Had an exterior mirror replaced, checked automatic window motor, headlight replacement....they are AWESOME!!! Can't say enough good about Mr. Tom and Ms. Carol! Prices were totally UNBELIEVABLE and they were SO super friendly and accommodating even tho I was from Florida and had 4 young kids with me, they got me in, did an excellent job and all at a great price! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Kraft Auto is easily the best independent auto repair shop in Canton. A real family affair . Phone contact always courteous and respectful, quick and competent work, great towing. Just the best around.
the woman on the phone was very disrespectful and had a very bad attitude. and when I said thank you for her help she hung up on me. you do not speak to potential customers like that. I will not have my car repaired by this shop strictly because of her. it really tells a lot about the company by the way they talk to the customers
