They will damage your vehicle. Cost me almost 1200 in damages to my tailgate from an inept worker that thinks I'm going to drive it up a ramp instead of winching it. Won't do anything about repair cost either. Go to belden village towing. He will work with you on towing costs
By far this is the most unprofessional company on Google I got interacted with the people when you ask them about the bill they are yelling at you and saying oh I don't negotiate they are mad angry and in my opinion he was racist because he was talking whispering to his other co-worker then looking at my friend and laughing you're charging me for $14,800 for 15 minute towing trip this is not ok u guys did good job but attitude and being nice to your customers have nothing to do with being rude

They towed my car then didn’t drop it off at the right location then on the side of the street where you can’t park then proceeded to tell me once he drop my car off the tow I would have to pay again to get to the location I put then blocked my number when I tried to call back
My insurance set me up with this company , i called at around 130 am for a tow, the company told me it would be over 3 hours before they would get to me , no big deal there were lots of wrecks and accidents so i was fine with that time frame , i told the company that i had kids in the car and i would leave the keys in the cupholder and they could take their time. Went home never got a single phone call or text message, so i called the office and was basically cussed out by the operator who told me that she personally didn’t tell me anything and they were not sending anything else. I have absolutely no problem with waiting for a tow truck. I think any of us that have ever needed a tow probably needed it at really garbage time of the day or night so i get it. But you are a representative of a company , unless everyone who works here is an independent contractor you represent your company. The way i was treated was just ridiculous, companies like this just really don’t need customers we are a massive inconvenience to these places day to day operations. I will be calling USAA and having them remove this towing company from their list of approved vendors.
Service used to winch out ambulance for company. Told truck would arrive within an hour, to being told 1.5 HOURS LATER, after calling them again they just got a truck and are on the way and will be there in another hour, absolutely ridiculous, couldn't even be bothered to let our crew know. Wouldn't use them ever if I had the choice
Declines to tow a vehicle after making you wait for 2 hours and then blames the customer that they’re too busy to call to say they don’t tow after the shop closes.
Called for tow told them what kind of vehicle it was and everything bout it they said ok it would be 149.00 they came out said they didn't realize what it was they couldn't take it after waiting an hr. For them wanted to send another truck for 250.00 and wait another hr di not recommend these people
Terrible service. We communicated properly to the office lady we had a tractor trailer broke down. They tell us the price we okay it. They come and say we’re only taking the tractor when they arrive and not the trailer. Forcing us to find another towing service for the trailer. Let alone still charging us the full amount. Terrible service robbing customers with no mask on.
My son had a blowout on 77S and Canton towing to the rescue! Prompt! Professional! Kept everyone out of harms way! Changed the flat quick and waited for us to get back on the road safely before departing! Thank you Canton towing!

I recently had my vehicle picked up by Canton Towing after selling it, and while the day was stressful, the tow experience itself was excellent. There was a communication error between the company that bought my car and the tow company, which left me waiting about 6 hours. On top of that, I had to drive two hours just to get back to my car at the mechanic’s shop, so it was definitely a frustrating situation.
That said, once the tow truck finally arrived, the driver completely turned things around. He was very professional, careful while loading my car, and clearly experienced and trustworthy. He even delivered my payment from the buyer directly to me, which made me feel at ease.
Overall, while the wait was tough, I was very happy with how the actual towing process went. The driver’s positive attitude and welcomed customer service, made the end of a long, frustrating day a lot easier.
Justin was my tow truck driver. He deserves a raise a promotion or something fantastic. He went above and beyond. My cars head gasket went out and I needed it towed to my fiance grandma's so we can work on it. It had bees in the mirror so I used bee spray to get them out before he came so he wouldn't get stung, but when he went to hook the tire up some got in his eye. I felt soooo terrible I got a bunch of water to help clean it out and paper towels. I figured he would call another driver out to take care of his eye but he didn't he cleared his eye out and continued with the tow. I truly truly hope he is OK, but please give him a bonus or something. He was cordial and nice and very understanding. I can't say enough good things. I tried to give him a tip but he refused. Justin if you read this you really are the bomb.
Mike assisted with a tow this evening from Canton to Akron. He was very polite and very helpful and listening to my concerns. Make sure my vehicle made it safe to where it was going. Mike has great hospitality and generosity. Next time I need a tow definitely calling Canton towing. Requesting Mike if he's available I will request Mike if he's available. Thank you Mike.
Canton Towing answered my frantic call this evening to help get my dog out of my car thst was not running when she locked herself in it. They were the only company able and willing to come out quickly and I am forever grateful for this company. Because of them I still have my dog and my window is intact. Thank you!!
Their drivers like to run stop signs and dam near hit a 73 yr old woman forcing them off the road. Then drives 50 through a 25mph posted speed limit... smh

Waited 1.5 hours for someone to come and change a flat tire. Called at the 1 hour mark to get an eta because it wasn’t the 45mintues that originally given to me. Got put on hold and hung up after being on hold for 10 minutes and called someone different to come get the job done.
My gf’s car blew up. The guy that we talked to had zero customer service skills and was extremely rude. He couldn’t even pronounce basic words and acted like we were the idiots. Would NOT recommend. Glad another company is helping us out.
Brooks came out on my AAA call last night. Very polite and professional. Went above and beyond trying to help me figure out why my tire was losing air. Thank you so much Canton Towing for employing such nice, honest, and dedicated workers.
