Called to get my van towed on Jan 25 during the snowstorm. It died going through the intersection of applegrove and market. I was headed north on market right pass the intersection. They would not send anyone out because I didn’t have an exact address or landmark. Apparently a street sign that said applegrove and market wasn’t good enough. I think they must need a new system. Belden Village towing came out with no problem.
I called these guys they was there in no time. I was in a very difficult situation in my semi truck they came and problem solved very quick. Get me out of my situation. I truly recommend these guys wonderful people and great job.

Very cold day and my keys feel out of my pocket and landed in my truck and locked my keys in the truck. Showed up in about 20 minutes and truck unlocked in less than a minute. Fast and friendly service. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I can’t thank Ryan & his guys enough! I had some serious roadside troubles this past Sunday the 14th with an enclosed trailer I was hauling, in some pretty harsh, & cold weather, and about an hour way from home as well when I was greatly inconvenienced, while hauling some “precious cargo”, lol, (precious to me anyway!). And through a friend I called to initially give me a hand thinking it was simply a flat tire, (I had no jack!), it unfortunately turned into more than we could handle & were equipped for, being on the side of a major highway, and after referring these guys to me, which they came pretty quick btw, they recognized & understood the situation at hand, and they handled business! It was ultimately determined that the trailer was gonna have to stay overnight in his towing shop’s lot, with my “precious cargo” inside still, to which at first I was very reluctant to do so tbh, but they assured me everything was ok & that they would get me fixed up & rolling again come Mon. And they did just that! It turned into a much bigger situation & problem actually, but nonetheless, they handled it, & took care of me and had me rolling again that Monday evening. And considering all of the circumstances, they did so at lightning speeds imo, especially taking into mind the time of night on a Sun night it was, AND IT BEING THE HOLIDAYS TOO, but yet STILL, they got on it urgently, got it done, & delivered on his word! And all at a very reasonable & fair price as well! It very well could’ve been way, way worse of a situation, so I’m very thankful it was what it was, even though at the time it was obviously more like “it can’t get any worse right now”, in the moment, so it is definitely a very much deserved 5 STAR rating for Ryan & crew at Portilla’s Towing!!! Thank you very much again!!!
This morning my car wouldn’t start, tried to jump it myself and couldn’t get any juice. So I called, Portillas to have it towed to a mechanic. When he arrived he promptly gave it a jump just to be sure, and got it to run! He gave me a partial refund and was very helpful in next steps! Highly recommend and will be using Portillas again for all my towing (and dead battery) needs!
I got my work truck stuck in my front yard like an idiot while trying to put up Christmas lights. Ryan was quick to respond and get out here. Truck is back on solid ground.

He was not on time and when he dropped my vehicle off oil started coming out. The oil pan was cracked adding $220 to my repairs, now he won't answer to rectify the situation!
I gave 3 stars because he took forever (past the scheduled time) to get my car. But he called to tell me was running late. I appreciated that. When he got here, he was very professional, nice even has a good sense of humor and he was the cheapest towing service. Plus he's right down the street. He explained he was the only one running the place ok. Now I understand why he was late. He took my car right to where it needed to go. Even called to make sure he was at the right place and exactly where to put it and at what angle. Good guy. I would definitely use him again. He even has cars to sell.
The owner of the company came and recovered my jeep with a quickness. Good people. Very affordable pricing for a 4x4 tow in the middle of the night. Amazing towing service ! Everywhere else quoted me at least a 2 hour wait time and 100 bucks more for a tow less than 10 miles away. Ryan made it happen in less than an hour for a very reasonable price. 5 Star Service and the only towing company I'll use from now on. Thank you so much !
Company was so responsive to my request. I needed my car towed out of my driveway and taken to the dealership for service. They said they would arrive within 1 - 1.5 hours of the phone call and they did. They were prompt, respectful, and were able to tow my car without any issues. I highly recommend their services!
My car died while I was running errands and I was so upset! It was SO cold out, and even jumping the battery did absolutely nothing, which frustrated me even more. My husband and I called Ryan at Portillas Towing and Hauling. He quoted a price and a time, and promptly sent over the documents needed. The best part? He told me he’d be at my location in 45min-1hr. I’ve had a car towed before, by a different company, and they said the same but took hours so my expectations were very low. Ryan showed up exactly in 45 minutes, and I was home less than 20 minutes later!!!!! I was so happy! I expected this to take all day, but he was so prompt and efficient, as well as really kind!!! He noticed that I was stressing out and took the time to set me at ease. He also took very good care of my car (despite being a 2009, I have a lot of love for her!) You cannot go wrong hiring Ryan. He even parked my car far back in my driveway so we could pull in and access the garage! The next time I have an issue I won’t google anything - I am going to call him directly. I’m super happy to know someone incredibly reliable who does a fantastic job and treats his customers with respect and kindness. You’ve made us life-long customers!!!!!
Portillas Towing & Hauling gets the job done, efficiently and safely! Ryan drove an hour, To pull me & my boat out of the ditch when a local tow company wouldn’t answer the phone! It was a sketchy situation since It happened in a construction zone with no shoulder. Ryan used half a lane & his experience with no help from law-enforcement! 10/10 Would Recommend!
