The police towed my car. These crooks charged me $380!!! For a tow less than ten miles!!!!!. It cost me $517.06 to get my car back after being there 2 days!!! RIP OFF ARTIST!!

I got hit broke my foot just wanted my wallet and my dad's ashes it was a fight. I didn't get the ashes. I can't drive I can't do anything with this broke foot and was treated like trash by the short hard lady at the desk. So not only did I get plowed by someone texting I now had to fight for my purse missing cash and my father. Thanks y'all.
While in Ohio I had a flat tire on a rental car.Central Ohio Recovery was sent out to change the tire .The gentleman was quick and polite and very patient and professional while I was dealing with the insurance on the phone .
The office staff to include the office manager is rude and when asked tough questions she gets defensive. When to ask to the owner she wouldn’t give me his name and hung the phone up on me. When I called back the other lady was polite at first but when I was asking questions she the same tough questions she got defensive. She also hung up on me.
Yeah my car got repoed but it can happen to anyone. But what doesn't happen is your stuff and dignity being treated with respect. The receptionist was nice and understanding and answered all my qusetions. But the real MVP is keith the personal item retrieval specialist. He took got of all of my persoanl items out of the vehice and he did it with carem, he even took extra care when it came to my important and fragile things. He didnt just toss them around or stuff them in the bins ruthlessly. He will took his time to make sure your stuff doesn't get ruined and will be returned to you in one piece, not everyone takes pride in their job but keith does!!!
This place is the absolute worst ever! Gwen in the front office is one of the rudest people I have ever met in my entire life! It seems that this place does not care about your vehicle, only your money! I would not recommend this company to anyone ever, for towing or otherwise! WOW!
Office lady rude as can be, had no office skills. Does not know how to do her job. Took her 10 minutes to see if recieved a fax. Had no phone skills. Was trying to pick up vehicle and pay money and she could not answer questions. Employer needs to hire someone else who wants to come to work and actually work. Company is worst tow company out there all because of lazy office worker.
Was driving down st rt 11 south today when one of their drivers in a white f250 almost hit me because the idiot driver was to busy playing with his phone to pay attention to what he was doing
