ended up canceling all my appointments. I could’ve called somewhere else and gotten in sooner.
Extremely helpful & reliable. This is a shop that I would trust. Very honest and family owned with decades of experience working on vehicles.
10/10 would recommend these kind folk.
I had a great experience at Conley’s Service! They did a very good job fixing a scratch and a couple dents on my Subaru. Their management was very kind and respectful. I would highly recommend, and will most definitely find myself back in their shop.

Bought a battery drove the vehicle 20 miles battery died i took the vehicle back they charged me 45 dollars to replace the bad battery they gave me which to me was bs. After 3 months my vehicle was dead. I tried to have it towed to this place an was told they don't work on e350 vans no longer. I towed my vehicle to another location was told I had another dead battery. The mechanic stated Conleys put in a battery that was dated in 2019. This place an places like this who try an cheat or overcharge customers will be exposed by customers like me. I'm very disappointed an will not recommend this shop to anyone.
Kempthorn Motors suggested using Conley's Service and Towing to transport our vehicle to Kempthorn Auto Collision. Conley's caused $2,100 in damage to our vehicle and won't take responsibility. The tow driver even told Kempthorn Auto Collision they damaged the vehicle. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! They will damage your vehicle and deny it! Now we will have settle in court! Buyer Beware!
I can't say enough good things about Conley's. They take such great care of our boys vehicles. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional staff. It's nice to know that they are there when we need them.
A truck was parked in a fire lane, so we called the towing company listed on the sign and they came and towed it away. The owner of the truck called you guys and demanded our information, which you gave him, and then he proceeded to harass us for your towing fee. You then denied giving him the information, even though he told us he got it from this company. So unprofessional. I’ll just call the fire Marshall next time at least they won’t give out private information. Don’t use this company.
I purchased a very clean suv from Conley's a yr ago. It was a very nice and easy purchase! I've brought that truck in twice for service that was done, and for a girl that doesn't know vehicle repairs I trust them and if any problems I will go back and would definitely refer them to others!
My boyfriend took his truck there,after almost a month he got it back. They were to fix brakes and rotors. The day after we got it back we picked up a washing machine and brake pads fell right off of the truck. My boyfriend called them and they said their mistake and they would fix it. I don't think they cared that my disabled son and boyfriend could of died due to their negligence. Then sued him for not paying.
The management I loved, however I felt as if the mechanic misrepresented the company. I felt as if the mechanic was out of touch with dealing honestly with a female of color. Little did he know that I have extensive knowledge of auto mechanics as I studied it in my 20's and felt like he was too obvious that he was about dollars and not quality of service. My neighbor loves the family which owns this business, but we both were very concerned about my last visit. I will still reccomend this place, however I would say, only deal with the managerial staff and have them present if you are talking with the mechanical engineers.
My truck was stuck in Niles, and I never thought I’d get it back. Thank you! They came through when it counted. Most of all reasonably priced and very knowledgeable.
My car was picked up Monday morning. I thought it would be easier to just let someone tow it and work on it. Rather than pay another towing free to the garage I usually go to. Was told they get it to the shop, check it out and give me a call. About 4:30 I called. Well, they were working on Fridays cars. Called again Tuesday late afternoon and my car still hasn't been looked at yet. As of right now I'm VERY unhappy and frustrated with this place. I wish I had looked at some of the reviews before I called.

I just saw the owners response REALLY? I would love to see the phone records of when I was contacted about what was wrong with my car and when I was told about that part and how much it would cost. I would to hear the recording of me authorizing any service and how much it would cost to do the work. But I never will, because it NEVER happened!
Listened to my concerns, service tech said, "go on and pop the hood", which isn't his job. We noticed there was no battery and all plugs were unplugged! My car was sabotaged! Thank goodness they helped me!
Took my suv to get a whole new braking system put on. They had my vehicle for almost a month. Then my brakes locked up again. Took it back to this place. Had it another 3 weeks.The brake fluid they used was contaminated needed a new master cylinder again. Now they are looking for me & my warranty to cover the parts that were contaminated. I will not pay when they & their supplier is at fault. Will never go back there again.
Love the service and all the people who work there.. Had to have my car towed and was told by my insurance company that someone would be to to me in 45 minutes. I told them no thank you I will call Conley's Towing and they where there in about 20 minutes.... Fantastic service!!!!
This is not only the cheapest impound lot I've had the misfortune of dealing with but it is also the WORST. When me and my girlfriend went to get my car not only were the headlights left ON and a door OPEN, but a good bit of personal belongings were stolen out of it. One of their lovely employees got into my car and they did NOTHING about it. They STOLE a 200 dollar carpet scrubber, an 80 dollar OBD2 reader, 50 some dollars worth of electrical equipment, and various automotive supplies worth at least 100 dollars. Not only did I have to pay 300 dollars to get my car back (because for some asinine reason this impound lot doesn't do releases on the weekends despite towing being available 24/7) but they also managed to STEAL 400+ dollars of my personal belongings. I called down the same day and was told they would check the on site cameras and give me a call back later in the day or the next. Have yet to hear back from them and highly doubt I ever will, let alone get any of my things or reimbursement. I'm the "criminal" but the police have my personal property towed to a bad company with bad employees who steal from people already in a bad spot. You get what you pay for.
After waiting 2 1/2 hours for Canton Towing, checking back with them numerous times and even being told the driver's name... they never showed up when it was supposed to be 30 minutes. Called Conley's and they were towing me in 10 minutes. Dont waste your day, just call Conley first. Did a great job.
I was connected with General Towing thru the Canton PD switchboard for a lockout on my truck when leaving work late last night. the lady said he would be there in 45 min. and gave me the price. After waiting a hour I called back and she said see would all the driver and see what was taking so long. The driver calls me back and tells me "Yeah sorry we arn't going to make it" What??? after you told me you were coming you can't call and tell me??? I have to call you to find out I am still stranded? I will NEVER tell anyone to use this Co. I will greatly try to get people to NOT when they are thinking about it. Also the club I work at is quit busy and we have several lockouts and people needing jump starts and general needs from towing Co. I will NEVER use this place for any of our customer ever again. Worst Towing Co. ever... anywhere!!! if I could leave negative stars I would!
I have a mix review the were at least here to pick up my car for towing it only .6 miles from where it was at. TOLD me one price and after hooking my car up changed the price. That's not good business practices. Cuz I would of just pushed it to were it needed to go. IF I know they were going to be shady like that. Will not use them again and will not let my friends either....
